Stretching along the lower slopes of Blackcomb and Upper Village, the area is known for its ski-in/ski-out access, forested surroundings, and easy access to both adventure and relaxation.

Guests enjoy quick access to the Blackcomb Gondola, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail network, making it easy to ski, bike, hike, or explore year-round. Spend summer afternoons swimming or paddleboarding at Lost Lake, tee off at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, or enjoy après and patio dining at Merlin’s Bar & Grill, a favourite slope-side spot at the base of Blackcomb. In winter, the area becomes a hub for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through Lost Lake Park.

Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis, snowboards or bikes in the home. Please store in ski and bike locker.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Each property includes 1 free underground parking spot (6'9" clearance), plus limited visitor parking.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
There are 3 hallway steps to access the property, which may not suit guests with mobility issues.
Extra guest (5th guest) pays $35 CAD / night per person; max 5 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

Der Checkin lief durch den Türcode unproblematisch, aber wenn wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gekommen wären, wäre es schwierig geworden. Der Code für das Gebäude stimmte nicht mit dem in der Email überein und aufgrund der weitläufigen Anlage hätten wir auch das WLAN nicht nutzen können.
In der Garage gab es Wägen zum Transport des Gepäcks aufs Zimmer. Um zu unserem Zimmer zu kommen, gab es aber nochmal drei Stufen, sodass wir dann doch die Sachen einzeln tragen mussten. Wer auf barrierefreie Wege angewiesen ist, sollte das vorab klären.
Am Eingang der Wohnung war eine kleine Garderobe, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Sofas im Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Es gab ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett und davor ein Waschbecken mit Bad daneben. Das etwas größere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war durch eine Tür getrennt und hatte ein eigenes Bad. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool mit Liegen und einen heißen Whirlpool. Zur Abfahrt der Blackcomb Gondola/ Restaurants sind es etwa 5min zu Fuß.
