Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis, snowboards or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

The hot tub is currently closed for upgrades.
Complimentary parking pass available for 1 vehicle in undergournd parking (8' clearance). Additional cars pay for parking.
This townhome does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.
Extra guests (5th and 6th adults) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 6 guests, children 12 and under stay free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

comfortable stay

The apartment was very nice, very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location in Whistler village, quicky walkable to everything. However it does look out over Garf's (a club), so it is kind of noisy for a while at night. I also found it frustrating that despite booking through Airbnb, Outpost also require their own check-in form, and they send you check out forms too, and then when arriving you have to fill in another check in form with the actual building management too. A small nuisance, but adds quite a bit of admin. The parking is very helpful but if you have a large SUV, you will really struggle as spaces are small between the columns.
