What's in the area

Village North offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, just a short stroll from the energy of Whistler Village. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and central location, the neighbourhood provides easy access to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Valley Trail network while remaining slightly removed from the busiest parts of the resort.

Guests are within walking distance of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, Olympic Plaza, and many of the resort’s year-round events and activities. In winter, enjoy skating at Olympic Plaza, cozy apres spots, and quick access to the slopes, while summer brings outdoor concerts, farmers markets, biking trails, and nearby lakes and parks. The area is also home to local favourites like Mount Currie Coffee Company and Harajuku Izakaya, making it a convenient base for both short getaways and extended stays.

Combining walkability, a quieter village setting, and excellent access to skiing, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, Village North remains a favourite for guests wanting convenience without the constant bustle of the main Village Stroll.

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are welcome — please let us know if you’ll be bringing one. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 CAD + tax applies.
No bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade (6'8"clearance).
Split-type AC plus portable fans in all non-AC bedrooms and living areas.
Extra guests (6th, 7th, 8th and 9th guests) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 9 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

Very nicely designed, spacious, comfortable unit in a peaceful complex. Enjoyed the free parking with close proximity for an easy unload and load.
Enjoyed, too, the easy, walkable access to all amenities. We have stayed in this complex a few times and this is one of our favourites. Would love to visit again.

7 of us stayed here for 3nights. 4 adults and 3 kids. The place was very updated, modern and clean. Kitchen had everything, hardwood floors, washer and dryer was a plus. One of the sofa bed was very comfortable. Extra memory foam mattress worked out very well. Hot tub outside was close by and it was perfect after the day of skiing. There was a free shuttle to the gondola nearby and market place was very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great balance of distance from slopes (super quick shuttle ride) or 15 minute walk. Near a plaza with Tim Horton's and a grovery store. The grill had 2 propane tanks (this is often overlooked by Airbnb hosts). Great hot tub shared by the community. Overall amazing value. We love coming to Whistler and this place was great.

The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway - cozy, close to everything, and well equipped with anything we might need. They even left out a bowl, poop bags, paw towel and some little treats for our pooch - would definitely stay here again.
