Guests are within walking distance of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, Olympic Plaza, and many of the resort’s year-round events and activities. In winter, enjoy skating at Olympic Plaza, cozy apres spots, and quick access to the slopes, while summer brings outdoor concerts, farmers markets, biking trails, and nearby lakes and parks. The area is also home to local favourites like Mount Currie Coffee Company and Harajuku Izakaya, making it a convenient base for both short getaways and extended stays.
Combining walkability, a quieter village setting, and excellent access to skiing, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, Village North remains a favourite for guests wanting convenience without the constant bustle of the main Village Stroll.

We had a wonderful stay. Location had a high end feel, clean & very spacious. We used the location for a family weekend with my grown children, their partners & their children. Us grandparents were able to sleep on the lower floor while all the kids and grand kids were very comfortable in the top floor bedrooms with ample space. Having the upper tv room off the kitchen and the lower media room allowed for lots of space where we didn’t feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes and those who needed a little peace and quiet could get it. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed (except steak knives. If you plan on steak bring your own, although we were able to share the 3 pairing knives to make due) Beds were very comfortable & downstairs room had its own sliding door making quick dog pee’s easy. Hot tub was one of the most convenient setups I have ever used in an AirBNB. Very close walk to the village or to nesters market (great Mexican lunch spot over there)

Great condo - close to Whistler village and walk/bike paths, well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook, and a great living room/kitchen perfect for large groups. The hot tub and fireplace were an added bonus after days spent with outdoor adventures. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible airbnb. We absolutely loved our stay at this place. Bus station is close-by and very easy to get into the resort. Hot tub was very clean and all of its jets were working well. The check-in process and getting into parking space instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was responsive and we highly recommend this place. A+++

I previously stayed in this neighborhood. This was my second visit. Beautiful accommodation, especially for a large group. Tons of space. 2 car garage is a big plus. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at this home started off great—the house itself is beautiful, in a great location, and the hosts were kind, communicative, and very accommodating.
However, during our stay, we experienced a serious safety issue that made us have to leave the property earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the home did not have working smoke alarms, which became a major concern during an incident that occurred while we were there. The fire department ultimately deemed the home unsafe to stay in, and we had to find new accommodations.
We understand that accidents happen, and we appreciate that the hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the situation. That said, safety is a major priority, and we strongly encourage future guests to confirm that essential fire safety measures are in place before booking. If the issue is addressed, this could be a great place to stay, but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by this event.

Well appointed, we cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen is nice and well appointed. Everything was clean and worked well. My only complaint is the hot tub cover can be difficult to get off and on. Would stay here again.

Very nice and specious unit. We had 7 people for part of our week and was no problem. Many deluxe features in the kitchen and elsewhere including a built in expresso maker we used every day. We used our SUV to park on the slopes each day, rather than the shuttle which seems to be infrequent, but parking was minutes away and free. Both mountains are spectacular. There are multiple villages so you would benefit studying a map before you go to get the lay of the land if it is your first visit. If you need a soft pillow bring your own though, theirs are very hard. Also, we go not maid service. When I asked at the desk he said we should get it mid way through our 7 days. When I pointed out it did not happen, he said well maybe after 6 days., That didn't happen either. Watch out for public parking lots, you need to pay. we missed the signs coming in and very quickly got a $50 fine. Would definitely go back.

Place was amazing over all, the 7 of us had lots of room to spread out and never be in each others way. The appliances were top of the line and the furniture was comfy. The beds could be a bit softer but to each his own. Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again!

Everything was great. There are lots of stairs in this home so anyone elderly or young toddlers should think twice. It’s a great location.

We loved staying at this pretty condo. It has everything we needed to cook dinners and was very luxe. The staircases at the top floors are a little slippery in the winter because ur likely to wear socks and we had a baby so we ended up renting those little barricades but it was easy and concierge told us who to call. The only thing to note is that this place is not actually ski in ski out as it seemed to be advertised, at least it didn’t seem to be to us and when we spoke to concierge it didn’t seem to be to them either. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the village and then a little further to the gondolas. There’s a wonderful grocery store across the street too so everything was very convenient. Cabs are not terribly reliable especially in the busy season, but ultimately we were able to get them when we needed them which was rare.

We had a great time staying in the suite. It is conveniently located, a short 15 minute walk to the village. The check-in process has to be done at a hotel in the village but it was fast and painless. The kitchen has great amenities, the internet is very fast and reliable, the beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback and are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We do apologize if you saw that the property was a ski-in/ski-out, as we do not advertise this on the listing anywhere. The property is located just north of the village about a 10- 15 minute walk. For those guests traveling with a vehicle we do offer a parking pass for a stall in the village for ease and convenience. We do manage true ski-in/ski-out properties for the next time you visit.
