Stretching along the lower slopes of Blackcomb and Upper Village, the area is known for its ski-in/ski-out access, forested surroundings, and easy access to both adventure and relaxation.

Guests enjoy quick access to the Blackcomb Gondola, Lost Lake, and the Valley Trail network, making it easy to ski, bike, hike, or explore year-round. Spend summer afternoons swimming or paddleboarding at Lost Lake, tee off at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, or enjoy après and patio dining at Merlin’s Bar & Grill, a favourite slope-side spot at the base of Blackcomb. In winter, the area becomes a hub for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through Lost Lake Park.

Combining peaceful mountain living with convenient access to Whistler’s dining, apres, and village atmosphere, the Benchlands is a favourite year-round destination for families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

One assigned underground parking space (7' clearance). Visitor short-term parking available on either side of the parkade.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

Great space for our ski trip. Warm, cozy, well appointed. Communication was great with the hosts, they were very helpful. Note that the parking garage is only 7 feet tall, so trucks with a rack or box might not fit. Also, this would be a tight fit for 2 couples, I think it's better for family. There's only the couch to sit on, aside from the dining room chairs.

This was our first time in Whistler and I booked based on the location close to Blackcomb base and the description that the beds were comfortable. We rent many places and this was one of the cleanest and well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed. The king mattress was tempurpedic-like which was wonderful for my husband’s back. The location made skiing super easy and the small development was private and beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent for skiing at Whistler or Blackcomb as you can easily hop on the free shuttle bus which runs frequently. No car needed once you are settled in. The place is clean, comfortable and perfect for a family of 4-5. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful, close to Lost Lake and Whistler village. The host was responsive and accommodation was both clean and cozy. This place was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids all shared the bunk beds and the place itself was cozy and had all the ammenites you could want for your stay. Close to the bus stop for easy access to mountain and village. Our only complaint if we were to give one is the hottub is not really servicable. Otherwise everything about this property fit our needs and would reccommend.
