Whistler is amazing, in both the winter and summer. The weather was unusually warm (hot!) and there is no air conditioning in the space. Each room had a fan, and with the exception of the second bedroom, they were loud. The temps cooled off at night, but due to the location of the windows, getting cool air in at night was a struggle.
The space is set up lovely, everything you need is there. Very convenient and easy to get around.

Me and a group of friends came on down to Whistler for nice quick getaway. The place was nice and clean, and the pool and hot tub were very well maintained. But otherwise than that, it was a good stay, good area, and overall a solid place to stay. I would stay here again.

Pros:
- convenient check in (instructions to check in were prompt, easy to find and easy to follow)
- quiet and convenient location, walking distance from gondola
- different thermostats in each living space
- hot tub premises in good condition
- covered garage with storage for equipment
Cons:
- upon entry a mass of hair got stuck to our socks
- cupboard handles were dirty
- one of the frying pans was so worn it was unusable
- the spatula was melted
- the knives wouldn't cut anything whatsoever
- the dish strainer was dirty
- the couch was nasty, we had to put a blanket to sit on
- mold in the showers
- bunk bed was missing and dust would fall from its mattress cover to the lower bed
- no blackout curtains
- bedsheets on one bed were sloppy, however clean, and found some static hairs on
- no chair in the rooms to place clothes on
- the cleaner was outside our door before our check out time and elevator was broken so we had to carry everything to the garage

The unit itself was great! Had everything we needed for the most part. We noticed that there was no shampoo in either bathroom and only body wash in one of the showers. Minor detail!
There was an issue with the person in the unit below us who was smoking on his patio every single morning so we couldn’t sit on our patio without breathing in smoke. My husband politely mentioned that we are sensitive to the smoke and he replied by saying that he is sensitive to everywhere being non- smoking and then continued to smoke.
I did t mention anything to the receptionist because we didn’t want to make a big deal of it but it was disappointing not being able to sit on our balcony.
The location was great and we would consider this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our family of 4 but there was plenty of room for more. Location was walkable to upper and lower villages and connected directly to trails. We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub as we wanted a more relaxed time away and ended up meeting some really great people.
We made dinner one of the nights but wished there were more basic supplies (salt & pepper and sugar that weren’t in packets, oil etc).
It rained one of the nights so we stayed in and watched movies, I ended up laying on the comfy carpeted floor which seemed fairly new.
Overall we had a great time!

Very nice place, clean and functional. I like that my kids didn't have to share a bed because of the bunk bed setup in the second bedroom. I thought the price was fair, but the cleaning fee seemed kind of high. If you only stay a couple days, the cleaning fee is a large chunk of the bill. I noticed some other places locally have cleaning fees almost 50% lower.
Communication was great, and all the codes worked the first time. If you are there in the summer, you should know that everything in the villages is a 10-25 min walk. I like walking, so no problem, but if you don't like walking, you might get a place lower on the mountain. The indoor parking is nice, and there is a lot of parking in the village if you want to drive down. I would stay there again.

Handy ski storage and free parking was a plus! The wifi signal was sometimes weak but still manageable. Great communication from Outpost, fast and very clear instructions! Overall, we had great time stying in Sarah's suite!

Perfect stop to access the hill and yet not be in the crazy busy village. Easy walk anywhere. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. ( 21 & 22 yr olds ). Nice to have two washrooms. Hot Tub was well organized for COVID. Place was very clean and parking underground was easy to access. Thank you to the women at the front desk who came up on our first day to help get our TV on.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property with our 2 young children( 2 years & 2 months old) we enjoyed our stay.
Pros and cons from a family’s perspective below.
Cons:
-No air conditioning( we didn’t notice this in the ad). It was 32 degrees the day we arrived and extremely hot inside the apartment. There were two fans but they didn’t give much relief.
-if you visit in the winter with young kids, keep in mind that it is heated by baseboard heaters that may get hot if you have littles who like to touch everything.
-there weren’t any screens on the sliding doors or the windows so we couldn’t keep everything open to cool it off without having flies come in. Also meant if we had the doors open that our toddler had full access to the deck. (Just something to be aware of)
-the wifi wasn’t strong enough to run Netflix off of the TV without ALOT of pausing to buffer. It’s too bad that it wasn’t a bit stronger because this would have been nice to be able to use.
-the door codes for the building were changed the day we arrived and we were not advised of this. Luckily another resident told us what it was as the reception was closed by the time we arrived!
Pros:
-great location. It was quieter as you’re not right in the village. And a quick 5-7 min walk to the upper village for food/shopping!
-the pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Most nights we were the only ones in it!
-it was nice having underground parking included!
*you would be able to fit a playpen for a young child in the master bedroom, but definitely not in the room with the bunk beds. The rooms are fairly small, not many places to put a suitcase.*

Perfect location with plenty of parking. It's an easy 200m walk or ski to new Blackcomb gondi via the path across the street. The unit itself is wonderful. Beds are super comfy and two full bathrooms make it a great choice for a family or group of friends.

Staff has been excellent, sincere and very accommodating. Special thanks to Kristina for holding our reservation and making it all possible after that horrific experience with Booking.com. The unit is exactly what the picture showed and perfectly set up. I loved the paperless transaction, & how check in and out are organized The only thing needed especially during the hot summer is a portable AC and more than just the tiny fan. Longer pool hours would be nice but understandable due to Covid reasons. It was an overall wonder experience with you. Thank you!

This place was CLEAN and so great for a family of four plus an infant. Free parking was super helpful in the garage (we had a pickup truck, it was kind of tight but we made it work). Free shuttle right out front to the village. I will definitely go here on our next trip! This was such a great place to stay.

This cozy condo is ideally located. A short walk or cruise will get you to the bottom of the gondola. At the end of the day, we found another short path from the slopes through the woods that brought us to the street around the corner from the condo. The condo was very private. We didn't hear any neighbors and we stayed for a whole week. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking big breakfasts and dinners. Our group of 5 adults slept well and were comfortable relaxing in the evenings.

Very nice, and all toiletries were there. Wifi didn’t work til I had to contact outpost. work They needed how to notes on how to use the TV and dishwasher. The upstairs neighbours were very noisy with their chairs dragging on the floor.lastly, we didn’t see an air conditioner? We faced the sun and got very warm In the suite.
