This was a great base camp location for all our activities in Whistler Village. There was plenty of space for our family of four (myself, my husband, and our two teenage sons). The beds were really comfy and it was great having two full bathrooms. Communication from the host was proactive, friendly, and helpful. The complex is at one end of Whistler Village, so it takes 15-20 minutes of easy walking to walk to the gondolas. Previous reviews are correct that the hot tub, while in the “back” of the unit, faces a main street and the front door of another unit. Everyone is friendly, so no worries there, just something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of is if you have someone with limited mobility, stepping into the bathtub showers is a big step, so just be careful. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we would consider this place again when we next visit!

This place was perfect for our week in Whistler. Being right off of the valley trail we were able to walk our dog very easily on many different paths. We used the free shuttle to get to the gondola and that was very easy.

Great little apartment, very functional kitchen that we cooked family dinners in, bathrooms were clean and functional. its located within a 5-10 minute walk of the Olympic area and 5 minute walk to Fresh St Market. One thing to note, the private hot tub is located on the front street, and next to a front door which is used by other guests in another apartment. We didnt mind, but thought it might help others understand the positioning.

The perfect spot for the two of us visiting to mountain bike around Whistler and Squamish. Comfy couch, well equipped kitchen, A/C in both bedrooms, quiet area that's a short walk to Whistler Village and also close to the grocery store. The hot tub was a nice way to end the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation stay

The location could not have been better! It was about a three minute walk to the north village so close to the action but super tranquil, too. The condo was spacious—super comfortable for the two of us and two large dogs. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

The property is located in a quiet complex and benefits from both private and communal hot tub. It’s close to the Marketplace, but about 20min walk to the lifts. The space was clean and well furnished. Note that the hot tub turns on periodically throughout the night so may affect light sleepers in the main bedroom. Overall a good location and met our needs.

Great place right across from Marketplace. Very quiet except for the upstairs unit having stairs next to us. The private hottub was excellent. The managemwnt company was very accommodating and helpful. One thing that was a surprise was the small high top dining table in the living room area. Since we were 3 adults it was fine but it might not be suitable for small children. Our dog was also very comfortable.

Great location and great condo

This is a large complex and the numbering is not intuitive. There were other renters walking around and around with their luggage looking for their unit. Because of the check-in instructions, we walked right to the door. Extra helpful in January. Overall, I'd rebook this unit the next time I visit.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We’ve stayed in a variety of condo’s at Glacier’s Reach over the years. This is a lower level (ground floor apt), so you hear noise from the next unit (people running up & down stairs and walking above). The cleaning & pet fee totaled just under $400 for our 3 night stay which is pretty wild. That said, the condo was clean. There are a few things in the condo that require TLC (lights burned out, dishwasher not functioning properly, countertop in main bathroom breaking away from wall). We have found this to be the case in most of the complex. Beds and linens were nice, couch comfy, and kitchen well stocked. Location of the complex is great (on the edge of the Village, so just a quick walk to anything, while not being in the loud centre of the village). Having a private hot tub is nice and underground parking is a bonus.

The staff are great and do everything that can do ensure a happy stay. I had a couple minor issues that they couldn't have known about in advance but as soon as they heard from me they sent somebody out to fix the problem for us and within 20 minutes the problem was solved.

Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working, booked the unit for the sole reason of having a private hot tub. The unit was nice, not as clean as we were expecting . The host did respond when we brought our concerns to their attention.

Whistler Getaway

We stayed Sept 11-13. The condo was nice and had everything you could need. It was tidy and the pool/ hot tub for the complex were well maintained and not crowded at all. The unit does have its own private hot tub as well unfortunately the water was not high enough to start the jets while we were there.

Had a good stay overall beds super comfy and location is great! Apartment was lacking little things like oil salt etc just missing nice touches felt the value for money was off as we have stayed in nicer places for same cost in Whistler. Found the lounge very dark and didn’t realise how close to neighbours we would actually be.

Excellent Condo Near Trails

This little two bedroom condo is an excellent choice to stay for your adventures. It's right near the Valley Trail, and is less than .5 miles from the Lost Lake Passivehaus. The Market is across the street, and it is moments from the Village. Parking is included, which was very helpful. There is a bike storage area-it can be crowded, but everyone gets along. The private hot tub is lovely at the end of an active day. My kids loved the pool, which was often filled with kids in the afternoon. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, as were plenty of towels and other sundries. Everyone appreciated the little welcome basket, with sparkling water, chocolate, granola bits, and even some dog treats for our dog!

Whistler birthday trip

We had a great time in Whistler! This unit was perfect for our family of 3 plus dog. The location is really close to the marketplace in the lower village and an easy walk to lost lake as well. The condo is nicely decorated and clean, the private hot tub was nice to have on the back porch. The shared pool was a little crowded and didn't have enough seating but was still nice for a quick dip on hot summer days. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and nice deep bathtubs. It was nice to have the washer/dryer too. My main complaint would be all the fees. The cost went from a reasonable $541 for 3 nights in the summer to $977 after taxes and fees and that didn't include the pet fee. Also the rental company makes you use their website/app and asks for a lot of information so the rental process was tedious and you had to agree to a lot of strict rules. Getting parking situated was also a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. The location was nice as it's close to the village but not in it so it's relatively quiet.

Perfect location

This was the BEST location. Across the street from the grocery store and pharmacy. 5 minutes to the village. 10 minutes to the lift. Well stocked kitchen. Easy parking -- covered and secured. Secure bike storage. FAST response from management. Quiet. Hot tub clean. Great for the dogs and right next to the pool. We will 100% be back!

Lovely stay close to everything

Very comfortable place with everything you could possibly need. Also, very convenient for pets as you are right on the valley trail for walking. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great, the private hot tub is on a less used road so some more privacy than other units. My biggest complaint is the typical AirBnb hidden fee issue. List price was $460 per night, final price was $610 per night. Host is all through online/phone but super responsive. Bed was good! Towels not great but there were plenty. Overall would stay there again and suggest to friends.

This unit is located very close to town square and everything is within walking distance. It was short 2 minute drive to the gondola parking lots and there were always plenty of parking spaces, the price for parking is very low as well. So while it is not an easy walk to the lifts, the parking more than makes up for it. I would recommend this rental.

Great family condo

Perfect spot for a family to stay at Whistler. Loved having our own hot tub, and the bus stop for the free shuttle to the gondolas was just across the street. We’ve stayed in the village before, and it was really nice this time to be just outside the noisy downtown area.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here. Beds are comfortable, good amount of space, clean, true to photos. We liked the private hot tub though building security told us we had to shut down by 10pm regardless if we’re quiet. Not a big deal but we weren’t aware. Can hear footsteps from upstairs unit but nothing too bothersome. Would stay here again

Great location - but not great for bike storage

The place is in a great location. Very quiet (except for upstairs guests). The property management is excellent and answered all inquiries very quickly. Keep in mind that this property does NOT have a dining table inside. There is a 3-person table against the wall - but not great for family dining. If it is warm, the patio table is great. We are a family of 3 traveling with 5 bikes and a major problem was the bike storage. The condo bike storage area is beyond full, with at least half of the bikes not used in years. There is no room for guests to store bike, forcing guests to lock bikes on the patio, which is not a great option for those with high value bikes. For that reason, we would not want to rent here again. But - if you don't have bikes you need to securely store, I highly recommend it.

Nice place, great location. Outpost is generally very responsive, but they do close at 5 and don’t respond until morning unless it’s an emergency. So if you have any issues, for us the microwave was broken, it doesn’t get fixed until the next day unless you realize the problem before they close. Not a huge deal, but good to know. The check in process is also somewhat inconvenient, as you need to make an account on a separate portal outside of Airbnb in order to get your check in instructions and code. They require that you take a selfie with your drivers license which I did not like. Again, not a huge deal but something to note ahead of booking. Otherwise the place was clean, nice bathroom products, plenty of towels. Private hot tub was very nice.
