Really liked the location, furniture and space. Really easy check-in and check-out process with responsive hosts and a nice welcome package. Some sharper knives would have been helpful for basic cooking along with some tupperware. Sofa bed upstairs was not that comfortable, but not completely unexpected and we still had enough beds for everyone.

we absolutely loved the house. it was perfect for our family vacation with our adult kids. Plenty of space for everyone, with each having a room with TV so privacy when needed and fun gatherings around the lounge and dining table. The kitchen had everything you can possible need for self catering. we couldn't find any fault. Being right on the free bus route made going into Whistler a breeze.

We were only a party of 2 so the unit was much larger than we needed but we were very happy.

The property was in excellent condition and the location was within walking distance of the Village. Since our stay was in the Summer, we selected this property because they had A/C units available in the bedrooms. The bathroom door on the top floor hit a raised floor tile each time when opening / closing the door. The bottom of the door probably just needs to be slightly shaved to give it room to swing open.

Nice place, with a few quirks. No blinds in the twin bed bedroom so room was fully bright by 5/6am. Couldn’t figure out how to use the downstairs shower. Entry code was not provided until check in, and we had to call the emergency number to get in. Otherwise a nice place in a good location. Comfortable and clean.

The air b&b was the perfect space for my family during our 8 days skiing trip, where we could relax in the evening in the cozy lounge with the fireplace on, and also be a spot where we could walk into town.
The accommodation is not ski in, with no slope going to the apartment and instead has roads on either side of the place.
Overall we were very happy with the booking and enjoyed the spacious lounge and kitchen shared space. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly and welcoming

Great stay overall! Host was communicative, and the place was as advertised! Only trouble we had was finding the place when arriving at the parking garage, but that is less an issue with them and more an issue with google / Apple Maps to take you right to the front door. Having instructions in the checkin list for exactly where to walk out of the garage would be useful. But again, great stay. Able to ski to resort!

We had a great stay at this property and would happily consider returning again.
Living area: Spacious and comfortable
Kitchen: A good size, well stocked with kitchen equipment. Salt and pepper provided, need to bring your own cooking oil.
Bedrooms: 3 good sized bedrooms, comfy beds
Bathrooms: 2 good bathrooms. No problems with hot water.
Well heated (in Winter!) throughout. Good wifi.
Parking provided in under-property car park.
Easy to get into both Whistler villages, either walking (15-25 mins depending where you are going), or you can get the number 5 bus which will take you to both properties and is easy to get to

Foxglove 16

Parking was easy. Foxglove 16 is a great townhome right next to the bus stop about 3 min ride up to blackcomb springs hotel where you can hop right on the mountain and down to the blackcomb gondola. 1,700 sqft made it comfortable for all 7 people in our party, all adults. 10/10 we will definitely be back

Great stay

House is spacious and nice. Well equipped. Only downsides were a cupboard door in the kitchen was broken, the downstairs bathroom had no floor heating and the lights were not dimmable making it impossible to get cozy dinner lighting. Other than that it’s a nice standard house in a great location.

Great family vacation w/our adult children

Beautiful location & condo with nearby hiking to amazing views, lakes, waterfalls, gondola etc. Great restaurants and shopping in the village. Also enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen which had all the utensils and appliances needed. We bought some food in a market nearby. Played games around the living space and slept well in the comfortable beds. We really loved our time in & around Whistler.

The property was great and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was lovely having space to relax after a day skiing. The underfloor heating in the entrance was useful for drying boots and ski jackets after a snowy day. In summer the lack of blinds in the twin bedroom might be an issue.
We had a problem operating the shower but I dropped Whistler Ideal an email in the evening but got a phone call that resolved the problem within about half an hour.
The location was handy for the shuttle bus to the village and the area was nice and quiet.

Our stay was incredible, we had a great time, and the arbnb is incredible, the only thing is that the instructions on how to get to the property are not very clear and something that seemed exaggerated to me is that you have to take out the garbage. I think they could include it now in the price, and the worst thing is that if you do not take out the garbage they charge you $200 dollars of the deposit that they make you leave, which is $1,000 dollars

The ski in was a bit icy after a few sunny days but the bus was an easy alternative. The only uncomfortable part was the check in its far away from the property and we had to wait a long time because there was only one person working at the service desk

Great for multiple families

Great location, quiet and spacious for multiple families. If you are traveling with little kids and under, I’d bring a childproofing kit for corners. The glass coffee table was awful and probably seems like a weird thing to focus on, but with the base being concrete blocks, there was no way to move and we had to keep the little kids from wiping out constantly. The layout is great and roomy and the kitchen convenient, but the property could do marvels with spending even $50 on kitchen accessories like spatulas and liquid measuring cups. It felt set-up for easy reheat but didn’t quite have the breadth of tools to make it easy for full cooking.

Great location. Bus stop is right outside and 2 stops uphill is mountain access. Great spot for ski trip! Well kept and beautiful interior.
Only issue was everything was done through a central office so getting there after midnight made things complicated. We arrived after midnight. The door code had to be received by checking in with security rather than through airbnb. And once we had checked in, the code didn’t work! Thankfully office staff was able to answer phone calls from security and got us in the door after a half hour wait. However this was truly our only hangup on the trip and the place was great!

Awesome place for a group near Blackcomb

We loved staying here! The place was awesome and perfect for our group of 6. Great well-equipped kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, plenty of space, and a convenient area for storing ski gear. Communication with the host was prompt and he even agreed to a late checkout even though we asked only the night before. The only slight issue we had was that the ski shuttle was not running and we weren’t given a heads up about that, even though the listing advertised that the place is convenient to the free shuttle. It ended up OK because we had a friend who could drive us to the mountain each day but would have been nice to know ahead of time since this was one of the reasons we booked the place. Overall we enjoyed this place and would come back again!!

Lovely space but 1/3 mile walk to/from slopes

The space was great and the physical property matched everything in the listing. The only part that was not ideal was the walk-in/walk-out for skiing. Like others noted, I would not call this a ski-in or ski-out. If there was fresh powder, some of it would be ski-able (not snowboard, mix of uphill and downhill) but you do cross a main road. The best way to get to the mountain was to walk out of the unit and take a right and walk down the path, cut over to trail and follow it left, walk down trail and follow sign post for the slopes (or the lift if you need rentals). Follow the trail more (trail has a little hill) until you hit the road, cross the road and enter the trail to the left of the Aspens. Follow this trail to the slope. Put on your skis and go! About 400-500m walk in total. Parking was easy. There is a reserved spot as well as visitor parking, which is first come first serve. Our group had 3 cars just fine. Check in was long, seems like lots of units have 4pm check in and getting there at 4:30, it was very busy. The space is beautiful and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities.

Amazing Stay!

Perfect location and setup for a group looking to go to Whistler Blackcomb. Less than a 15 minute walk to the slopes or there’s a shuttle stop 2 minutes away. Well stocked kitchen for cooking for 8. Thank you for staying at Foxglove with Whistler Ideal Accommodations. We are glad you enjoyed the property overall. The unit is advertised as a ski-in, walk-out location. Snow depending you can ski through the valley trail system from the slope-side on the Blackcomb Mountain by the Aspens and through the adjacent complexes back to this unit. You may need to walk across the road at one point in the trail and it depends on how much the trail system has been shoveled. That aside, it is about a 3-5 minute walk to the slopes. The free village shuttle bus also stops just outside the complex for convenience to Whistler Mountain and the village. We would be delighted to host you again.

EXCELLENT !

Great location, extremely clean, a home away from home. We were there for skeleton training and everything we needed was in house for cooking full proper meals. Condo was spacious, clean and inviting. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would love to book again for our next training session.

Great place to stay

Lovely place to stay. Was an adventure finding our place in the deep snow but really easy bus access. Great rooms and layout. Our only issue was check in, it was hard taking 7 bags and 2 asleep children with no taxi available but once we were settled in we loved the whole experiences.

Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Foxglove. During the busy season it is difficult to have the homes ready for early check-ins and as you witnessed the resort is very busy during this time of year even to get taxis. We did communicate our check-in procedures and hope that guests book their transfers and flights accordingly but we know this doesn't always work out for timing. We are happy you enjoyed the actual home and would be delighted to host you again.

Great space, not far from the shuttle or the slopes

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The space is well-decorated (for a ski-lodge feel) and modern. The kitchen, my favorite part of the place, was well-stocked with all the platters, tools, and pans I needed to cook for a party of eight people. We would definitely stay here again.

We travelled to Whistler from NewZealand for our first winter Christmas. There are 6 people in our family and we absolutely loved the Villa. I would highly recommend to anyone with a family. Easy walk to town. Only 5 minute walk to Blackcomb gondolas. Fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for everyone. Thank you to our hosts.

The townhome was even better than advertised. Comfortable and super clean. The only drawback in my mind was having to check-in/out off-site. Also, there is a $1000 dollar damage deposit due upon check-in. Nonetheless, the unit was very nice and I would definitely stay again.

Larger than it looked in the pictures. Well-stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood that was easy walking distance to the village.

This is a great unit, well-maintained and owned by an obviously caring owner. Located a bit off the beaten path, but in a nice area and convenient to the shuttle bus. A terrific value for the money

Great Property

Very nice property. Setup well and has all amenities. We rode the bus in/out for skiing and it was very easy - just a few stops up the road to ski. The host is very good and we'd highly recommend a stay at this property.
