Great visit. All the staples - towels, shampoo/soaps, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper were there as well as salt/pepper/olive oil and even some coffee to get us started in the AM. The coffee pot had a built in filter which was lovely. The kids - and adults! - loved the pool and hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful place to launch with super easy walkability to the gondola as well as a great market across the street!

We had such a fantastic stay at this Creekside condo in Whistler! Everything was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and super easy check-in.The location was perfect, especially traveling with three kids. It was an easy walk to the gondola, which made our ski days so much smoother. After a full day on the mountain, the pool, hot tub, and sauna were a huge hit with everyone.We also loved being able to walk to dinner and the grocery store—so convenient! Overall, just a fabulous place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again.

Great place for a family trip in a great location. The unit was nice and spacious and comfortable for everyone.
The parking situation is kind of bad though, and the unit is hard to find (even with the description). There is an underground lot very far from the actual unit, and a few spots near the unit that were always occupied. This ended up being quite inconvenient.

We had a wonderful time at this stay. It’s comfortable, super close to slopes/shops, and was stocked better than anticipated (soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, towels, dish pods, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils & cooking equipment). Check-in was a breeze with the door code. We had a challenge finding the unit at first (probably because it was dark). The heated bathroom floors were a lovely surprise. The only “complaint” we had was that taking out the trash was inconvenient, but that’s on the complex, not this property. Overall, I absolutely recommend! We are so happy we stayed here

It was a great place to stay and comfortable for 2 families. We enjoyed the amenities and really close to the stores and trails.
The only thing is we wished there were basic condiments to cook with. There is none. No salt, sugar, cooking oil, etc.

It suited our purposes for our family trip but did have a few drawbacks. We found the place smelled musty, likely because it is fully carpeted. We were there during a heat wave and the portable air conditioners were really noisy and not super effective. Had to turn the living room one off if you wanted to have a conversation. Parking was very limited outside and the underground garage was tight to fit a SUV.
Lots of dishes, well organized, spacious, great location for hopping on a bus to Whistler centre, grocery store across the street. Our child loved the pool. It was a quiet space (except the air conditioners).

We had 2 families of 4 with children ranging from 11-15 at this property. It was perfect. The condo was well-stocked with laundry and dishwasher detergent as well as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It has a great entryway to store your ski gear. The location is great with quick access to the gondola, a grocery store right across the street & walking access to several food options. We were able to easily use the BC Transit bus to get into Whistler Village (purchase tickets at the Creekside Market), so no need for a rental car. My only complaint is communication with the property management company. I emailed during our stay asking for a late checkout & called b/c I saw an odd 'hold' charge on my credit card from them after checkout & in both cases I didn't receive a response. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Great Location. The walk to the gondola was shorter than most walks from the ski parking lot at so many ski resorts. Creekside Village had all that we needed for our stay, and it was out of the fray of Whistler Village. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The common area hot tub was large and provided a great apre's ski social environment. The Managment company was responsive to our questions regarding access to the pool area.

We stayed in a unit in the Lake Placid Lodge complex. It is very convenient to the Creekside gondola, and the property was exactly as advertised. We have stayed in several locations in the lodge and it is our favorite place in the Whistler area.

This is a great ski rental. It is a short walk across the street to rent skis or catch the gondola. The Creekside market and a number of great little restaurants are an easy walk away (I highly recommend Samurai Bowl Whistler, which is just steps away).
As for the place itself, it looks just like the pictures in the listing. It is clean, spacious and the kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils that you could want. One note for future guests, rental regulations don't allow for condiments to be left in the apartment. So be prepared to bring/buy your own sugar, spices, etc. Luckily, with the Creekside market a short walk away, that isn't really an issue at all.
Communication with the rental office was great. I called with a question and had no issues connecting with a human, which was quite a relief.
If I am lucky enough to return to Whistler, I will definitely look forward to saying here again!

The location of this place was excellent. Our 3 kids could easily walk to the creekside gondola in their ski boots from the place. It was less than 5 minutes to an awesome grocery store so we really didn’t need to bring any food with us.
We loved having the pool and hot tub, one of the days it was a bit chilly for some reason but great all the others. It was a short drive and easy parking in Whistler village to go to the playground and shopping etc. creekside pizza was the best pizza we ever had and was also walkable from the place. The only slight down side was our kids really wanted to play in the snow outside and there was really just parking lots around and no green space.
As far as the accommodation itself, it was very quiet, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. We had our 4 kids, our 18yr old babysitter and 2 adults and we all fit in with lots of space. The top bunk in the kids room was quite wobbly, but ok for a young child. The blind in the living room were broken and it would have been nice if they opened. We would stay again, im just mentioning a few things that could be maintained. We had an awesome stay.

The hall bathroom always seemed to have hot water. Disappointed that I was never able to take a shower during my stay in the master bedroom during the times (before 6am) that I prefer.

The Creekside Gondola is a five-minute walk. The property is in good shape. The Townhouse was clean with all we needed to cook and clean.
Be aware that the check-in process is very inconvenient. We arrived at the property at 9 pm with all our equipment using the airport shuttle. However, to get the access code to the unit, I need to take a taxi or public transportation. Another 15 minutes of driving (one way). I have been doing VRBO for the last seven years, but this is the first time that the property management made me take a taxi from the property to the management office to provide me access to the unit. This issue is inconvenient as you can't walk from the unit to the primary office. I spent an extra US$30 on taxis to access the unit.
Also, I called the main office two days before our leaving date on seven occasions to check if they could provide me with a late checkout instead.
They never confirmed if we could do the late checkout. They always told me they were checking with the property owner and would call me back. They never call.
The rest was okay.

We traveled to Whistler with friends, all of us with young children. The house was the perfect base. Close to the lifts for switching off skiing. Close to town for taking kids to the little playground or for lunch. The bedrooms are all away from the living room which was great for noise reduction. Kitchen was very well stocked for all of our meals. And the property manager was very responsive to my questions ahead of our stay. Only complaint was the same as others, the check in process. You have to go to Whistler Village, at 4pm when the ski lifts are closed. The person checking us in did not know anything about the property or parking situation and then we got stuck in over an hour of traffic trying to get back to the house. But it was still worth it and I would stay here again.

Great rental for bigger family. The pool and hottub were great. Little bbq area by the pool was convenient too. We easily got 2 parking spaces right out front. This is a townhouse so 2 full flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms upstairs - not an issue but if you have elderly or young folks with you I would want to know. Lovely patio but could use more than 2 chairs for such a large unit. (There we’re a couple of plastic chairs but not comfortable to dine). The dining table is big enough for 8 guests however it is very wobbly and the chairs are close to falling apart. I was worried they would collapse under us. The knives need serious replacing - making meals was a bit of a challenge. All that being said, I would book here again for my family and just bring my own knives and hope that the chairs are replaced.

Carriage house #18 is an excellent base to explore Creekside village and the Whistler Blackcomb resort. The rooms were all clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. There was one small hiccup with the check-in process where they didn't have our reservation on file, but a call to the property manager quickly resolved it. It's probably because we booked last-minute. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property for up to 4 adults and 4 kids.

We usually spend a week in Whistler in the summer and stay near the village. This was a great a great spot for a winter vacation - ski in ski out location, grocery and liquor store across the street and with ever changing Covid rules hurting the local restaurants so badly we planned on cooking in and ordering in a bit. The kitchen had everything I needed to so that. Beds were comfortable and lots of elbow room for the '20 somethings' to chill.

Lake Placid Lodge is our favorite place to stay in Whistler... Not too busy like in the village. Very good price and comfort ratio overall. The only thing , this particular unit not facing the pool and to get in hot tab area needs to walk around. However, no issues at all with our stay... Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay at this property. It was quiet and close to amenities. Parking was easy. Very happy that the kitchen has all the supplies that are not food(of course). Had salt and pepper but no other spices. We were able to have large family meals and lacked for nothing when it came to preparing them.
Only 2 things as a heads up: fridge still leaks, there is a bowl catching the water. This was in previous reviews and hasn't resolved. Second, there were long stretches where there was no hot water in kitchen or showers. Very strange, and certainly not ideal.

We loved this place and the location at Creekside which was less busy/congested vs. disown Whistler. My wife and I stayed in the top floor in one room with the kids in the other, my elderly parents in the master bedroom on the main floor. There's no bathroom on the top floor, so we did have to use the main floor for facilities. Also there is a flight of stairs from the entrance to the main floor.
The unit was clean, well-appointed and roomy for all of us. Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful and the kids spent hours in the pool every day. Overall we had a great vacation and we would stay there again. It's alsomclose to a great walking path that takes you to the lakes, perfect for jogging too.
There were two issues which tainted time there, however:
1. You have to check in at the office in downtown Whistler. This was not communicated by the property management prior to check-in and was an unexpected hassle as we had to get the address from them to check-in, pay for downtown parking, find the office which wasn't well-signed, etc. Typically an email with this info is sent in VRBO, but they failed to do so.
2. The fridge needs to be replaced. The drawers and a shelf were broken, and it pooled water inside which we had to clean up from the bottom and the floor every couple of days (we lost a little of our food before we discovered this). We were going to communicate this to the management after our stay but did not have an email or survey supplied by them.
Bottom line, better commination and a new fridge would have made our stay perfect. But overall we had a great time.

This was a very well kept 3 bedroom coach house. The pool was excellent. The location was very close to a super market and the Valley Trail. Very highly recommended. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, but they did provide fans. It was an exceptionally hot summer, so we did find the quite quite warm at night.

This is a nice large unit within walking distance to slopes. It is not a ski-in/ski-out condo. It did take longer for us to get up to the top of the mountain from Creekside than when we have stayed at Blackcomb. Not sure that I would stay in Creekside again due to this issue (lift capacity in mornings).
The unit was clean and in good condition. We did have a small problem that we communicated with the property management and it was promptly fixed. It should be noted that two of the bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people are on the 3rd floor of the condo and the bathroom for those individuals is on the 2nd floor. We did not bring my elderly mother due to that situation but it worked fine for kids and most adults.
Overall the unit was nice.

The location is great - just across the street and up the stairs to the Creekside gondola - there is a liquor store and food market in the Creekside business area. Overall, the condo is great - good kitchen facilities, clean, large family room/dining area. The two downsides are that the BBQ area is a good 100 meter walk around the building and into the pool area, and the bathroom set-up was a bit of a challenge - the two bathrooms are on the main floor - one in the master suite and the other in the hallway by the kitchen. Most of the sleeping areas are on the 3rd floor where there is no bathroom. If all the sleeping areas are used, then you have 8 people sharing one bathroom. We made it work, but it's something to be aware of. Figuring out the parking situation was a little confusing, but the property manager was helpful and they took care of any small issues we had during the week. Overall - it's a great place to stay for a family.

Great condo with an easy walk to everything in Creekside. The property manager brought new pans within two hours of my request - excellent service. Checkin is a bit of a pain as it is in the busy Whistler main village without parking, but that is the only drawback. I found Creekside to be quiet and a perfect launching point for the bike park. Overall the food was much better at Creekside than the main village as well.

Great location and nicely furnished place. Bunk bed mattresses are not suitable for adults, poor quality, can feel every coil. Bed in master bedroom is a double twin, not a king-size, shorter than a normal king-size bed and may be too short for tall guests. Otherwise a great place, clean and modern, with nice amenities such as a hot tub, pool and ski storage. 5 minute walk to the lift. Would be fabulous if it were not for the mattress issues.

Excellent place. We had a fantastic 5 nights for Presidents Day week. The condo very comfortably accommodated my two kids, my mother in law, my wife and I. There is an excellent little supermarket within 150 meters. Awesome hot communal spa for after ski recuperation and it is close enough to lifts (< 200m) that the kids didn’t complain about carrying their skis :-)
I also highly recommend Creekbread, which is about 5-10 mins walk away, for an excellent pizza.
