Location was great- right across from the marketplace with a grocery store and tons of restaurants. Just a few minutes from the village. There was a very generous welcome basket for us and even a basket for the dog with poop rolls and treats. Hot tub is perfect with steps going in from the sliding door in the living area. Partially covered so it rained over half the tub. Also, they let us check in early which was helpful having already come up from vancouver. Awesome trip!

Overall, I appreciated the location. Unit was clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Bed was comfortable and so was couch. Unfortunately the flooring looked worn and wasn't installed properly, so there are gaps in the flooring. Ceiling had staining and overall the unit looks worn and needs paint. There was no rug in the living room like the photos, which made the place feel cold and very basic. We travelled with dogs, and the lack of rugs made for loud/slick floors. There is a mess of wifi wires around the fireplace that didn't make it feel cozy at all. I very much appreciate pet friendly lodging, but the provisions for pets was minimal (dog bowls only) and no bedding. For the price, I expected a bit more 'comfort' and cozy. TV didn't work at first, but customer service at Outpost was very quick to respond and sent maintenance right away. I'd stay again, but only at a fraction of what I paid. Hot tub is not completely under cover, snow falling off roof is an issue.

a great place to stay. Tidy, and identical to the pictures provided. we stayed with our pup who felt right at home. loved the little touches on our welcome note! no a/c just as a heads up, but windows are screened so it was nice to use. a quiet neighbourhood that’s close enough to grab a coffee and be back within 10 minutes!
4.5 stars overall, accessibility to laundry, full bath and a full kitchen was great. the only comment i have is that the fans provided weren’t wiped prior and there were some minor areas that could use a bit more attention. it was mid september, so typically not the time to use a fan, but as someone who runs hot- it would have been nice to have. loved staying here despite this, would definitely recommend!

Overall it was great (location, space, etc), but there was way too much communication regarding check in and out. Too much paperwork / "what 30 min window are you checking out?" etc. Also the payment was terrible for a work trip...I was charged numerous times from both vrbo and outpost and really had to dig to find the receipts for what I was charged.

Great Location

The location is amazing !! Bed was comfortable. Suite was not as clean as we would have liked floor wasn’t washed dog hair in the suite felt like a bare minimum clean at best. Tv remote wouldn’t work and the “secured underground parking” was missing the garage door so not secured at all. Attempts to get in touch with property mgmt were non existent even after leaving messages. Whistler was beautiful and HOT !!! This place didn’t have AC which we knew ahead of time but there were plenty of fans.

Great location!

Great location & walking distance to stores, liquor store and many restaurants. Would have appreciated 2 days worth of coffee instead of one, coffee filters that were sized for the coffee maker, and if they had a supply of cling wrap and dishwasher pods, which were supposed to be there, for the dishwasher,. Garage security door was broken and off the rails so didn’t need fob. TV was older so could not cast to it from our mobile device to play from our own sources. Nice that each bedside table had permanent charge cords that fill all devices including Apple Watch.

Great location

This condo is close to Whistler village which made it easy to walk to everything. The complex was quiet and cute. Lots of green space to take our dog around. Having a hot tub was very nice. It is near a main path but there wasn’t too much foot traffic going by. We had one concern with the hot tub but when we contacted the owner there was a technician there in 30 mins to resolve the issue. No further issues. Condo is above underground parking but we could not hear any noise from this. The suite had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The tub is high so be careful stepping down. There was a dog bowl, towel and treats for our dog when we arrived.

False advertising

First line is a lie this is the most un private hot tub ever I took several videos to show future guests the truth. My husband I travel to Whistler often this was our 25 year anniversary and we were so looking forward to a private hot tub unfortunately there was no privacy within our first10 minutes we had a large group stop in front to say hello and chat. Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback, it looks like we will need to revisit how the unit's hot tub is advertised. The unit you rented is not a stand alone home, it is a unit within a complex of serval units. Fortunately this home does offer its own hot tub as there are no communal ones at the location. However, where the hot tub is situated on the ground floor patio, means others using the communal walking paths within the complex would be walking by your unit. I would stay here again and recommend it. Very clean and conveniently located. We were unable to use the parking due to someone parking over the line, which was time consuming to find parking and pay for it in the village. The place is attached to others and the hot tub is along a walk path, so it is not the most private place. Worth taking note that it does not have AC as stated, which can be important in the summer.

Space smaller than expected, no AC - windows had to be kept open but it was very noisy on the ground level and didnt feel like there was enough privacy (even with drapes). Unit is close to a 24/7 generator, which buzzes nonstop, didnt sleep well. Weak vent while cooking and stuffy, and lack of instructions for Sonos speakers. Limited and unexpected hottub hours which was very disappointing. Great location to village.

We are upfront about the fact there is no AC at this townhouse and only portable fans are provided. We are sorry you missed this information when you were booking your stay.
The quiet hours for the hot tub are between 10pm and 8am which is standard and is also listed in the House Rules.
We will look into the noisy generator and the weak cooking vent. Thanks for bringing these to our attention.

The parking instructions could be improved upon. Reserved spaces versus unreserved spaces required me to call customer service and they weren't completely clear on where to park. Other than that issue, the place was great and had everything we needed!

The parking is difficult unless you have a smaller vehicle. I have a mini van and was able to park but it was pretty tight. Stairs are pretty steep to get your stuff up from the parking garage. The apartment is small and I think it’s a 2 person place not a 4.

Couldn’t have been any better! Great location - easy walk to restaurants on Village Stroll. Grocery across the street. Bus stop with free shuttle to gondolas literally steps from our door. We packed lunch in a backpack, put on ski boots and headed out to the bus stop. The unit was clean and comfortable - what a treat to have our own hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in this 1-bedroom airbnb in Whistler hosted by Outpost. The accommodations were clean and what we enjoyed the most was the fireplace, comfortable bed, and the hot tub right outside. The host was also very communicative and proactive. The location was very conveniently located close to the ski resort, restaurant, bars, stores, etc. We definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants, bus stop for the free shuttle to the gondolas right across the road, yet not in the bustle and noise of the village centre. The nights were really quiet and peaceful and the spa was divine after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook on the nights we felt like staying in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Having stayed at the lagoons (different unit), I must say the location is unbeatable. Only major downside of this unit is the lack of privacy as the hot tub / windows is <10ft and in clear view from a busy walk way. Otherwise everything else is great - conveniently located next to stairwell to Parkade.

Cozy spot close to the Village

We had a lovely stay with our 2 pups. Our senior pup spent the whole time in front of the fireplace. Place was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hottub was a big selling point - while it was nice and hot, it's not at all private, because it's right next to a walkway.

Our stay was great! The Outpost did a wonderful job with instructions and were available to answer our questions when needed. Great get away!

We had a comfortable, rekaxing stay and found everything we needed. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub. We didn’t use our car once - everything was walkable including to accessing the trails we wanted to explore. A very nice quiet complex. Looking forward to returning!

Great location! Right across the street from the village with a market and restaurants. Very walkable area and really enjoyed my time there. Very dog friendly too! The condo had all the supplies you would need and easy entrance/exit. Parking was convenient although the stairs are pretty steep to get up and down

The house is in a great location: although we arrived by car we were able to walk everywhere we needed to in Whistler and we were able to easily stop by Fresh St Market (1 minute away) on the way back every evening to pick up groceries. Parking is safe and secure and easy to access once you retrieve the key fob from the house. If you don't mind other residents walking past from time to time, the hot tub is a great feature and a nice way to relax after a day at the bike park or out hiking.

Wonderful experience

The unit was very clean (probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever used) and had some wonderful welcoming touches, including dog treats for our dog not to mention some treats for us too! It was well equipped with all we needed. We particularly enjoyed the coffee grinder. The location in Whistler was excellent and the hot tub was great fun, in spite of the unusually hot weather. We loved it.

This was the perfect place to stay for us, our son, and dog. Close enough to walk to everything Whistler Village has to offer, while tucked away just far enough away from any noise and traffic. Clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, great communication from the host, and the added perk of a hot tub was just what we needed after being on our feet all day. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We didn’t realize there was a hot tub on the deck so that was a wonderful surprise. The only difficulty we had was with parking, the stalls are very small. Next time I would bring our smaller vehicle! This would not deter us from booking this lovely location in the future.

Very great location and it was only a 5 minute bike ride to the Fittzimmons Lift. They also have bike storage in the parking garage which was a plus! The bathroom was nice and the bed was super comfy. Great place for 2 people and a dog. It would be a tight squeeze for more than that. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all meals throughout our stay. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as well. Thank you for allowing dogs as it made our stay so much better to bring our pup along! Would definitely stay again

Loved our stay here! 100% would stay again. The location is great, quiet and private yet still central (can walk everywhere - timed it and it was an 8min walk to the lifts). This townhouse was fully stocked and we had everything we needed, we also loved having our own entrance. Contactless check-in was a breeze and free parking to boot! Lighting fast internet as well (did a speed test). The bed and couch were super comfy and all the little details made our trip feel very special.
