We had a wonderful stay at Helen's place in Whistler. Everything was perfect! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the space was exactly as described.
The only minor downside was the laundry facility. It is only open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., which leaves limited time to do laundry if you're out enjoying activities all day. It also requires payment through an app, with a minimum charge of $10 even if you only need a single wash.

What a great spot to stay and it’s walking distance to the gondola. We appreciated having everything we needed within walking distance. The space was very clean and a perfect size for two people, with a nice little counter space to make a meal and coffee. We definitely recommend this spot if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main village, but still have everything in walking distance and a much smaller line to get onto the lifts!

Awesome place, loved the stay, very cozy and compact! Everything was quite efficient, close to lifts and mountain access, logistically made lots of sence, especially if no car, location was optimal for shuttle to airport and bus travel. Hot tub and sauna was cherry on cake, definitely awesome after long alpine day. Place probably best for one person since with 2 people it's manageable but quite minimalistic (I'm a minimalist so I loved it). That asside 10/10 would come again, definitely worth stay especially considering the mountain activities nearby. One small improvement point, stove was not that great (so an upgrade of stove would actually make this place shine and definitely add meal prep value), best was to buy meal prep at local market and heat up with microwave and fridge froze the food lol, but I'm nitpicking, tbh tiny issue but everything else was awesome!

Apartment was as described! Not a ton of space but worked well for 2 people. Helen was proactive in asking if we wanted the couch made up as a second bed so we each had our separate space which was awesome! Kitchen counters were very functional and we got small meals cooked. Apartment was very walkable to Creekside gondola and village marketplace. Hot tub was a plus although longer hours (until 10pm) would have been nice although that would probably be an apartment complex/management call. Great stay overall!

This is a clean, modern, and well thought-out apartment with attention to detail. The bed was cozy and the couch comfy. We found all that we needed in the small kitchen although serious cooking might be a little challenge. Bathroom was super clean and had everything we needed. Creekside is a great place to stay for your visit to Whistler. It is less pretentious than the Whistler village area. Roland's Pub (next door) was a typical ski bar with a welcoming vibe. Samurai Bowl was delicious and affordable for dinner! It took 7-8 minutes to walk to the gondola in our ski boots with our gear. So easy and not crowded! The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of skiing. We could hear our neighbor above which was annoying but no fault of the apartment. Everything worked well and we would stay here again when skiing at Whistler. Not fancy, but functional and comfortable.

This studio is very clean and has everything you would need. Very comfortable bed. I loved the location - close to bus, valley trail and has some great restaurants within walking distance. I never used my car for the whole four days of hiking and biking. Be sure and get the best pizza I've ever had at Creekbread Pizza, within waking distance.
Be advised that there is no locked bike storage and you cannot use the outside bike rack. I put my bike in the lobby each evening and no one said anything.

When one is travelling overseas the last thing you want to hike around with you are things like this. There was also some basic things like teabags, sauces and spices for cooking. Location is pretty good. You have to have a car or bus. Place is extremely tight. Not a lot of room inside and the carpets felt dirty. No elevator to the second floor. We had a decent amount of bags so going upstairs was a challenge.

Helen’s place is in a great location. We liked the Den (didn’t like their Sunday buffet as much as regular breakfast) and Southside Diner for breakfast and Red Door Bistro for dinner. We enjoyed following the valley trail along Nita lake.
Helen is a great host. She allowed us to check in early and was very responsive throughout our stay.
The room is very functional and had everything we needed. It didn’t bother us that building is old and has thin walls, but this may be more of a concern for someone else.

This lovely little spot was excellent as it's very central, just about a six-minute drive from Whistler Village! There is a pub and a liquor store right next door to it, which was very helpful if we didn't feel like going too far if we needed something. The space is small and cozy, but perfect if you are going there just to sleep and have a nice place to recover from whatever activities you get up to during the day. Everything was extremely clean and well set up. Helen's communication was top class, she responded very quickly and was eager to help with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this space!

The location was great, the lake and many hiking trails started right next to the building. That was a huge benefit.
The room was very cute. The little kitchen was better equipped than expected and it was easy to make some food there.
Helen was very friendly and it was a pleasure writing with her.
There is no bus or other public connection to Whistler since a while now, according to the visitor center. So without a car it was difficult to get to Whistler itself. That would have been good to know before arrival. But the hike from Creekside to Whistler was enjoyable, so nothing to complain!

The location is perfect - it is a 5 minute walk away from the Creekside gondola and shops including a supermarket and there is our favourite restaurant, Creekbread 2 minute walk away and Rolands pub and South Diner really close by. We have a one year old and there are 2 play parks really close by.
The room itself was lovely, it is charming and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The amenities in the apartment block were really good - we used the hot tub most evenings and it was handy being able to wash our clothes downstairs. Being able to park right outside the building is a massive bonus.
Helen was great, she responded quickly to any questions we had and was super helpful. Can't wait to hopefully come back next year!

The suite itself is nicely renovated. Quite small as advertised. Internet was good even for gaming. Shower can be slick so watch your footing. The fire alarm is right above the kitchenette with no fans so can be problematic. For noise sensative people, be aware that its not a quiet place. The entrance is shared with neighboring suite and door is loud. Also loud parties most weekends.
Biggest issue i had is not really fixable and was noted in ad, but if you have lots of luggage its a big pain to bring up to suite. There is 3 keypad locks, 5 doors and stairs.
Creekside area has some places for groceries and restaurants but far from whistler core, if that is what you looking for.
Overall the suite was a pretty good stay but for off-season the cost to value was average.

Location is very convenient with lots of stores that are within walking distance. The place has everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We cooked a lot of our meals and just had to be careful since the kitchen is right above the fire alarm. The fire alarm rang on us one time. The entrance to the room is shared with another room but that was no problem and we didn’t see the other guests at all. There were lots of codes to get into places in the building so must keep a phone handy. The building is quite old but the room itself was very modern. Will definitely stay here again!

Helen’s place is great! We had a great time, it’s well situated, near groceries and restaurants, easy to commute using the Valley trail or the local BC transit. Helen is super nice! She has been very good at communicating with us, everything was well explained.
The only tiny downside is the shared entrance along with the thin walls. Some guests were louder than we would have liked, but that’s not Helen’s fault. We really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely recommend it!

This is a great little apartment in a perfect location! There are several coffee shops and restaurants, as well as 2 lakes for swimming, within a 5 minute walk. We walked the 4km trail to the main village, which is well marked and a beautiful walk! The apartment itself was quaint, with everything we needed for a short stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

Helen is a great host - responds promptly, and was very accommodating and communicative in the lead up to our stay. We unfortunately weren’t able to complete our stay due to the heat wave, but again, Helen was responsive, and reasonable in coming to a solution which worked for both of us after.
The space is quaint, and has all the essentials. The location is awesome. The pool was open for the summer, and the two lakes are very accessible.
If it wasn’t a heat wave (above 40 degrees), we should’ve managed just fine. If you’re comfortable in warm summer temperatures, this is a great oasis to stay at, and we’re sure it’d be lovely in the winter too :).

This Airbnb was full of some lovely times and interesting surprises. My partner and I were visiting some family, and used Helen's airbnb as a home base during our stay. We encountered some issues during our stay, such as not being able to find the TV remotes as there were not in the apartment, to finding a left behind cucumber in a funny place in the apartment, and the handle to the shower breaking, leaving it stuck in the on position with water pouring out. However, each issue we brought to Helen, she fixed in a timely, respectful, and apologetic manner. She let us know that the stay prior to us was filled with some really complicated renters who had caused a lot of damage to the apartment. I was so impressed with Helen's honesty and professionalism. Helen's 5/5 kindness, hosting ability, and response times, made our stay feel incredible. We would definitely stay in any of her Airbnbs again!

Very clean, and modern. Lots of great amenities, good cooking facilities in the kitchenette. Great location in creekside, above Rolands and a 5 minute walk to the Gondy.
However, the unit does share an entrance with another airbnb unit. It feels more like sharing an apartment with the other guest as the walls are very thin. We generally heard tv shows until 11pm and snoring almost every night. The thin walls were especially awkward as we were staying over valentines weekend, and heard a little more than we wanted.
Helen was a great host, she checked in on us throughout our stay. We had a great time!

The minimum average cost per night in whistler is 250-300$ Canadian$$ so expect to get what you pay for. The communication was 5/5 as well as the arrival entry and location .But the appartement needs some love. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are terrible. The bathroom is very used and old. The building is Also in bad shape. On top of this the apartment is very small with a humidity smell. Could not open the windows since the numerous mosquitoes would get in through the large hole In the mosquito net.Let’s say we tried to extend our nights in Whistler village as long as possible since spending time in the apartment was not a enjoyable moment.i think this is a perfect apartment for young teenagers that want to party . The perfect place for a weekend getaway. My boyfriend and I booked a couple days before and were pleasantly surprised by how fast Helen responded and how helpful she was. It is small but very cute, the perfect size for two people. 5 min drive from the village but the drive is sooo beautiful when it’s sunny. Short walk to nearby lakes. Le matin tu mets tes bottes de skis et prends tes skis sur ton épaule et tu peux marcher à la gondole de creek side en environ 5 à 7 minutes! À la même distance de marche, se trouve le petit village de creekside avec épicerie, bar, resto, café et liquor store! Le village de creekside est moins touristique que celui de Whistler... de mon côté je préfère ça ! Dans le même bâtiment que le condo se trouve le resto Red door bistro! Tu y mange et bois pour environ 60 à 80$ / personne et c’est vraiment très bon ! Il faut réserver d’avance ! Nous y sommes allées 2 soirs tellement que nous avons aimé ! À quelques pas du condo, se trouve également le Fix cafe ! Super belle place pour relaxer et lire! Encore à quelques pas, tu peux déjeuner au southside dinner! Place ben classique pour prendre un bon déjeuner et un bon café !
Pour se rendre au village de Whistler tu marche 3 minutes et tu prends l’autobus qui passe au moins au 15 minutes! Prix du billet 2,50$
Le condo est petit mais très charmant ! Il y a un lit double et un divan lit! Si tu te débrouille en cuisine, tu vas être capable de te cuisiner pas mal n’importe quoi! Il y a un petit four électrique, une cafetière boddum, un petit frigo, un micro-onde et des poêles et ronds électriques!
Bref pour la qualité prix et où s’est situé je le re recommande et j’y retournerais n’importe quand!

We stayed here 5 nights while exploring and snowboarding at Whistler/Blackcomb. It was a perfect base, a very easy short walk to the Creekside Gondola, and with plenty of great local spots for good food and drinks with more authenticity, reasonable pricing, and a bit more relaxed than the main Whistler village.
The apartment is great and contains everything you could possibly need. The building itself is dated but otherwise fine. You do get a little noise coming through from the neighbors rooms, but nothing worse than you’d expect in an older building.
There is also a ski/board storeroom and even a waxing iron which is handy if you are coming with gear.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to stay again on our next trip.

Perfect studio for a solo traveler. The pots and pans, electric burner, toaster oven, and microwave all came in useful as I could cook my dinner. The ski locker downstairs also saved me from lugging my skis up and down the stairs every day.
It took me about 15 minutes to walk (in my ski boots) from the unit, across the highway, through the village and to the Creekside gondola. By Week 2 I tired of that, and figured out how to drive to the free parking at Lot 7 at Base II. Get there early enough on a week day and you can walk from your car to the snow in your ski boots in less than 20 steps!
A nice and cozy residence in a great, convenient location. If I ever ski Whistler again, I would check to see if this unit was available to stay again.

The kitchenette was enough for us to make breakfast and lunch before we headed out to the slopes. We really liked that the doors locked by codes, and we did not have to worry about who had the key or anything like that. Creekside Village was a nice environment and overall we had a really great stay. It was a little difficult/pricey to get from Creekside Village to Whistler Village with a bus, however.

Helen’s place was a perfect little retreat away from Whistler village but only a short walk to the bus stop. It had all the essential amenities, including Apple TV. Also super close to a convenience store/cafes/restaurants.

The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos. We found the bed very comfortable and the newly refurbished bathroom was great. Only down side was the laundrette in the building was closed during our stay but this was noted when we booked and we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls and 2 towels for a 9 nights stay! Helen was great answering any questions we had :-)

The condo has everything you need and is located close to shops, public transport and restaurants. Ideal for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. Good facilities for locking up your mountain bike also.

Loved this location! Just a short drive to the Village but this area was so delightful. Had everything you would need with the Rolands Pub and Red Door right downstairs and the Nita Lake Lodge right beside you for more fine dining, coffee shop and spa, what more could you ask for. The pool area was closed when I was there but a gorgeous 3 minute walk and your at a wonderful beach and park area. You really have everything you need right there! I would stay again, Helen was a wonderful host.

Helen made staying at her flat easy and fun! We had little problem checking in or checking out. Her place was small but worked for two people well. If you're planning on cooking, bring any key utensils or pans you may need for the small electric burners. Otherwise, enjoy the area!

Fantastic place, conveniently located down the street from the creekside lift so we just walked from the apartment to the lift and didn't ever have to pay for parking. It's right beside Nita Lake Lodge which is beautiful and has good food! Was exactly as described!

Helen es una anfitriona de primera, excelente comunicación y siempre atenta para apoyar, su apartamento está muy bien ubicado para ir caminando a la góndola, a la renta de equipo de ski y para recoger los lift tickets. The apartment is small but it has everything what you need. A nice supplement is the hot tub and sauna in the same building! Helene is super friendly and very helpful.

We had a great time staying here! Access to the unit was easy, Unit was exactly as described, and it was excellent value for money. Helen clearly explained everything in her messages so there was no confusion. Unit was clean and stocked as expected. Good amount of clothing storage and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a mini fridge and a few kitchen appliances. Parking was very easy and free. Attached to a great pub and what looks like a very nice restaurant. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
