Our stay was great. The place is in great condition, it appears that it has been refurbished recently and the bedding was perfect. Having a view on the trees from the apartment is also great.
We also love the proximity to the ski runs, right in front of the residence. Swimming pool and hot tubs were also great!
We would come back to this place again!

We had a great stay overall. The ski-in, ski-out location is excellent and made accessing the mountain incredibly convenient. Parking was also easy, with street parking readily available.
The unit itself is modern, cozy, and very well laid out — it really feels comfortable and thoughtfully designed for a ski trip.
The only downside, and the reason for a 4-star instead of 5-star review, is the bedding. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the pillows could definitely be improved. Offering better-quality pillows (for example, feather or a mix of firmer/softer options) and more comfortable mattresses would make a big difference.
Aside from that, everything else was great — with improved bedding, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Fantastic ski in/out condo that was perfect for my family of five. We went skiing daily and enjoyed the super easy access to the ski trails! Each day my family loved the heated pool and spa for relaxing. The kitchen appliances are super convenient for staying in and having a quiet evening. Would definitely stay there again if traveling to Whistler!

Overall we had a great experience. The Aspens is within walking distance of Blackcomb village and is a true ski in/ski out location. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Heating worked very well and the fireplace was great to have.
Things that could have been improved - the guest bathroom shower was dirty when we arrived. However when I let the host know, they addressed it immediately the next morning. The host helped to arrange a pack-n-play and high chair rental which was super helpful. However the pack-n-play was not very clean when it arrived. Perhaps they can consider using a different service which provides roller cribs instead since those are easier to keep clean.
Overall we would recommend this location and would stay here again. Thanks for being super responsive to our messages!

It was great - except for the strong smell of Indian food in the apartment. We asked for someone to come and clean - they said that someone would come at 9 am the next day. However, they didn't. I had too call again and they apologized for the mixup and sent someone at 5 pm. Still not much success removing the smell

The heated parking garage was convenient -- we were able to park almost directly under the condo, which made loading / unloading easy. Our room at the Aspens was as good as any hotel stay. Clean. Good beds. Clean sheets. Lots of towels and bath and shower amenities. There was a basket of snacks and coffee in the room. TV worked well and provided many channels to watch movies, shows, etc. we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return. Our friends also stayed at the Aspens but stayed at another unit managed by another company. They were not pleased with the quality of their room. Outpost did a great job for our room.

This suite was very nice - it was very clean and not at all run-down.
The pool and hot tubs were great and very well maintained, with plenty of chairs and loungers available. The building is a short walk from the upper village with plenty to do around it. Lost Lake is a manageable walk.
Communications were clear and the checkout expectations weren't demanding. The only major issue isn't the fault of the owners, but the only elevator serving the building was out of service for the second half of our stay. It did make carrying everything down to the parkade a bit rough, though the owners of the suite aren't responsible for the building's elevator!

The unit itself is excellent: Great Appliances, nice beds.
The view: nonexistent. It's basically at ground level, so your view is a small lawn and some pine trees. Not terrible, but we couldn't leave the slider open during the day, which made it even hotter.
My main issue was the temperature: it’s just surprisingly hot in there, even when it’s only 65° outside. You would think it is in the shade all day based on the listing, but in July it got sun all day, especially in the morning, so it was hot early then all day.
There's one of those hotel A/C units in the master bedroom. Our first few days it was in the 80's outside so we had to leave the AC cranked all day and all night with fans blowing the cool air out of our room into the main room, so we were freezing to make the rest of the unit livable.
Once the weather cooled off to highs in the 60's, it was good for temperature, though we still had to open the sliding door to cool the main room. Due to it being ground level, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding patio door open all day.
LOCATION: The Aspens are about a five minute uphill ride from the village. It was really quiet, with an uphill bike ride home each evening. The bike storage rooms in the garage were great, but they're at the most distant end of the building from this unit, so it's a long walk back.
Overall, great trip and great biking and we survived the heat because the the weather cooled off. Next time I really want a view and central AC.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The on site ski valet was incredibly convenient. The elevator has issues, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. The only thing that would have made this place better was a little gate on the balcony to allow us direct access to the ski run and gondola just outside the unit, but still a really good location.

Overall the stay went well.
The host had welcome snacks and the place was clean. They were also communicative when asking questions.
There are a couple things to note that didn’t match expectations from the listing.
1.The pictures showed a working fireplace. This apartment has a fire place but it looked like it no longer has gas.
2.The parking was $25 a night per car. It was unclear of whether we had a space included in the unit even when communicating with the host. We did not.
3. It says ski in and ski out. That is to the whole apartment/hotel complex. It is not from the unit it’s self. The pictures made it seem from the unit.
4. No skis/snowboards are allowed in the elevators so we had to carry the equipment via stairs. There is a free ski valet that should be mentioned.
5. Garbage is outside of the complex and needs to be sorted. A heads up would have helped.
6. Extra cozy blankets would have been nice.
7. Multiple bulbs were burnt out.

We loved how convenient this location is, although it’s not in the village it is easily walkable to the Château. It is also ski in ski out. The one complaint we had were the pillows were horrible so if you’re coming, I would bring your own pillow. They are way too big and way too firm.

Perfect location in Whistler and enjoyed the balcony facing up Blackcomb mountain. AC made it much more enjoyable during the hot weather. Condo was clean and well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues (burned out light bulbs, electrical outlets not working, etc.) but didn't impact our stay at all.

This place is truly a ski in out, and easy walk into upper village and over to the main village. the place itself was fine, definitely needs some upgrades. also, they provided 2 coffee filters for our entire stay, so definitely bring the basket type filters and coffee if you want more than 2 pots of coffee during your stay. also bring salt and pepper and oil if you are cooking. there are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. the staff was very helpful

Great location, as the unit was really close to the hot tubs and pool and right off the slopes. Very convenient for a family with younger kids(ours were 4 and 6). Host was very responsive as we had a couple questions leading up to our stay and they got back to us generally within an hour of us asking. Space was great for a family of 4. We used the kitchen for most meals and while some appliances show their wear, everything functions perfectly well. I would stay again for sure.

Great ski in/ ski out location. The ski valet is convenient and quick. The apartment was spacious enough for four people. It was well stocked with basic supplies. The walk to the village is easy, right down the ski slope. However, we were with older people who found this a big challenge. The pool and hot tub area is really nice after skiing.

We LOVE staying at the Aspens and have stayed in 251 three times. The beds are comfy, bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling clean. The gas fireplace is great to turn on for a cozy night in or it is an easy walk down to the Upper Village for great drinks and meals. The ski-out/ski-in is fabulous and the hot tubs even better after a day on the slopes. Staff is always helpful and it is so easy to check-in and check out.

The location was nice, the apartment itself looked old and wasn't amazing, just ok.
I was penalized for $60 because they found a cigarette butt in an empty cigarette box. I keep the butts in the box because I don't like throwing them to the streets, that's why they found it but I never smoked in the apartment. They also charged extra for "extra cleaning" it seems like they are looking for any opportunity to charge more. Watch out

Excellent ski-in/out location. Pool and hot tub were used on a nightly basis throughout our stay. Outpost Staff were also very prompt when reacting to client requests and needs. Unit requires pot holders for removing hot items from the oven, dust pan for broom closet, and could use a stiffer-type carpet sweeper to clean up dining area crumbs, etc after eating. Enjoyed our stay...unit is highly recommended.

Something to note- the garage has a 6’6 clearance (our truck was too tall) but we managed to find parking on the road with no issues at all! Also not an issue for most vehicles lol.

We went to Whistler for a quiet weekend getaway and stayed in the Aspens Unit 251. Our suite was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and was a very cute place. The size was great for us (4 adults and one baby). The kitchen was fully loaded with everything that we needed to make our breakfasts and dinners. There was a spacious patio with a beautiful view of the greens and forest and we could see the gondola through the trees. This would be awesome during ski season for sure. The pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid but that's common these days unfortunately. We enjoyed walking into the village through the valley trail and we also were very close to Lost Lake. The beds were very comfy and the place was quiet and just what the doctor ordered! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

It was a great stay! We did have an issue with very loud people above us. The table and chairs were shaking they were thumping so loud. The property manager tried to deal with it, but I think the people staying there couldn’t shave cared less. It was loud and constant enough that it did ruin parts of our stay. I would try and stay on the top floor next time. If you had respectful, nice people as neighbours then this place would be great!

My husband, myself, and our 2 young-adult children stayed here. We had quite a bit of biking and hiking gear, so we were a little tight on space, but it was fine for us. We love the location of this property in the upper village. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet a very short walk to restaurants, gondolas, and shopping. We appreciate the bike locker and pool/hot tubs on property. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay again.

Loved Sarah's unit.
She provided accurate info leading up on the check in procedure, door codes etc.
The two bedroom set up was perfect with my wife and I in the king bedroom with the 2 kids in the second bedroom.
A/C was a bonus as stayed in previous Aspens units without it which was uncomfortable in the summer heat.
Perfect location in the Upper Village with the Lost Lake Trails and Main Village a 3mins ride from the condo.
Hope to be back next summer.

Wonderful location for ski in ski out underneath the new high speed Blackholm Gondola. This unit was very clean and had all of the amenities you could want. The on site staff were very courteous and helpful. The three hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. We will be back!
