Please note that long-term tenants reside in a completely separate lower-level suite. The property has been thoughtfully divided to ensure privacy for both guests and tenants. Tenants do not have access to guest amenities, including the garage or hot tub, though they do use the street parking directly in front of the property. Guests are kindly asked to remain within the designated main-level guest areas during their stay.
