Refund Amount
| Within 24 hours of booking | Receive a 100% refund of all payments made. |
| More than 60 days before arrival | The 10% deposit is non-refundable. |
| 60–45 days before arrival | 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable. |
| Within 45 days of arrival | The reservation becomes fully non-refundable. |
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.

If you purchased travel insurance with your reservation, you may be eligible to recover some or all cancellation costs, depending on the terms of your policy. Before submitting a claim, please review your insurance policy documents. You should have received an email from your provider outlining your coverage and claims process.
