This condo was the perfect spot to call home for my weekend trip to Whistler. It was only a short walk to the village and we never had to drive anywhere. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well organized. The Kitchen was well stocked and the living room was big enough to accomdate a group of 4. The hottub was really nice after spending all day on the mountian. I will be coming back and looking to stay here again!

We have stayed in this exact unit several times now. The place is warm and inviting, with comfortable beds classy decor and a well equipped kitchen. Bedding and lines are good quality, and the in-unit hot tub and barbecue grill are greatly appreciated. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, but a short walk to village restaurants and bars, and to the gondolas. We had a problem getting the TVs to receive cable channels, and Outpost sent a technician over within a few minutes of my call, and he resolved the problem. I’ve stayed in a few places in Whistler, and highly recommend Outpost and the condos at Sunpath over anyplace else I’ve been.

I wish I could give this place a 100% recommendation, but the hot tub was remarkably filthy. Rest assured that the rest of the unit was immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, comfortable and well stocked (including a very thoughtful and complimentary tray of treats/coffee/snacks/bottled water). But if the private hot tub is a priority to you (really the only amenity we look for in a ski rental and we don't mind paying a premium for it) this is not the place for you. The hosts need to have a talk with their hot tub maintenance crew or find a new team to handle it. Rings of dark filth around the edges, brown sediment settled on all the seats that would just get whitreed around as soon as you turned on the jets, human hair and other mysterious debris floating about. We tried leaving the jets on to hopefully cycle some of the filth into the fixed and floating filtration but to no avail (I suspect neither had been cleaned or inspected in a while or there was serious abuse of the tub by previous guests and the cleaning team didn't bother to check or didn't feel the need to remedy the situation. It's a shame since the rest of the unit was so top notch. Great location across the street from the #4 shuttle, boot drier in the dedicated ski storage foyer, comfortable beds and linens, full size washer dryer. The place is great in all other aspects, but the condition of the hot tub unfortunately undid all the good that the place had going for it.

We had a great stay. The condo is very well appointed and close to everything. The location is outstanding and food and groceries and anything you need are very close by. There are lots of great places to eat and the hot tub on the deck is a great option as well as the community one right in front of the condo. The free shuttle picks you up right in front of the condo and drops you off at the slopes. We would definitely book this unit again.

Such a cozy and quiet townhouse, plenty of room, great kitchen to prepare meals, love the private hot tub. Just a few things of note: 1. There is no lift from the parking garage up to the units. 2. It may have been noted and I missed it, but the dedicated parking stall is not quite long enough for a full sized truck, so might keep that in mind. Bring any condiments, spices and so forth that you might need, there were none there, even the salt shaker was empty. Kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need but is a little light on dish ware. Overall, an excellent condo close to the gondolas and village, yet quiet after hours. Highly recommended.

Communication with the host was great, and they were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. However, everything else was mediocre. The space lacked any standout features, and it even fell short on essentials. For a group of six, there were only two tea bags and two small pouches of coffee provided. While the host did bring more upon request, they mentioned it was just a ‘starter pack,’ which felt insufficient for the number of guests. Overall, the stay was okay.

Only thing as more of a heads up for families is the parking garage - it has a pretty low height limit so if you’re traveling in a larger SUV with a box on top, you’ll have to take it off to park. Super minor in the grand picture because otherwise this place is perfect!

We loved the unit. Clean, modern, well decorated, an extremely well equipped kitchen, decks, great hot tub, recycling and composting set up, great bedding, etc.
Parking was however confusing, and resulted in our two vehicles being towed for a cost of $460. Outpost was gracious enough to cover half of that, but it was still a lot. We found the signage unclear, the description of the entry to the parkade unclear, and did not understand why, having left our phone numbers on the dash, we weren’t called as a warning. We found other renters checking in to also be very confused, and later noticed a sign warning about ‘predatory towing’ in the area. Indeed. I’m in cancer treatment on chemo and was perhaps a little out of it to figure things out, but my brother And sister were as unclear as I was. I’m not sure who this feedback should be directed to, perhaps it is the strata? It was unfortunate that the incident tainted an otherwise great stay.

We have always liked the Sunpath condo complex. Have stayed in three different units now. #12 is very well done and comfortable. The private hot tub is pretty nice. If you aren’t comfortable with three floors in your condo, maybe go for a single floor unit, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Kept our legs from locking up after a day skiing! Recommend!

We had a great time at Outpost’s townhouse. The place was spacious, clean and in a great location. We came with our toddler and our infant and stayed 3 nights. The mud room was spacious enough for our stroller and had a nice seat for us to store our car seat and outerwear. The boot dryer came in very handy! We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the hot tub off the bedroom and the 2 bathrooms were a bonus! You couldn’t ask for a better location with the Village Stroll right there and many trails, parks and restaurants all within walking distance. We absolutely loved the townhouse and would love to come back again on our next trip to Whistler!

There was constant communication with management and I’m sure they would have attended to any problem if we had one.

The King bed in the master bedroom left little room for anything else. We had to turn sideways to pass each other, and the bed and nightstand interfered with opening the closet door completely. The 1st bath room felt cramped, with an awkward entry because of how the door opened, and the exhaust fan would not turn off, which got to be annoying.
On the plus side, the location was very convenient, the kitchen was well equipped and the laundry was convenient and easy to use. We made good use of the patio grill. The living room and dining area were comfy, although the hard wood floors made the “no shoes” rule painful for older feet.

Sarah’s place is in a fantastic location in Whistler, the condo is great and pool is great too. This property is managed by a property management company (understandably, since it’s a vacation town). I had some communication issues with the rental company that have nothing to do with Sarah, of course. Sarah’s place is clean, very beautiful, comfortable, great location. We rented in summer when prices are less than winter though I’d imagine this is a great deal and location for skiing as well. I had contacted the rental agencies after hours line with a concern about parking and the after hours person said I’d get a call back from someone and I never heard back, which is unfortunate but out of the condo owner’s control. My family loved this place for our summer trip to Whistler. The location was PERFECT! It was in walking distance to anything we wanted to do in Whistler, but far enough from the village center that it was quiet. The Fresh Street market was so close to gather our food items for our stay and we loved eating dinner at La Cantina, Pasta Lupino and Antico Pizzeria which were all so close.
We were there for the bike park and I didn't know there was bike storage available to us, so I think that is my only constructive feedback. The airbnb didn't allow storing bikes in the place so I couldn't figure out how to bring our own bikes with us. Had I known there was bike storage on the complex, I would have brought our own bikes.
The airbnb was fully stocked with all staples and anything we needed. I didn't have to buy or bring anything with us and we did laundry multiple times and ate breakfast at the airbnb.
The hot tub was great, it was a little small but big enough for the three of us.

We loved our stay at Sarah's place in Whistler! The home is very comfortable and was nice to have a separate floor for the bedrooms from the rest of the home. It's a very quick walk to the village and there's plenty of good food and a market nearby. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 school-aged kids) spent a week here during Xmas ski trip and had a comfortable stay. Property was warm and cozy even though weather dipped well below normal. We loved the clean, modern decor, well-stocked kitchen, private hot tub, and the wash and dryer in our unit. Heated floors was also a big plus. Kitchen and bathrooms felt newly updated. Property was roughly 10 min walk to the base of Whistler. A bit longer walk with ski boots on. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. One free parking space was included. Management team was responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunpath 12!

Highly recommend staying at Sarah’s AirBnb!! The condo is renovated and decorated absolutely beautifully. She really goes above and beyond with every detail. Including extra towels, blankets, pillows and even really nice Aveda soaps, lotions, and shampoo/conditioners. They have a perfect area at the front door for all your ski/snowboard equipment with a heated book rack! All the tile floors in the condo are heated, controlled heating in every room and all the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is also super great, with very short walks to anything you could need! We had an amazing stay at whistler because of Sarah’s AirBnb!

Four of us stayed here for the last week of January to spend some time on the mountain. We were very comfortable here. Checkin was seamless, instructions were simple, and all was clearly communicated for checkout as well. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could need. Only negative was when we tried using the oven it filled the place up with lots of smoke so we didn’t use it for the rest of our stay (probably just needs a good cleaning). The apartment was very clean and comfortably appointed - I loved the decor! Four of us sat comfortably on the couch and the big pillows and blankets made it extra cozy after a long day on the mountain. The in unit jacuzzi was a game changer and I’m afraid I am now spoiled for life!
The place is about a 10 minute walk to the whistler village gondola. This was a little bit of an effort for those with ski boots. If you’re going to tire yourself out on the slopes, save a little energy for the walk back! In the evenings, it was very convenient to the village and we feel we were able to make the most of our stay at whistler. I would love to stay here again upon return to the mountain.
