Set along the shores of Green Lake, Nicklaus North offers a peaceful luxury setting surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and year-round outdoor adventure. Named after the world-class Nicklaus North Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, the neighbourhood is known for its quiet atmosphere, upscale homes, and breathtaking lake and mountain views.

Guests enjoy easy access to the Valley Trail network, making it simple to bike or walk into Whistler Village while exploring the area’s scenic lakeside surroundings. During the summer months, Green Lake is popular for paddleboarding, kayaking, and lakeside relaxation, while the nearby River of Golden Dreams offers one of Whistler’s most iconic paddling experiences. Guests can also enjoy patio dining and mountain views at the locally loved Table Nineteen restaurant overlooking the golf course.

In winter, Nicklaus North provides a serene alpine retreat just a short drive from Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, combining privacy and natural beauty with convenient access to skiing, dining, and village activities.

Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No bikes, snowboards or skis permitted inside the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm. Noise travels through the complex easily and this curfew is so that the neighbors are not disturbed.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Parking available for two vehicles in private garage (7'clearance). Additional visitor parking available on a first come, first served basis, parking pass required.
This townhome does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area to keep you comfortable.
If you’d like the third bedroom set up as a king bed, just let us know at the time of booking or an extra fee may apply.
Winter parking notice: Snow plowing occurs every snowy morning, including all visitor parking stalls. Vehicles must be moved from these stalls to allow snow clearing. Failure to comply will result in towing and a chargeable bylaw infraction.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

We had a great stay for our two families! The home was clean, spacious and open, with plenty of room for everyone and a great setup for our kids. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made preparing meals really easy.
Even though the amenities didn’t include A/C, they had A/C units in all of the bedrooms, which was much appreciated during the warmer days and made sleeping comfortably much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly home and a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This Whistler townhouse is absolutely stunning. Eight of us stayed and had all the space we needed — oversized sofas, an eight-person dining table, a huge, gorgeous kitchen, and master bedroom views that are absolutely jaw-dropping.
The hot tub, dual outdoor decks, smart home features, automatic blinds, and keypad entry made everything seamless and private.
We experienced a shower leak during our stay — but Owen, Simona, and Ian from the management and maintenance team handled it immediately, compassionately, and professionally. Ian brought fresh towels right away. They also honored our noon checkout request, which meant the world to us.
One note: one bedroom has no AC, just fans. Sensitive to heat? Bring a small portable unit for that particular bedroom.
5 out of 5 stars without hesitation. Beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and exceptionally managed. We will absolutely be back.
