Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis, snowboards or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

This townhome does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area to keep you comfortable.
Underground parking is available at $26/day (6'6" clearance).
Extra guests (3rd & 4th adults) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 4 guests, children 12 and under stay free.
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and may not be available during low snowfall periods.
Aspens Lodge Spring 2026 Maintenance schedule: The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th (there will always be two hot tubs open during this time). The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. There will be a machine polishing the floors and creating noise and odour during this time.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

This place is the ultimate location in Whistler. Steps from the Blackcomb Gondola and upper village shops, less than 10 minutes walk to the main village. We enjoyed a cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, soaking in the property’s hot tubs, and slept well in the comfy, king bed. If not for an issue with the thermostat, causing the unit to feel like a sauna, it would have been a perfect stay. That being said, the property manager sent someone to try to fix it promptly after we reported the issue. It was not resolved by the end of our stay, but since the weather was so beautiful, we didn’t spend much time at the place, and it’s perfect location made it easy to enjoy all activities Whistler has to offer.

We thoroughly loved our stay, the unit, property and location! We especially appreciated the ski valet service, the short walk through the pool area to reach the slope and ski down to the Blackcomb Gondola, and how well the condo was appointed. The well equipped kitchen and large LCD made it feel just like home!The only item of criticism, which is admittedly subjective, was the overpoweringly strong air freshener.

Great ski in ski out location at Blackcomb. We rented and stored our skis right on site which was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. The little welcome gift was a nice touch as well!
