Good location near the town! The venue is maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the gondola, which is doable even in ski boots. A good location for skiing. Also is close enough for getting to the village easily.
The amenities worked well, including television access (accessible through the smart TV). While the kitchen had a few cleanliness spots that could be a touch better, most things were fine and we were able to cook each night using the amenities provided.
The space is especially good for parties with kids, as the loft space upstairs (4 beds) is separate from the two main bedrooms. Space was great for our party of 6.

Enough room for two families with kids to stay comfortably. Carried skis a short walk to ski to the Blackcomb Gondola. Walking distance to Whistler Village, about 1k scenic, well-lit path. Enjoyed the hot tub and kids used the pool too. Beds were comfortable. We cooked some meals and used the laundry there too.

My friends and I loved this Airbnb. The room has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, a glimpse of the village and view down to the community pool and hot tub. The living space is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The whole place was spotless upon arrival and the Marquis is extremely well maintained. The room is about a 5 minute walk from the upper village and 20 minutes to the main village, however the free bus picks up just outside the main entrance! The attached parking garage is $25/day but secure and convenient.

Instructions for accessing the building and the car park. It took us half an hour to work out how to access the building through the car park, which we only managed to do with the help of some of the residents. There was no one available any day in the lobby area to speak to. The parking was quoted as being $20 per day when in fact it was $25 per day.

The condo's location is great, just like the pictures. We went during the heat snap,the a/c works okay to keep the place cool. If there were curtains on the sliding doors it might help keep the temp down. The loft area was a like a sauna, luckily we brought a big fan and when i asked for another fan for the loft area they brought us one and set it up while we were out it is a perfect place for 2 families as thebkids have there own little area to hang out.

Outstanding stay in Blackcomb! The residence is the perfect size for a weekend getaway. Such a quick walk to the mountain, Blackcomb village and the free shuttle bus stop is right outside the lobby for a short ride to Whistler village. The apartment was extremely clean, the amenities were spot on as advertised and overall just the perfect size for our group. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. The host was also extremely communicative throughout our stay and very helpful.

We had a wedding at Fairmont Whistler and this was such a great location to be close to that and close to whistler village while also allowing my family privacy and a place for a group of us (6 adults) to stay together. We had some issues with the AC and fans but Outpost and the maintenance guy took care of it and followed up multiple times to make sure we were doing okay. The communication was fantastic.

The condo looked just like the pictures, it is a great locations and perfect for 2 small families to stay as the kids loved having the loft as there own space. The master bed as really noisy, it squeaked with every more so it kept waking me up. The A/C unit does need to be upgraded to keep the place cool on a hot day. Great customer service as they gave us a little later check out and was able to store bikes a little longer so we could hang out in Whistler longer after check out. Would defiantly recommend and if we go up again next year we will defiantly stay here again.

We loved our time in Whistler! It is a beautiful area with so much to do! Our condo was in a great location and we were thankful that it had 2 window AC units. The parking garage does require you to pay for every day that you stay at the condo unit. This condo is accessed by indoor corridors so it has a hotel feel.
The bed in the master bedroom did have some minor issues and a few of the sheets on the bunkbeds didn't seem fresh but overall I would definitely recommend that you stay here!

The views are spectacular and really make the apartment very special, especially after a night of heavy snow. We also loved watching the squirrel that lived in the trees opposite, so cute!!! We had a wonderful stay in Whistler at this apartment in the Marquise complex.We had one problem with a light fitting which was handled very professionally & fixed immediately. Communications re gaining entry to the property were clear.The only downside for us was that we were in Whistler in a particularly hot spell without a car so dependant on the shuttle to get to town. It only runs twice an hour which really is not sufficiently frequent. This however is not a fault of the property which was comfortable & well maintained. New Aircon in the ensuite bedroom would be a bonus. All in all this property was great!

This was the perfect spot for my group of 8 for our trip to Whistler. The welcome basket with treats was a nice surprise. In-unit washer and dryer (with detergent!), dishwasher, coffee machine, and full kitchen was great to have. Location was nice. Only complaint of the building (probably due to covid) in Feb was the restricted access to the pool/hot tub. You had to sign up on a sign up sheet for a 30 min slot but the sheet was always full everytime we checked, yet when we glanced down at the hot tub/pool there was rarely anyone in it. Hopefully this restriction is lifted soon.

Sarah has a beautiful vacation rental with excellent views of the sunset, and valley floor below. We would recommend this unit for larger parties. It worked perfectly for our group where we wanted teenage girls and teenage boys to each have their own separate sleeping spaces.
The shower rooms both had updated surfaces and nice shower fixtures. Plus! Heated floors in the Master Shower Room!
It is a quick walk to Blackomb base and a reasonable walk to Whistler base and village.
They were very responsive to any needs or questions we had during our stay! I would stay here again and without hesitation recommend this unit to friends!

Exactly as we expected. The amenities were very nice, such as ski locker, indoor hot tub on the facility, and a dry sauna. Communication was quick and forth-giving. Our stay was made much easier with prompt answers and local tips. The condo itself had a ton of capacity. All the essentials were provided.
It is located Blackcomb side. Very easy in and out access from the runs, but moving to Whistler mountain will take a couple of gondolas or walking. I would recommend this condo for your next Whistler/Blackcomb visit!

Waking up to the amazing view of the mountains was the highlight for me. Short walk (400m) to the ski slope and ski-in to a path that kicks out literally across the street. Free shuttle picks up right outside the front door if you need to get to and from the village. Heated outdoor pool, indoor hot tub. The space can sleep 8, maybe one or two more on the sofa bed, but it would be cramped with more than 8. 3 couples in the queen beds and one in each twin is the most I'd try. I think 5 or 6 is the ideal group or family size for the size of the space. Kitchen and bathroom areas were adequate. Heated floors in the bathroom made my feet very happy. Check-in/out were a breeze. Loved staying here. Highly recommended.
