We enjoyed our stay. It's located right in BlackComb upper village, so we could walk right to the gondola. The host was especially kind. We had a bit of a mishap, but the host covered the expense of replacement. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location--right at the base of Blackcomb lift next door to the Fairmont. Easy access to Blackcomb Gondola and the bar, restaurants, and spa at the Fairmont, and there's a liquor store and rental shop in the building, a small market across the driveway, and the shuttle stop to the Village is just across the main street. Slept well and the unit had everything we needed. They store your skis for you overnight in the rental shop which is right inside the front door, makes it easier every day not having to carry them to the room. Easy checkin at the front desk. Would be happy to stay here again next visit.

It was a nice stay while it requires some maintenance.

Comfy, good location. Well equipped. It was a bit dusty because of the construction. The fireplace couldn’t be turned off. The A/C in the main room was disconnected and the hose was missing an attachment to the unit. The left window in the living room was stuck.

We would definitely stay here again

Besides having to engineer the AC units upon arrival and not having communication with the manager, also not knowing about the vehicle height clearance. All in all it was really great!

Great and roomy condo. Had everything we needed. Not quite ski in ski out maybe in the old days when there was more snow. But it’s a super short walk to the Blackcomb gondola.

Fantastic ski mountains condo

This condo is perfect for a family or several guests wanting to ski or snowboard Blackcomb or Whistler. Located in Upper Village at the Blackcomb base it is the ideal location. Step from the gondola which takes you up the mountain it is in the center of the village with restaurants all around and steps from the gondola. There is a ski rental location in the lobby with heated pool and two hot tubs. The condo is very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a huge dining table and kitchen. Everything about this condo was excellent!

Disappointing

The air conditions is mobile units ducted through windows. These were inadequate to cool the room, but also so loud when operating that we could not hear each other. The rooms required a deep clean, carpets were stained and dust noticeable on the bedroom walls.

We stayed in this unit years ago and were happy to find it available to rent again. The layout is great and feels spacious. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all essentials. Conference booking

Have stayed at the Glacier 3x previously for the same conference and this time also had another co-worker stay as conveniently located across from the Fairmont where we attend an annual conference. I already provided this feedback to the group managing the unit(s) and the reason for the lowered overall rating is the usual non-working electronic key pad system especially in the side entrance to Blackcomb. After 5-6 times not working, at different times after hours, we are forced to use the front entrance which has no issues. Door code units similar but not as bad and very finicky and we had to get them reset 1 day, similar to the parking doesnt always work (and no its not me entering a wrong cide). Besides that the units are great. Could defn use some proper lounge chairs at the pool. If the door code units dint get fixed I wont be staying there again.

This is our second time staying at this lovely Airbnb for work and it was just as perfect this time as it was last time. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed and felt right at home. I highly recommend :)

I wouldnt call it a true ski-in/ski-out but it's a superb location just a short walk to the bottom of Blackcomb. Can't get much closer. The unit is great for 2 couples or a couple plus kids. It's clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Great spot in Whistler!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The apartment was GREAT; comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, nice main living space. We love the Glacier Lodge location - just a 5 minute walk from the Blackcomb Gondola (and our favorite places to apres: RMU and Handlebar). Would stay here year after year!

Good Overall Stay

The unit was a good stay overall. When we arrive the unit was not running air conditioning (we were able to run it ourselves once in the unit) and the unit had a few spots / bread crumbs on the counters and table. This, to me, was nothing we, as guests, couldn't easily resolve. The location was great and the staff at the front desk were very easy to work with. Communicating with Outpost (the rental company who handles the rental on behalf of VRBO) was easy and they sent us all relevant details we needed. Overall, I would stay here again.

Blackcomb skiers paradise

The unit was clean, well stocked, and there are community hot tubs available for use after a long day on the slopes. The property had easy access ski storage and is a very short walk from the blackcomb gondola. You do have to pay for parking but it's nice to have the option available. The check-in process can be a little painful because the front desk seems to understaffed but that's hardly a reason to miss out on this hidden gem!

Great location and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Glacier Lodge. Location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Blackcomb gondola. Our unit was comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for breakfasts and cooking dinner. It was nice to have two bathrooms both with bathtubs. The Aveda bath products were a nice little touch. It was also nice to have a bag of coffee beans and coffee filters available in the kitchen upon check- in. I agree with other reviewers that said the place is a little worn. The interior doors are thin and carpets were also quite worn. The beds and sectional sofa were comfortable and everything was very clean which were much more important. I would also agree with other reviewers that the pool area can be a little noisy at times, but generally just around "happy hour" or ares-ski time for kids. So what, everyone's on vacation! The pool was quiet by dinner time. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again. It is not The Chateau Whistler or The Four Seasons, but for half the price and an equivalent location and clean, comfortable stay, we highly recommend it. Great for families.

A wonderful Ski in/ski out family trip to Whistler Blackombe

We came for a bucket list trip for me, but a great time was had by all. Enough kitchen to cook if you want, and close enough to dining if you don't. The beds were comfortable and a warm soak in the tub after skiing was soothing. We loved the ski storage downstairs for both the service and fun staff. Outpost did a great job.

The condo was as expected and is located in a great spot. A few days before our trip, the lodge let us know that the carpet in the hallways was being removed, which led to it being quite dirty and loud. It definitely made the unit and building feel more dated and less clean. Overall it's a fine place to stay.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and could not be happier! The suite was fully equipped with everything we needed, very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our balcony view which overlooked the pool and garden area. Overall, loved our stay, and would come back again!

Really nice condo in a perfect location. We loved staying in the upper village, more chill than the lower village, but still has everything you need and literally steps to the gondola!
The building it is in is quite dated, but the unit is very nice. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Nice to have a balcony for lots of fresh air too.
This unit is run more like a hotel, with check in at the front desk, paid parking underground, etc.
Overall, would stay there again. Location is the best thing.

Great Trip

The house fit our family 4 very well. Lots of the space. Loved being able to walk out in the Blackcomb village from the elevator. had fun doing putt-putt right there. The lobby had a strong smell cologne smell but the actual unit did not have any smell.

Communication was excellent, as well as the location! The kitchen was well equipped and made for an easeful stay. The space was well laid out and spacious. I stayed for a work trip and didn't get to enjoy the space and amenities as much as I was hoping to, but will most definitely be back and will book extra time to enjoy enjoy enjoy :)

Glacier Lodge is a great location, especially for ski season. The unit has lots of space and the 2 private bedrooms plus pullout couch has lots of space for everyone. Pool and hot tub were also great.

Spacious cozy accommodation. Evertyhing you need in the kitchen and bedding towels etc all great. Fantastic location to skiing, restaurants etc. In the Upper Village easy walk to Whistler Village. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with Covid restrictions I place.

The property was very good value and location. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had extra towels and Aveda amenities. There was a mild odour and I’m thinking the rugs may need cleaning however everything else was very clean. The front desk staff we good with helping with questions however I left a voicemail for the front desk around mid afternoon and they didn’t return it until 24 hours later. Overall I would stay this condo was Great! And a great location for ski in and ski out.

Amazing Stay at Glacier Lodge!

Our stay at Glacier Lodge, July 31-August 3rd was fantastic! Communication with Outpost was clear, quick, and we were even able to check in earlier, which was a huge benefit since we had arrived early in Whistler to avoid traffic. The unit itself was completely well stocked with everything that you could possibly need to cook meals in suite, which was our plan, given the current Covid-19 situation. Lots of towels, bedding provided for a comfortable stay. The location of Glacier Lodge was perfect for what we wanted to do, close to Lost Lake and the bike trails, and right at the base of Blackcomb. The kids loved the pool/hottub area, and we spent our evenings there relaxing after long days of biking and lake hopping. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. Clean, definitely as advertised. A fully stocked kitchen with everything that you could possibly need to cook meals at home and avoid the crazy of the village during these Covid times! The kids loved the pool area, and we had to book times which worked out well. The lodge has bike storage which was handy. The location is great, and we spent many hours biking around, and lake hopping.

Glacier Lodge is great

We come every summer to Whistler and most times stay at Glacier lodge if we can find accommodations. Liked that the master bedroom is down the hall from the living room, making it more private. Great hotel with a nice pool and hot tub:) We 💗 Whistler!!

Whistler Summer Vacation

The property was lovely. The attention to details were great and left us feeling well taken care of. We really enjoyed the location of this property, it was so easy to get to and we loved being able to walk. Overall the stay was amazing!

The perfect condo for our Whistler getaway.

Location location location! The condo was situated right near the base of Blackcomb mountain with many nice shops right outside our door. The unit had everything we needed comfort-wise too. Comfy beds, nice sheets, a great kitchen that had all the tools for cooking nice meals in. We would come back and stay again.

Nice place for two couples. Very convenient to Blackcomb gondola. Make sure to one night get the $49 takeout chicken dinner for four from Portobella across the street. Legs Diamond just downstairs a good place for eating out.

Great location and clean unit.
Many places in whistler claim to be ski in/ski out. Glacier lodge truly is. Also, there are great food options and grocery/liquor store just steps away.
The host responded very quickly to our queries, and the staff at the lodge is helpful, too.
Hot tub is super toasty and the pool is warm enough to entertain the kids.
Similar to most places in town. This can be a lively building. The common pool/hot tub is social and there’s often people being active in their rooms, both kids and young adults.
Stay further away from the hill if you want a quiet private getaway.

You’ll need to provide a credit card and ID when retrieving the keys to the place. (She doesn’t use the security deposit feature on AirBnB) - it’s basically a hotel advertised on Airbnb, not a condo.
The shower was great - lots of pressure!
My group also enjoyed the hot tub après ski!
Super clean place! But I’d expect that given the cleaning fee amount.
