Stretching along the lower slopes of Blackcomb and Upper Village, the area is known for its ski-in/ski-out access, forested surroundings, and easy access to both adventure and relaxation.

Guests enjoy quick access to the Blackcomb Gondola, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail network, making it easy to ski, bike, hike, or explore year-round. Spend summer afternoons swimming or paddleboarding at Lost Lake, tee off at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, or enjoy après and patio dining at Merlin’s Bar & Grill, a favourite slope-side spot at the base of Blackcomb. In winter, the area becomes a hub for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through Lost Lake Park.

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are welcome, please let us know if you’ll be bringing one. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 CAD + tax applies.
No bikes in the home. Please store in the garage. Skis maybe stored in the garage or entryway.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

One free parking stall included (6'10"clearance), and first come first served visitor parking. One resident and one visitor pass provided.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
You need to take multiple staircases to get to this townhouse and whilst staying at this home. Not suitable for people with accessibility restrictions.
Extra guests (5th and 6th adults) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 6 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

Well located in relation to Blackcomb mountain. Free public transportation easily accessible. Comfortably furnished. Kitchen supplies are basic and stove & burners are slow to heat up.

Really liked the lodge with a dry room that fits 6 pairs of skis and the boot dryer.
The house is fantastic. It is clean & warm with excellent infrastructure.
The only problem we had during the stay is that the neighbor didn’t obey the silence rule after 11pm and host parties till 2am for a couple of days. Hope the host can help to enforce the rule more strict

Wonderful stay at this Blackcomb condo. Great cabin feel with many upscale touches including an air fryer, fully stocked kitchen (including refillable Nespresso pods), and foyer with ski storage and boot dryer. Beds were very comfortable and the smart TV in the downstairs bedroom was a nice surprise as were all the boardgames (slightly hidden to the left of the fire place). Nice quiet neighborhood yet a quick walk to the base or a free bus that picks up steps away (kids loved this!) We will definitely be back.
