Had a great experience staying here. Loved the personal hot tub on the deck and the location. Very walkable to the gondola for skiing and lots of restaurants nearby as you’re in the middle of the village!

Cons:- The hot tub was not working/was dirty (more details below)- the view is of a wall of windows to a gym across the street and the bus station- the primary suite bedroom does not have a window- was loud (to be expected)Pros:- check in was straight forward and instructions were easy to follow- excellent location- suite is in great condition- had some welcome treatsThe private hot tub was the reason we booked this suite and when we went to turn on the jets, it shut off completely and could not be turned back on. In addition there was white floaties or debris floating around in the water which severely grossed us out. Outpost did not send someone to look at the hot tub until the morning we checked out and only offered a late check out or 50 deduction until I complained and got it to 100. I am still dissatisfied with this resolution as we would have booked a much more affordable suite had we known we wouldn't have been able to use the hot tub. I will not be using Outpost again.

We had a great day. As other reviewers have mentioned, the lower bedroom did get noisy at night when the clubs got out but we knew to expect that and packed earplugs. Otherwise, my only complaint would be the garbage and recycling access. We couldn’t get the code provided to work. Also, be prepared to navigate the many stairs to get up and down from the Parkade.

Lots of positives to this condo! Walkable to everywhere in the Village, since it is essentially IN the Village. But it's also walkable to the gondola station, the grocery store, the vast network of trails, etc. While the kitchen was small and the cupboards are starting to show their age, everything worked and we cooked breakfast there every morning. The air-conditioning was good upstairs and down...which is good because in the stairwells, it was weirdly stifling hot despite it not being too warm outside! The parking space was good to have, and is near the door to the elevator (but this place is so walkable, we never took the car out once!). The communication was all non-invasive (done via text), and very descriptive of how to check in and out.

Great Location

Great location, rustic look

Property was perfect for 4. Looked bigger online, but it was fine. Could’ve used extra seating in the living room, but we made it work. Hot tub was nice, bed and pillows were comfy, there were enough bath towels, but it would be nice to add dish rags. Overall great space and would stay again because it’s so close to the village. Literally you walk down the stairs and you’re there!

Location is perfect, a 5 min walk from the Whistler gondola. It was the perfect size for our group of six, and the private hot tub was our favorite part. Super convenient to have the ski locker right outside the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Really awesome stay for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay here -- we have stayed in many locations in Whistler and really enjoy this particular location with the convenient access to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and very short walk to the lifts.Everything described in the listing is really accurate -- there were some small little touches that were a pleasant unexpected bonus -- for example, they provided a welcome basket of pellegrino, chocolates and coffee beans. There were plenty of laundry and dish pods, an electric boot warmer, full bottles of Aveda shampoo/conditioner/body wash and even a massage tool to help with those achy muscles.The linens and beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows provided. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, tools and basic supplies like oil, salt/pepper, press pot, bean grinder.Outpost was very communicative and responsive with any questions I had.We also loved the common area with the ski locker and all the couches, making it very easy to take boots on/off and keep everything out of the unit. The shared laundry was literally steps away from the unit, same with the sauna on the second floor.Highly recommend and would stay here again!

location, location, location! Right in the middle of it all but not too noisy. Place is small but adequate. Had an issue with blankets for one of the pull outs but they were helpful at fixing the issue. We really had a great time!

Our stay was really lovely. The apartment is central and the space itself is spacious and well laid out. Only downside was hearing the party people coming out of the clubs at 2am from the bottom bedroom.

We had the best vacation staying at this property. It’s located right in the village and we were able to walk to everything we needed to- restaurants, shopping, zip lining, gondola rides, etc. The space was lovely and cozy with plenty of space for the two couples on our trip. We would come back and stay here again!

Great location, nice/clean/compact unit

Necessary to read all of the details for the listing. the AC units as stated in the listing are not in the bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom finally cooled down after the first night. Finding the entrance to the unit was a little tricky as the signage was small and did not stand out. Inside the unit the furnishings, beds, and kitchen items were good. I did reach out for support a couple of times and the responsiveness from Outpost during office hours and after office hours was very good and appreciated. The Inside of the unit was definitely nicer than the exterior building.

Location is great, walkable to the Whistler Village, Fitz lift shops and restaurants as advertised. The place is nicely decorated but was much smaller than we anticipated as we had 5 adults. There is NO ventilation upstairs and it was hot, no screens on windows. There is no way to open the window in loft and no extension cord for ac. The hottub takes up the entire deck literally, can barely walk around it. Living room only seats 3 people realistically. Dining table is fine. Coin op laundry out in common area requires 28 quarters to do a load. Whistler is great, this place was disappointing for our family compared to the last place we stayed here.

Stayed here for a few days for our ski and relax holiday. The location is excellent and had a convenient ski locker for our gear, very roomy for multiple people's equipment. The kitchen is tiny but functional, we cooked dinner most nights we were here. Private hot tub is a big plus as well as the public sauna. I also took great advantage of the very comfortable common area, which was really needed since we were using all of the beds in the unit, so the living room was not available during the early morning.
The amount of soap & shampoo provided was very minimal - if some of us hadn't brought our own we would have run out very quickly. Recommend that you bring your own washing supplies.

Location, location, location! This spot was perfect for my brother, friend, and me. Walking distance to EVERYTHING including the Whistler lifts. The clothes washing machine was broken and Outpost was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff was every responsive and the instructions were very clear. The place was very clean except the hot tub water was quite dirty and unappealing. They were quite responsive and changed the water out but that only left us with one day of use.
The place is quite dark and very small. The living room couch can only really accommodate 2 adults to lounge on. Also the bedroom upstairs gets quite stuffy and there are no windows upstairs.
The provide almost everything you'd need, especially in the kitchen.
The location is great, right in the village with a grocery store and liquor store right underneath, and restaurants around the corner.

Our stay was great! Perfect to accommodate 4 people comfortably. The location was fantastic. Very clean, and decorations were very cute and cozy. They always responded very promptly. My only feedback is the unit isn’t very well insulated so it was chilly inside unless the fire was going and the space heaters were on. However, would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years 2023. The apartment is very clean and cozy, yet easily spacious enough for our family of five. The unit is as advertised in the photos and description. The kitchen is very well appointed - it has everything you'll want to cook a full meal. The building is right in the heart of the village, so super easy access to the lifts, restaurants, and stores. However, it does come with the late-night noise of people having a good time in Whistler Village - we expected this and brought earplugs. The assigned parking space is right next to the staircase to the unit.
Highly recommended for skiers and people who want to spend time in Whistler Village. Top 10% of AirBNBs I've stayed at.

Warm, comfortable and cozy apartment. Huge TV, good quality of appliances. All works as expected. Perfect location. from midnight to 2 AM a lot of nosy people at the bus station nearby. They go from clubs and pubs, they sing, talk, laughs, drink and wait taxis. Hard to sleep with opened windows. Maybe this is a problem only at summer, during the Сrankworks festival.

Fantastic place to stay and awesome property management team!!

The location and setup of this property is great. I love the layout inside and that it is not like a hotel room. The Outpost staff that manage the property were fantastic to deal with. All round just a great experienc. Just a little fiddly with one code for the carpark, one for the building access, another for the rubbish, and another again for the unit.
