The primary bedroom features a King bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed sleeping two, and the living area includes a queen-sized sofa bed and smart TV, providing comfortable space for everyone to unwind.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full evening meal, and a BBQ adds the option to dine al fresco. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain or out exploring Whistler's vibrant village, with its abundance of shops and eateries just moments away.

Village North offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, just a short stroll from the energy of Whistler Village. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and central location, the neighbourhood provides easy access to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Valley Trail network while remaining slightly removed from the busiest parts of the resort.

Guests are within walking distance of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, Olympic Plaza, and many of the resort’s year-round events and activities. In winter, enjoy skating at Olympic Plaza, cozy apres spots, and quick access to the slopes, while summer brings outdoor concerts, farmers markets, biking trails, and nearby lakes and parks. The area is also home to local favourites like Mount Currie Coffee Company and Harajuku Izakaya, making it a convenient base for both short getaways and extended stays.

Combining walkability, a quieter village setting, and excellent access to skiing, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, Village North remains a favourite for guests wanting convenience without the constant bustle of the main Village Stroll.

House rules

Please remove shoes before entering the home.
No smoking or vaping in the home including on decks/patio or within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am.
No garbage should be left outside the unit at any time, as this may result in strata fines. Read the house manual > garbage/recycling for more information.
No bikes, snowboards or skis permitted inside the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Free secure underground parking (6'10" clearance). Located within the complex but a short walk from the townhouse. Parking stalls, while able to fit large SUVS, are very small.
This townhome has AC units in the bedrooms. A portable fan is provided in the living area for your comfort.
A small outdoor area with a private hot tub is available for guests to use. Please note this is not a large patio area.
Extra guests (6th and 7th adults) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 7 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.
The pool will be closed for its annual maintenance from September 14–18, 2026.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

Great location! The bedroom with bunks is best suited for smaller adults or kiddos (not a lot of room to maneuver), and the dining area would be a bit squished with the more people (we had 4 adults - three over 6ft tall). That said, the beds were comfy, the townhome was very clean, hot tub was hot, and we had a great time. Communication was quick and friendly!

The suite was great for our family and we had a wonderful time!
Outpost required an additional identification verification process on top of the AirBNB identification.
Also you need to go into the suite to get the key to get into the garage. It was not a problem as there were several of us but was a bit inconvenient for unloading the car.
