Summer
We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to help ensure every Outpost property is guest-ready. As the final quality check before arrivals, you'll inspect homes, complete light cleaning and staging, identify maintenance issues, and work closely with our Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Owner Relations teams. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management, and a proactive attitude. A valid work permit, BC driver's licence, and the ability to perform physical tasks are required. Previous housekeeping or property management experience is an asset. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Summer
We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join the Outpost team. You'll be responsible for cleaning and staging our vacation homes to the highest standards, ensuring every property is guest-ready. Working independently or as part of a team, you'll follow detailed checklists and collaborate with our Guest Services, Property Inspection, Owner Relations, and Maintenance teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A valid work permit and BC driver's licence are required. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, employee housing (subject to availability), health benefits, and opportunities for growth. Full-time & part-time seasonal contracts available.
