Even with the gas fireplace running constantly and the furnace thermostat turned up to 75…the place was very cold…and it was relatively warm outside at 32.
The gas fireplace fan is noisy and constantly runs even with the fireplace being turned off for hours.
The location is very convenient, however with the convenience, you get the constant noise of a the bar across the street.

We had such an incredible stay at this ski village condo! It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from all the cooking necessities to cozy blankets and a beautiful, warm fireplace that became our nightly gathering spot. The space felt clean, safe, and thoughtfully prepared, with clear instructions that made check-in and settling in super easy.
The location couldn’t be better… peaceful and relaxing, yet right in the heart of an energetic little village with tons to do for both kids and adults. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and activities, and the views… wow. Waking up to snow capped mountains outside the window felt like something out of a postcard.

Family stay non skiers. We parked and walked everywhere. Location was nice to restaurants, walking trails and lifts. Unit is a nice corner unit. Unit was very clean and checkoit process was easier than some vrbo locations. Basic tidy up and take out trash. There is a restaurant across that plays music durong the day till 10. Did not bother us but could bother some. Pool is shared between 2 buildings and outside. Family used it once and was fine, is a bit of walk and will need door codes. Would stay again.

We had two couples and a friend…worked out well with the bedrooms. The queen bed was very noisy and it creaked every time they moved. Felt bad they didn’t have good sleep. The WiFi login was not correct, but we figured it out. We corrected the sheet in the acrylic holder so that the next guest won’t have the same problem. Would be nice is you could shorten the code for the common areas. We enjoyed our stay besides those points.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, just as advertised. Property managers were helpful with everything. The unit overlooks Olympic Plaza, which meant we had close-up box seats to a beer and music festival that happened to be scheduled during our stay. The band stage is probably 200 feet from the unit. Check ahead to see what's scheduled during the time of your stay. My 30-yo son would have been over-the-moon to have that unit if he'd been planning to attend the music festival. One of the balconies is perfect for watching and absorbing the energy. If you're looking for a quiet location, this probably isn't the place.

We loved this condo. The location was fantastic and the views were incredible. Very clean and modern interior. The assigned parking space was very tight for our SUV. The sporting gear storage on the garage floor was pretty big, with racks to lock up individual bikes (bring your own locks) with security cameras. Check-in was easy and the condo building was secure, requiring a code to get up the elevator. Highly recommend.

WE hadn't stayed in this location before, farther from the lift and gondola but we wanted to give it a shot. It was a nice change and the people watching from the two decks was great. It was maybe a 7-10 minute bike push up the village to the lifts but not bad at all. The condo is modern, light and clean and we'd def. stay here again. Having a washer and dryer was key for 3 mtb'ers and being close to the grocery and liquor store was awesome as well. When we got there on Friday it was a pretty hot day and it was a bit toasty in the upper loft area, luckily it cooled off and it wasn't an issue. The place does have AC, but not up in the loft area. All and all this place was great. The only downside is the lengthy code you have to enter to get in the building, and then again to enter the elevator.

We stayed for 6 nights in early July to do some mountain biking at Whistler. The location was great, across from the Olympic rings which made for some excellence people watching from the deck. Check-in was easy and the included parking was nice. There were six of us staying there and the unit was large enough that everyone had a good amount of space.
A few notes which might be helpful for those interested in booking:
* We did not have any issues with noise even with the unit overlooking a large plaza and across from a brew pub. Outdoor events/patios all seemed to finish up by 10pm.
* We were able to get our reasonably large Land Cruiser SUV into the parking space without any issues. If you have more than 1 vehicle, note that there are only 3 visitor parking spaces, which are free, but are on a first-come, first served basis.
* There was a reasonable amount of space in the bike storage area. There was a note on the door stating 2 bikes were stolen from the bike storage room during our stay. We brought some heavy duty chain locks and didn't have any issues.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb rental! This condo is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of Whistler Blackcomb. It is a short walk to 2 different gondolas to access the mountain and is located right in the village with quick access to restaurants and bars. The condo was extremely clean with all necessities in the kitchen, and outdoor chairs on the patio. Communication including check in and check out processes were clearly explained and easy to follow. I hope to be back one day!

I can’t say enough nice things about this rental! Check in and check out were simple- just the next building over. The location was perfectly nestled in the village, easy access to some amazing restaurants, the grocery store, a divine bakery downstairs, and a short walk to the lifts. The views are STUNNING. Everything was clean and bright, the beds were so comfortable, tons of extra linens.
Only minor downside is the communal hot tub requires “reservations” after 4pm because of COVID, which can be tough to grab, but we still found some times.
Would 100% come back to this amazing condo!

We so enjoyed staying in this bright, modern apartment: the views from it were wonderful. The kitchen was equipped with good quality utensils and had everything we needed without being over cluttered. Sofas and beds were comfortable, as were the chairs on the balcony. There was a good shower with plenty of hot water. The big bath looked super too, we just didn’t use it. The sun blinds were useful on hot days. All in all it was a pleasure to stay in such a great place, so centrally located.

Unbeatable location, especially with kids. As our three-year-old put it "just go downstairs, walk a tiny bit and then play play play". Being just steps away from the playground, great coffee, and Purebread made for a pretty great morning routine for us all! We enjoyed the spectacular view of the mountain every day we were there. We had a great time. This unit was close to everything, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable with high quality linens. The views from the unit are amazing.
Some areas of improvement pertain to the check-in process. Please tell people luggage carts are available. Don’t let them struggle to find them on their own. Also garbage was a pain. It was all the way downstairs and outside of the parking garage. Also, long access codes for entry into the building and all must be entered multiple times to access the building. Would be nice to have a pass card or fob to make the process easier. Especially with two cups of coffee in hand.
All things considered very small details. None which overshadowed our trip. The place is gorgeous. Highly recommend for families. Would stay here again.

We just spent 4 nights at this lovely condo. Great location, great amenities, very fast turnaround time and communication on any issues.
Plenty of towels! Noticed a few extra beds so plenty of room for additional bodies. We only had 5 adults.
The beds were AWESOME! The pillows and towels were wonderful and the accommodations itself was exactly as shown in the pictures.
The only issues were:
1) Having a small kitchen table that seats 4 doesn't make sense.
We had to bring another table and chairs to accommodate our family, which is silly seeing how many people the condo sleeps.
2) The common bathroom has a shower and although the team was super great to have it checked out right away, it was still completely clogged and was accumulating water while taking a shower. Not our best way to shower!
3) The stovetop is a bit weird! Turns off on its own. So be attentive.
Overall, a great staycation!

My family and I really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the condominium. It has an ideal location in the village and the large patio was perfect for morning coffee with lots of sunlight. Communication with the host was great and they were super responsive. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning unit and they resolved it within a couple of hours. We are regulars in Whistler and would book this place again.

There was 5 of us, 2 couples and a single person. The place was a good size for us, but I wouldn’t recommend any more people than that. It was great staying in the village and there was a grocery store close by. We didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire time we stayed there. It was a little bit of a hike (10+mins) to the slopes, but there was lockers at the base of the slopes we checked our skis in every night so we didn’t have to bring them back and forth. Only issue we had was with parking, we rented a Suburban and it didn’t fit the parking spot. So we had to park in someone else’s for a few days until the other person left next to our spot. And the hot tub is used by everyone in the building and it is far away and very small. We decided it wasn’t worth using. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

Very happy with the property rental; online listing is very accurate - central location for the property. Feels larger than pictures appear; and comfortable for a family of 6. Great views from EVERY bedroom, family room, and kitchen. Standard kitchen supplies were provided. I read reviews about the 'noisy town square'; however I have stayed on several different rental properties/hotels in whistler and I would say that there was no disturbance the property is well situated on the third floor.
I would rent again. I would recommend to all family and friends. Exceeded expectations.

We had a great stay. A well appointed apartment. The kitchen has every pot, pan and utensil you need, and all very good quality. The upstairs bedroom is not very private or sound proofed as it's open, but it's fine for a kids bedroom. All in all, a very good place to stay.

This condo is amazing! I wish it was mine to keep! It was exactly as described. We found it to be very comfortable for our family of four as it had everything we needed (including cozy throws for the fireside sofa chats)! We were impressed by the high-quality and user-friendly appliances. The beds and linens were comfortable. I did not expect for there to be shampoo, soap, extra paper towels, or dish soap, but all of those items were provided. (There was a mixup with the laundry soap...The instructions said that detergent was provided, but it was not the High-Efficiency type required by their washer, so I bought my own at the grocery store. No big deal.) The most amazing part of the condo that took my breath away was that it is situated right in the heart of the Olympic Plaza where the trees are all decorated with Christmas lights. When it snowed, we sat on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs, listening to Christmas carols and sipping warm drinks. It was as if we were inside a real-life Christmas themed snowglobe! Magical! It has a very open panoramic view that starts to the left of the sledding hill, spans across the skating rink, Olympic rings, several charming buildings, and both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. I found Mr.Sproule to be very accommodating and personable when I needed a little help booking and planning for my trip.
Things to keep in mind before renting: When you first arrive, walk until you reach the lobby with glass doors. We tried the first keypad entry and discovered the fire escape. The barn doors on the rooms don't seal shut and the loft is a loft, so anyone staying here should be comfortable cohabitating with one another in a small open concept place. Noise and heat rise and this is a third story condo in the heart of the village. You will hear music, people, and vehicles/snowplows (not cars)...Bring earplugs if that's a concern. The place is worth it! Also, it is at least a ten-minute walk to the slopes with ALL of your gear. Also, at this condo, you will have super safe and easy access to family-friendly fun. There's an elevator, keypad entry (no chance of losing a key). The grocery and pharmacy are about a four-minute walk away. The bathtub is huge and great for an apres-ski soak.
I believe most of the prior negative feedback has been remedied. ("Too hot"=a new Dyson fan in each room. "TV is hard to view"=full movement arm installed so that it can be viewed from the sofa.)

The property is in the perfect location and we have no complaints about the property itself. You’ll love this place if you decide to stay there. However, I felt our stay was diminished due to the communication with the property owner (or manager, not sure who they were).
I received a call right when I booked telling me that they will be refunded me right away because it was a one night booking and they told me that people that do one night bookings tend to trash the place. This was a family trip and I felt like the owner was immediately judging us and thought we are some party animals who are going to ruin their property. After explaining that the trip is a family trip and not a party one they let us move forward with the reservation.
Check in was a breeze and super easy. During check out is when I got very upset. The morning of checkout, I received an email letting us know we have to be out at 10am, when their normal checkout time is 11am. Then, they followed up with a phone call to let us know to be out at 10am.
Overall, my family felt very offended and rushed out of the property. When I check the booking site, I noticed that they have changed the minimum booking to two nights. I understand not wanting to rent to one night rentals, but you don’t have to make them feel like their business doesn’t matter and also rush them out of the unit. Overall, not a good experience dealing with management.

We loved our stay! The apartment is nicely decorated (modern and bright) and well-maintained. You are situated in Whistler village near anything you might need from the market, restaurants, ski rental and nightlife. We felt right in the middle of all of the action. We walked to the mountain in our ski/snowboard boots. Fun amenities of the apartment- laundry in unit and extra plus plus- the tiles in the bathroom are heated! You will be happy waking up here!

A few small fixes would have made our stay supreme!
1. Many of the doors in the house/bathroom squeak when opened/closed and easily wake up others when having to use the restroom at night.
2. Bathroom cabinet under lighting feature is great for night time visits, BUT, it stays on too long, illuminating the the bedroom as you try and fall back asleep.
3. Provide tissues for each bathroom/bedroom there were none.
4. Double ply toilet paper would be nice! ;o)
5. No end table at ea. side in one bedroom. Had to use a makeshift box to compensate. ;o(

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the interior decor was modern and beautiful. The bed and sheets were great for a good nights sleep after a long day of skiing.

Master on the left with a private bathroom. The guest room is across condo with access to a bathroom that can also be accessed from the main hall. The loft is small but can comfortably sleep two adults. The living area is open to kitchen and is where we spent most our time.
Re: Concerns
We traveled as three couples. The doors to the bedrooms are sliding doors that do not seal or lock. It was hard to have “intimate” moments when you can hear everything going on in the condo. After the second night we realized if each room put their Dyson fan on high it allowed for more privacy. Also, there is no mirror in the loft so getting ready there is very challenging.

There were 6 of us staying altogether, 3 generations. The layout worked well for us and we would like to stay there again. Being right in the village we could walk everywhere and did not need the car at all. All the furnishings and appliances were high quality which was very nice. The layout and functionality of this place made it a great place to stay for a whistler late summer vacation. Everything in the condo was new and/or spotless. It was comfortable, quiet and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Only downside was a strong odor in the common space outside the unit due to the restaurant below...and the hot tub didn't work. Otherwise a great experience and we will definitely return to it!

The perfect location in the coolest spot in Whistler. My family of five traveled to Whistler for a wedding that we turned into a short vacation. This condo was right in the middle of everything and had an amazing view of the village, the Olympic rings, and the sunrise behind the mountains in the morning. We loved this place! Perfect for 3 teenage boys too. Walking distance to everything. Amazing amenities within feet from the entrance (Pure Bread=yum). We biked and hiked and did a river raft trip. There are no drawers in the bedrooms so you'll have to hang everything. There's a bedside table with a big drawer for socks, etc.

Stayed 10 nights in June 2017. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the standard was good. Location very central and close to eberything, but still nice and quiet at night. Would absolutely stay there again. If I was to pick on something, it would have been the keys. The condo is in a perfect location except it is busy and loud at night. My visit happened to be during 80 plus degree weather so leaving windows open was necessary (very warm as there is no air conditioning). I would recommend bringing a supply of earplugs. The drug store was sold out. I prefer to cook my meals rather than eat out and would have appreciated one non-stick skillet for eggs etc. Other wise the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The doors on the bedrooms are on hinges leaving gaps so don't plan on privacy. All in all the condo is beautiful, and we were happy with our stay. So much to do in such a beautiful place! The zip lining is a hoot. We did the sasquatch and were glad we did. A must do is to hike (about 50-60 min each way) to Checkamus Lake. A beautiful alpine lake. The visitors center is staffed with many friendly and helpful people.

We are just wrapping up an amazing (US) Thanksgiving weekend in Whistler. We were fortunate to book this unit just a week out. The owners responded quickly with availability and we were on our way. This newly renovated 3 bedroom modern luxury unit is fabulous – stylish, clean with incredible views of the mountain and village (Olympic sculpture). The attention to detail is near perfection with heated floors in the bathroom and contemporary high quality fixtures; double height ceilings in the living room include floor-to-ceiling windows with electronic shades. The kitchen has been outfitted not only with upscale/high end appliances, but includes every quality kitchen tool you might need from brands like Breville and Williams Sonoma. The third bedroom is a loft with a single bed which was perfect for out teenage son.
The location is new for us. We typically book hotels near the lifts so that we are practically ski-in/ski-out. However, this unit is in the Tindall Stone Lodge central to all of the great Whistler shops and restaurants/bars (Brew House), play area for kids and a nearby grocery. Hint: there is overnight ski storage in the lower level of the Carlton, and small lockers for your snow boots; so we just walked to the lifts carrying our ski boots and picked up our skis from the Carlton.
We look forward to returning on our next visit to the mountain. For anyone reading this review, I would say book it now while it is available – it won’t be for long.
