Overall this was a solid Airbnb. It was in a fantastic location where you can get on the 5 bus during winter which is free right in front of the apartment. The apartment is nice and clean with a well equipped kitchen. They do have free parking garage along with a sauna which is public and maxes out at 12 people. The only downside is that when we stayed, we did not have warm water on our last day. We had a group of 4 guys, so two had to share the downstairs bed whilst there are two twin beds up top. There is a couch as well but more then 4 people would likely hurt the experience. They charge you a nonrefundable fee for reservations over 4 people, and when our fifth person pulled out the trip there was not much we could do and took the $200 loss.

This was a great place to stay! convenient location super close to the upper village, on-site parking, and a big pool and hottub. I rented it for my parents who were visiting and would definitely rent the same unit for them again the next time they come up.

We had a great stay at Wildwood Lodge with our two teenagers. The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Upper Village, and easy access to the Valley Trail. Our unit was big enough for the four of us with a bedroom and a loft area with two beds for the kids. Highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub for relaxing after a long day. Only downside was no air conditioning.

The Wildwood location hosted by Outpost is located in Upper Village. The check-in process is extremely easy. We didn't have any issues finding a parking spot onsite. Staff were also available between 9am-5pm to help answer any questions. We requested a fan for one of the rooms and took advantage of the bike rental discounts. This location is an easy 15 min walk to the Village Centre.

This was our first time to Whistler-Blackcomb so we didn’t quite know what to expect in terms of accommodations. Outpost at Wildwood was absolutely incredible!! This was the perfect spot. We spent 6-7 hours a day on the mountain and coming back to a quiet, warm, and cozy spot was incredible. The fireplace and Mountain views were awesome. The bed was super comfy I don’t even remember lying down - I was out like a light. And they left a little welcome basket with chocolate and coffee and stuff! So great. We will be back.

Should specify that there are steps after elevator to get to room! 65 years old and could not use the cart to get stuff to room. Should make sure blinds and windows are closed as on arrival it was 100 plus degrees in room and no air conditioning! Don’t recommend staying on 3 rd floor if it’s over 75 degrees in the weather forecast!

Our family of four comfortably stayed in the condo for a week. The pool was a great perk and wasn't too busy. We brought our own pool towels and were glad we did. The condo was so clean and comfortable...though quite warm in the evenings as the sun sets. Beautiful views and so close to the upper village. We comfortably walked to both the upper and lower villages for most meals. The coffee grinder didn't work, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked for our needs.

Overall I had a bitter sweet feeling with my stay. The Wildwood lodge is a great facility, the location is walking distance from the Blackcomb gondola and its conveniently right by the free village shuttle stop too. The apartment itself has a good layout, but was a bit poorly furnished, with only basic utensils in the kitchen, no books, no board games, so frankly not very cozy overall... It kind of works if you spend your days outdoors and bring your own deck of cards I guess.
However, while my stay was overall fine, the main issue was the price I paid for my 7 nights stay. Some friends of ours stayed the same week in an apartment on the same floor of the very same lodge, better furnished, very cozy finishing, so really much nicer and paid almost half the price for 8 nights! My only guess is that the cost of their management company was so much less...? I don't know what happened to us here, but the extra price we paid for less really seemed a bit unfair frankly.

Overall this property was perfect for our stay. The location was very convenient with a shuttle running regularly throuought the day to get down to the village/onto the slopes. I marked 4 stars for the accuracy of the online listing because it's not a true ski-in/ski-out location (at least certainly not with the weather during our stay). Although it was pretty cloudy a lot of the time, whenever the clouds cleared up, this rental had the most stunning views out the large windows looking out at Whistler & Blackcomb mountains.

We love the Wildwood and it's starting to feel like our place in the upper village. This is the second year our little group of enthusiasts has stayed here. Our condo was bright and tastefully decorated. Coffee, tea, chocolate and small snacks were provided as was salt and pepper grinders and olive oil. Beds were comfortable, lovely view from the deck, hot tub, underground parking, ski locker room, locks and tuning bench, ski out across the road and potential ski in near it on the buss route. It was Quiet convenient and comfortable. We would certainly book this property again, Outpost management does a splendid job. Oh the price was really good too🤭

We generally enjoyed our time here. The location was somewhat inconvenient compared to being right in the village, but it got us walking and the price was right. The building needs updating. It was bizarre that their hallway ramp to the unit leads to a small set of stairs, thereby making it impossible to roll the luggage trolley right to the unit door. It was as if the builder underestimated the incline of the original ramp and had to add stairs midway through the build. The kitchen floor also has an odd dip where it should be flush with the entrance way. This created a minor tripping hazard. The stairs to the loft were also showing signs of age and becoming uneven. Minor problems for most people, but they were noticeable. It was nice to be overlooking the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. We're grateful for the late check-out. Overall, it was a good stay.

Came to Whistler for a week mid august to ride the bike park, hike, and enjoy B.C. Wildwood Lodge is nicely located close enough to walk to the villages, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and feel like your in the woods. This unit has very nice furnishings and added touches of welcome snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, and paper goods. Nice to have a spot in the parking garage, but be warned the garage is very tight so a large truck may have issues. We happened to be there during a heat wave for the area, so the lack of AC was a bummer every afternoon when we came back to the unit and it was hot. There were 2 fans that we used in addition to a ceiling fan, but had to keep the condo door open to the hall to get air flow. While there are beautiful windows to view the mountains only one opens and the slider to the deck. I think black out curtains that could be pulled closed in the afternoon would make all the difference. Once the sun went down the condo cooled off nicely and the nights were cool. The space was perfect for my husband and i in the master bedroom and our 2 kids to share the loft. Lost lake is a very short walk away!

If I had some critical comments it was with the lousy dishwasher and lacking a few kitchen supplies, oven baking for potatoes. Unfortunately we have allergies and need to prepare homemade meals. Lovely apartment that fit us beautifully. The kids enjoyed the loft and we didn't have to tiptoe around when they were sleeping. We had looked forward to the pool and hot tub, particularly since the snow and weather conditions were not super. Disappointed since the pool wasn't open and the hot tub was not very hot and the water needs changing.
Staff were lovely though, the kitchen had everything we needed (except salt!).

Due to Covid, I saw that prices had gone down and felt like I wasn't getting the right value for the right price as I had already booked a year in advance when prices were still high. I did contact Outpost and explained them my feelings and the went ahead and adjusted the price without even being forced to as per the cancellation policy, they could have kept as is. I don't think many organisations would do so... Be confident that this company will do its best to serve you beyond just profit. Highly recommended.

We were booked to stay at "Newly renovated 1BDR + Loft | minutes from lifts" for 3 nights but ended up switching places on the first night. On 12AM of the first night, an unexpected man showed up on our doors and knocked on our door multiple time "claiming" that he is looking for his father that went missing 6 years ago. We didn't open the door, but looked through the peep hole. It was a mid-aged caucasian man wearing sunglasses to hide his face. We assume that he is around 40-50 years in age. We responded by saying that his father was not here but he called us liars and insisted that he'd come inside. He left shortly after, but as we were an all girls group, we got freaked out and started blocking the door with furnitures and kept an eye on the peep hole. About an hour after the man had come, a mid-aged (In their late 40s) indian couple showed up on our door and slid a note into our door and stood for 5-10 seconds. The note didn't have any threatening comments, but it had some creepy comments written. By that point, we were too freaked out and had to call the police. We asked the police officer to help us escort out of the place as we were too scared to stay in the airbnb by ourselves and came back to the airbnb after sun rise. We contacted the output team immediately at the start of the business hours and they were very helpful and understanding. Even though it was a long weekend, they managed to help us find their different airbnb property within minutes. We stayed at their different airbnb property for the remainder of our trip and didn't have any issues. Overall, I would recommend to stay with Outpost's as they are very responsible and understanding. However, as in staying at this specific airbnb location, I probably wouldn't unless it's NOT an all girls group.

The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived and easy to get everything from the car inside. The location was great with a quickly skiable trail to the Blackcomb village. Loved having the key code for the door so we did not have to keep track of keys or worry about if people wanted to do different things. All the communication was very clear for check in and check out! Would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a place in whistler!

We are a family of 4 with teenage sons and this place was perfect. With the loft area, the sofa bed and the separate bedroom, there was a lot of space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed- the furnishings and dishes were really tasteful and there was ample storage. The staff at the front desk were pleasant. It could be ski in, ski out if the snow is there. We went on a week without great snow but skiers could still make it most of the way in. As snowboarders it was a very short walk- about the same as being in a busy carpark at most ski areas in terms of distance- and very pleasant through the forest. Blackcomb, of course, has tons of restaurants and shops to enjoy and Whistler Village/mountain was a short ten minute walk, or easy to take the gondola and ski back from there. (we had family in Whistler village and went back and forth quite a bit) The view of the mountains and the thoughtful touches like Aveda bath products and having paper towels and an easy check out process made this a really great stay. Check out was 10:00am but we were able to leave our car there after checking out for a few hours while we enjoyed some shopping and lunch before driving home. The only disappointment of our stay was the lack of powder, but hopefully we'll have better luck with that next time. I would highly recommend this unit to stay- it was excellent!

This condo worked really well for my family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The unit is compact, but the closet space and especially the coat closet area for all the ski gear made for easy loading and unloading. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the nice updates in this property. The comfortable bedding and pillows was much appreciated. The lobby folks were very helpful with directions. The local bus service seemed less frequent than I had expected but the proximity to the Upper Village made for an easy stroll down the path and if the snow allowed one could possibly glide to the village on skis (some pole work might be required).

Really great place and a good location. The apartment was clean, enough space for our family of 4 and nice and bright. It overlooks the pool and I was worried it might be a bit noisy during nap time, but it wasn't at all. Location is awesome. Walkable via the trails to Blackcomb base and from there to Whistler village and the Olympic plaza. We could have utilized the shuttle but enjoyed the walk more! The pool was a nice bonus and the in-building laundry convenient, especially with kids.

Condo is located close to the Upper Village and Blackcomb lifts, only a five minute walk. Free public transportation takes you to the lower village and Whistler lifts. Condo was somewhat dated but clean and very affordable for the area. We would stay here again.

My two friends and I stayed at Sarah's place in Feb19 on a ski trip . The place is very conveniently located , 5 mins walk from Blackcomb base. You can ski down one of the runs and veer off into the path to the lodge for a bit, and then its a 5 min or less walk to the lodge on the remainder of the path. Building management was excellent and super quick with communication, local information on places to eat etc. The common hot tub, parking and the ski/board storage room are convenient and well managed. As described, this is an older lodge, so everything looks dated such as the carpets, halls etc. The unit itself is very convenient with a fire place, couch and TV in the living room, one full bedroom that opens to a full bath on the entry level, another bedroom on the loft level with 2 beds and a half bath. By the entrance is an area for boots, hang jackets / helmets etc. The kitchen was not stocked and some of the appliances appear old. Wifi was spotty at times.Overall a very convenient location and good place to stay on the Blackcomb side.
