Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis, snowboards or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Complimentary parking pass available for 1 vehicle in undergournd parking (8' clearance). Additional cars pay for parking.
This townhome does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.
Extra guests (5th and 6th adults) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 6 guests, children 12 and under stay free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

The place was exactly how it was listed. The unit has everything you need and is walkable within the village. There is a bar across the street but it was not noisy as we originally thought. Overall would recommend and stay again. Parking was included was a great bonus!!

My father is a noise sleeper, he is always sleeping on his own. the picture showing on the listing is a pull out queen sofa bed, so we think this is a perfect stay for our little vocation.
But the reality is a dirty couch with the sitting cushions open in half, barely call it a sofa bed.
And the extra blanket for him, is covered with hair and dust.
Good thing is customer service is responding very quickly and nice, we got $100 for compensation.
Another thing is we requested a late checkout for 12pm, but the key pad disabled at 11am. We are not able to get in to it and nobody telling us this is gonna happening . I have to run to the counter and get a new passcode.
Very frustrating staying in here, always have some problems going on.
But overall is a good spot to stay, right in the middle of whistler market. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

La ubicación es espectacular cerca de todo en el centro del village, ademas al llegar nos sorprendieron con dulces de bienvenida. También se agradece que tenga artículos indispensables como café te sal, detergente de loza de ropa, jabón papel higiénico, shampoo y acondicionador. Lamentablemente el alojamiento no cuenta con un espacio para guardar bicicletas en temporada de verano. Quizás podrían mejorar y reparar algunas cosas como las cortinas, el A/C, cajoneras en los closet.

The apartment was very nice, very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location in Whistler village, quicky walkable to everything. However it does look out over Garf's (a club), so it is kind of noisy for a while at night. I also found it frustrating that despite booking through Airbnb, Outpost also require their own check-in form, and they send you check out forms too, and then when arriving you have to fill in another check in form with the actual building management too. A small nuisance, but adds quite a bit of admin. The parking is very helpful but if you have a large SUV, you will really struggle as spaces are small between the columns.
