My 5 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was good. Comfortable and just what we needed for 2 nights but the common area is a bit small for more days.

Location was great and an easy 5-7 min walk to the base of Blackcomb gondola. Could have been skiable, IF there was any snow but the lower mt is pretty bare. Place was pretty tiny but worked great for 3 of us. Ample storage for skis downstairs in a dedicated ski room. Building could use some updates but overall not bad. If you want decent kitchen utensils, suggest bringing your own, knives are dull and can opener couldn’t open a can. Good location tho and easy to get into the village.

Would rent it again.

The property had everything we needed. There was salt, pepper and oil (starter amounts). Convenient mud room next to the garage for ski boots, etc. Possible for ski-in and out besides a road to cross. Enough closet space. Nice bathrooms. Pleasant surprise to find a welcome basket. The TV was hanging too high in the living room. Expensive. Would be nice to have a bit of foil, plastic wrap, a few ziplock bags. Why not include a map in the welcome basket.

It was a good space for 6 people to stay. Had enough room to move about, and not feel crowded. Loved the balcony facing

The unit was comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, it was a nice quiet area. Staff very helpful and friendly, We were not informed that the pool and hot tub was open. We had received an email that it would be closed. The unit was fairly clean, some attention to items like the knife block and fans, were very dusty.

It's perfectly located to walk to so many things and also an easy drive to lots more. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a busy day out. The kitchen was a bit too cosy for 6 people but very well equipped.

Wonderful Wonderful

Nous partons a l'instant et je m'empresse de mettre un avis, tant notre séjour au Wildwood Lodge fut agréable. Nous étions 8 personnes,4 adultes et 4 enfants,notre appartement df 92 m2 était suffisamment spacieux et très bien équipé. Très bien situé, un parking couvert qui doit être appréciable en hiver. Une jolie piscine bien ensoleillée et un jaccuzi pouvant contenir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il y a un arrêt de bus a l'entrée de la résidence qui vous permet de descendre dans le village gratuitement. Accueil cordial. Pour revenir a notre appartement la décoration est sobre et vraiment de bon goût. Lave vaisselle, four, plaque induction, 1 grand réfrigérateur, 1 chambre parentale avec salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 autre chambre avec 1 grand lit et à l'étage 1 chambre enfant avec 2 lits 1 place et télévision. Un canapé lit permet d'avoir 2 couchages supplémentaires. Au final Wildwood Lodge nous a permis de passer un super séjour. Je vous recommande Tout était parfait. Mais si je dois faire remonter juste 2 petites choses pour améliorer. La pression du robinet de la cuisine était un peu faible et un aspirateur aurait été bienvenu, vu qu'il y a de la moquette dans l'appartement

Great location for a great price! Easy to walk to lost lake and the village. Beds were super comfortable and AC in the living room was much needed during the warmer months! Loved having the free parking, hot tub and pool too. Overall a great spot for our group would come again!

Great Location

Fantastic unit within walking distance of the gondolas and the village. Right behind Fairmont Hotel so very accessible to restaurants. would definitely stay there again. Having the outpost link was very convenient for all information.There is no central air conditioning but they did provide an AC unit along with fans that was more than adequate.

Relaxing stay

The apartment 226 is located on a building in a residential area. Shuttle available from the front to the Wristler village. Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub available from 10am to 10pm. Great information from outpost with all the practical information re the property. Kitchen with all the tool required to cook. We had a good time at this property however I have to admit that I found it a bit overpriced (CAD 195 cleaning fees) when you have to remove all the rubbish. I have also found that too many messages are sent (first at check-in and then at check-out). Smoking was permitted only outside the property (We were aware and we complied but the balcony shouldn't have been an issue)

Wildwood is Amazing!

We stayed in Wildwood Lodge for a Spring Break ski trip. The location is a short walk from Blackcomb village—a bit uncomfortable in ski boots, but bus #5 (Benchlands) stops right outside and then a few stops later at the slopes. The unit was clean, the beds, pillows, and sheets were clean and of good quality, the small kitchen is well-appointed, and the view is among the best in the area. Also, parking in the garage was easy, and the front desk staff was polite and helpful. This unit made our experience in Whistler go from great to exceptional!

So happy we stayed here. Condo was the perfect location. We could easily walk to the gondola or the village or take the shuttle (which picked us up right outside of the building). Unit was clean and well stocked. Overall, no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Outpost for a family Christmas vacation and it did not disappoint. Walkable trail to the Blackcomb base where you can rent skis and snowboards and take the lift or gondola. You can also keep walking to Whistler village where all the main shops and restaurants are. It was snowing most of the stay and it was very easy to get around. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5.

Nice clean property Good view Enjoyed having some lil extras like aveda shampoo in shower AC was needed during heat wave as someone from Ontario is odd to us to not have screens in windows to have them open and avoid bugs or AC FOR whole house 😂 but it's def common in all the places we stayed at Smart TV for Netflix in living room would have been nice and more normal toilet paper Enjoyed the pool while we were there and it was really nice and clean Thank you!

excellent location & exceptionally clean It was very hot in the summer in this suite. Air con would have helped but we adjusted by closing windows drawing blinds & turning on bathroom exhaust during the day. this suite had a mosquito screen.

Beware: Not Real Air Conditioning

Rented this unit, which was more money than the others I looked at due to two factors... air conditioning and the loft for my teenager who always gets stuck on a pullout. I said, i got you a whole loft to sleep in this time. The loft was unbearable to sleep in. The kid had to sleep on the pullout anyway... it was 93 in the loft. Both bedrooms were almost unbearable. If you're looking for AC, book a different place. A total disappointment and embarassment for renting this.

The condominium we stayed at was beautiful and very well kept. The instructions for how to treat the place where very clear with everything offered in the place clearly stated for us. For four people, it was a great place to stay for 4 days. I also greatly appreciated the flexible check-in, though I usually prefer a more traditional counter to check-in at. If I were to ever vacation at Whistler again, I will immediately think of this place again.

Nice place, crappy design!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Not much of a view but not looking at a parking lot. Staff was eager to help. Pool area was nice. The absolutely stupid, insane builders! As all guests, we had luggage and coolers to get from our car to the room. We went up the convenient elevator to the 2nd floor.....then had to push the cart UP a sloping hallway to a tint landing where the stairs were. Couldn't get the cart any further so had to catty everything to the room! Could see NO reason for this individual anomaly and no stall member knew why this design prevailed, on all floors!

Great place for small groups, great value for all the amenities there are

The apartment was fabulous! It worked out perfectly for our trip. The beds, linens, etc were super comfortable. We loved using the hot tub after skiing! The ski locker was super convenient. I think we were unable to find the compost bins in the garage

Stayed four nights for a boy’s / friends ski trip. Accommodation was very convenient to Blackcomb base - 5 to 10 min walk or a 3 min bus shuttle. Available ski locker space was a challenge but overall a very nice condo. Had a great time

Great location and comfortable apartment in a very crowded resort

The free bus service #5 with a stop right outside the apartment was great. Very easy to get to Whistler for groceries etc. The track to Blackcomb when there was enough snow made ski out easy and possible. Good cooking facilities and utensils provided. Staff very helpful and friendly. The snow season was not great this trip. The weather is the weather but many of the runs ended up closed due to lack of snow or was un-skiable after 5 days of rain from the village level up to mid mountain so crowds were up in the areas that were open including the on mountain restaurants.

Great location but a bit cramped

Loved the ski in and out. The property was a bit small for the advertised 8 people, would have been perfect for 6, but the fold out bed wasn’t very comfortable. The toilet started to smell after about day 3. I complained one day, nothing was done. Complained the next day and the smell went away for a day, but then returned. It was just in the one bathroom. Only other comment is that, apart from 1 Canadian girl at the front desk, the rest of the front desk staff were extremely unhelpful, disinterested, and couldn’t even be bothered to raise their heads from the computer to acknowledge anyone entering or departing. However, we had a fantastic time, the spa was great after a day of skiing, the place was warm, and supplied with just about everything you would need in the kitchen.

Could not recommend more highly. Super clean, great space for 6 people, very well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Parking was easy and it is easy to walk to the village. Bottom on Blackcomb gondola is a 9 min easy walk (or you can ski down from across the street if sufficiently snowed). The shuttle stops directly outside the property and comes continually. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic time hope to be back

Incredibly well appointed residence with lots of lovely touches and welcome pack. Ski bus is often already full in the morning but it is only a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

It's a nice place with 10 min walk to Blackcomb gondola. The reception is very responsive and helpful. Minor comments, toilet's ventilation is ok (I feel a bit humid) and the sound insulation is decent.

Location is a close walk to Whistler Village. Nice to have private and free parking available, which makes it less stressful. Would be nice if they update some features. Some of the pots and pans are old and need to be replaced. The shower door for one room didn't fully close. Overall, host was responsive and worth your money when booking in Whistler.

Excellent property

This unit was amazing! It offered enough space for our family and the location was close enough to walk to the village but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The communication throughout this booking was top notch. The only negative I have was that the parking garage is very tight if you have anything bigger than a car.

Whistler stay

Was perfect for our group size of 5 adults one child for 3 nights in July .Great communication and detailed on line check in instructions . Very clean and had no issues at all . Also managed a dip in the pool and hot tub which was an added bonus .

This is the 2nd time in a month we've stayed at Wildwood. We typically rent on Spearhead Dr, as it's close to the trail to get down to the gondola and only a 10-15 min walk to Whistler Village depending on where you're headed. The unit itself was great and just as advertised via Airbnb. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy to park at as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Lodging near Whistler Village

This lodging is in the perfect spot beside Whistler Village with easy access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains for skiing/snowboarding. Apart from getting there from the airport in Vancouver, there is really no need for a car as everything you need is within walking distance. I definitely plan to stay with Outpost again on our next winter trip!

It was wonderful

Location and comfort of the unit. I liked the no check in policy Access back to the Wildwood from Blackcomb was actually dangerous. Incredibly icy with branches sticking out. In fact, my right ski hit the branch and caused me to fall.

We loved Sarah’s place. It was very clean, kitchen was well equippied. Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, tissue papers. The location was awesome ( ski in & out). We highly recommend this place and will defiantly be back.

A little gem in Blackcomb

Location good- the bus stops right outside. Big enough for a family of 4. Not quite ski in, ski out. No where to dry off wet ski clothes.

Very quiet neighborhood

Very quiet neighborhood just off the side of Blackcomb Mt. 8 min walk to Blackcomb gondola. located near the upper village about 15 min walk to Whistler Village. I came here with my family and had a great time. The condo was just as advertised. The parking garage is 6’-9” so be prepared if coming with a roof top box that there is limited oversized vehicle parking in front of property.

Great location!

Great location- quietness of upper village and easy 15 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in the lower village. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It even had air conditioning and several fans- which was a nice surprise. Lots of hooks and closet space.

Great condo, small in space but has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable for four, maybe just a little more attention to dusting in the loft area. The appliances all worked well, the pool was nice and free parking is a bonus in Whistler.

We had a lovely time in your condo, close but yet far far enough from the village. Very close to upper village which was excellent!!! We had two beautiful days and enjoyed the pool. We were only a group of 4 so had plenty of room. We asked for a little later check out and we’re thankful for the hour extra.

Great Location and Well Managed Condo

Our experience of staying at this property was excellent. The online listing and pictures are accurate. We appreciated the contactless check in and check out. Outpost was responsive to emails. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware and servingware. Dining table has a bench (fits 2 adults comfortably) and 3 chairs. Was a bit tight as there were no additional dining chairs for 4 adults and 2 children. Due to the COVID situation the pool had limited hours, but we had no trouble signing out the keys, and the pool deck never was overcapacity. One of the days the pool didn't seem to be filtering properly so there were bugs and leaves in it, but the next day it seemed to be fine, but was filled to the brim with water. We would have appreciated a few more dishwasher pods in the unit, so we wouldn't have to keep asking for a few more at the front desk. A minor issue, one per night was supplied. Also for recycling it would be more convenient if a separate bin was provided to separate the garbage. Also no instructions were given about recycling or composting, this would be appreciated. This property is an excellent location for access to Lost Lake, and bike trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our summer stay.

Our properties are self-catered, so the amenities provided at the beginning of the stay are not meant for the whole stay. That being said, we are happy to provide what's missing upon request - like we did with the dishwasher pods. :) It was nice having you stay in our Wildwood Lodge #303 and we are glad that you took advantage of our pool too! The place was clean and spacious for a group of 4! You can definitely have 6-8 people stay at this place. It was close enough to Whistler village if you needed to go for lunch/dinner but far enough that it was quiet and relaxing. Great location for people wanting to get out of the city for a few days!

Great place to stay!

The space is great; really spacious and lots of room for additional guests (I went as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids) but definitely room for a few more guests. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were kept busy during rainy days with the kids movies and board games that were available. Much appreciated!!! It's a quick walk to the village and to trails and the free shuttle is just outside the Wildwood entrance! Super convenient. We'll come again!

This condo is within a short walk of the Blackcomb lifts, is accessible by the shuttle bus, and is very comfy. They have blackout shades on the bedrooms as well, which we appreciated. There is laundry available on another floor for a small fee. It was perfect for our family of six (two couples, two kids).

Nice place...for biking the locked room needs better areas for bikes..super cramped and lots of sharp metal to scratch bikes... bikes aren't allowed inside premise itself so bikes a little hard to store.
