Whistler Creekside blends laid-back local charm with unbeatable mountain access via the Creekside Gondola. Originally developed as the base for Whistler Mountain during the 1968 Winter Olympics bid, Creekside has grown into one of Whistler’s most loved neighbourhoods, known for its authentic local atmosphere and easy access to year-round adventure.

Home to some of Whistler’s favourite cafes, restaurants, apres bars, and essential shops, everything you need is within easy walking distance. Spend the afternoon skating on nearby Nita Lake, enjoy legendary apres at Dusty’s Bar & Grill, or experience one of Whistler’s most iconic dining spots at the locally loved Rimrock Cafe. In summer, guests can also explore nearby Alpha Lake Park and the Valley Trail network right from the neighbourhood.

Connected to the Main Village by the scenic Valley Trail and regular transit, Creekside is perfect for guests wanting convenience, character, and a more relaxed mountain vibe.

Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Neighbors are full-time residents and all guests must adhere to noise bylaws or be faced with fines
Pets are not allowed.
No bikes in the home. Dry skis and snowboards can be kept inside.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Unassigned underground parking (first-come, first-served) accessed with provided complex key (7'1" clearance), plus additional visitor parking available.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and may not be available during low snowfall periods.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

Overall, it wasn’t bad, but the hot tub was very small. The vacuum cleaner was broken and couldn’t be used, so we had to clean the house with a manual broom. The fridge was too small for us, considering we were six adults and had shopped at Costco. Also, since we had kids and used the hot tub several times, there weren’t enough towels. In general, it was okay, but for the price, there were better options available.

This place was awesome for our group of 6. The living room was a nice size for all of us to hang out in after a day of skiing. The bedrooms were all a nice size. Great views from the living room windows and a short 5 min walk to the hill. Truly ski in/ski out. Our group plans on returning next season. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location. Like a previous review said, there’s no air conditioning so it was quite hot when we got there but there are big fans provided that we turned on. (It was quite a smoky weekend when we went so we stayed inside). The place is super clean and housed 7 of us very comfortably. Would recommend!!

Comfortable and clean place, nice views and located in a quiet complex. It’s about one km uphill from the main road (Highway 99), so not easily walkable but a quick drive to both Creekside and Whistler villages. One downside was the lack of air conditioning, the place was a sauna when we arrived and it was hard to sleep that night until the weather cooled down the next day. Also shower heads and pressure were not great. Other than that, we (4 adults, 4 kids 8-11yrs) enjoyed our time there.

it was a very easy checking in process due to clear info & instructions. We found the condition of the property is very clean & tidy when we checked in and the host provides a generous welcome pack in the kitchen (coffee beans, chocolate, granolas). The layout & amenities of the property is very cozy & comfy which makes our holiday feels like home. Clean towels & beddings also kitchen utensils. The area feels very safe and tranquil.
