Stretching along the lower slopes of Blackcomb and Upper Village, the area is known for its ski-in/ski-out access, forested surroundings, and easy access to both adventure and relaxation.

Guests enjoy quick access to the Blackcomb Gondola, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail network, making it easy to ski, bike, hike, or explore year-round. Spend summer afternoons swimming or paddleboarding at Lost Lake, tee off at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, or enjoy après and patio dining at Merlin’s Bar & Grill, a favourite slope-side spot at the base of Blackcomb. In winter, the area becomes a hub for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through Lost Lake Park.

No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

This townhome does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans are available in each bedroom and a portable fan is available in the living area.
Underground parking spot is available for 1 vehicle (6'11" clearance), with visitor parking on a first come, first served basis.
King bed can be split into twins (or vice versa), please request at booking; late requests may incur a fee.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

Beautiful location. The accommodation was large and well laid out. They had extra blankets, pillows and a very well stocked kitchen. There was only one dishwasher pod so I’d recommend bringing your own if you’re staying more than one night. The door code and parking instructions were not included in the check in email but thankfully, Outpost responded quickly with the missing information. Overall it was a great place for our group.

This was a great unit and location. Great management! The only issue which we found to be all over Whistler was the flies. It took stopping at 3 stores to find fly swatters. Be sure the doors are never left open.

We had a great stay in Whistler. The location was ideal-super close to bus stops which made getting around really easy, especially with kids and all the snow gear.
The place itself was warm, cosy, and really comfortable to come back to after being out in the cold all day. It had everything we needed and felt really easy to settle into.
Overall, a really convenient and comfortable base for a Whistler trip, we’d definitely stay again.

The unit is nice and very clean. We were disappointed that there was only one couch in the living room instead of the 2 pictured. This was one of the reasons we chose the location as we were having a family gathering and were looking froward to hanging out together in the living room. Also, communication with the host was not great. They did not send the front door access code (or any other codes for internet, etc.) so we had to phone them late in the evening to get the front door code. The access code they gave us expired the next morning so we had to contact again to get it reset. Despite these small bumps, the place is very nice, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. Hopefully our experience was just a blip. I would definitely try it again.
