Guests enjoy quick access to the Blackcomb Gondola, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail network, making it easy to ski, bike, hike, or explore year-round. Spend summer afternoons swimming or paddleboarding at Lost Lake, tee off at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, or enjoy après and patio dining at Merlin’s Bar & Grill, a favourite slope-side spot at the base of Blackcomb. In winter, the area becomes a hub for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through Lost Lake Park.

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Free parking in one assigned stall in the secure underground parkade (6'10" clearance). Visitor parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and may not be available during low snowfall periods.
Extra guests (7th and 8th guests) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 8 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

We had an amazing stay in Whistler! The host was fantastic—very responsive and made everything smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day on the mountain. The location couldn’t be better—close to all the action yet still felt relaxing and private. Overall, a perfect spot for a Whistler getaway. Highly recommend!

The property is in great shape, has been recently updated, and is right on the shuttle bus route. Some days we walked to Upper Village, other days we took the shuttle. There was an issue with one of the beds - the property manager addressed it within hours. Great stay!

It was a great stay for our snowboarding trip. It was roughly 5 min walk with easy parking. The garage had a 6’10’’ clearance so I wasn’t enough to park inside the garage but there was a lot of available street parking. However, keep in mind from Nov to end of March, you cannot park on the street during the business hours (which was not an issue for us as we went in April)
