Great stay walking or skiing distance from the slopes. Very short walk to the shuttle to the base or the village. There is also a ski rental facility within walking distance. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment. Beautifully maintained. Warm and comfortable. Conveniently located to bus stop just 30 metres away. Not quite ski in/ski out. About a 100m walk to the nearest slope. Would recommend

Place was great. There was snow down to the village so we could walk the 100m-ish to the slope and ski down to get on the lift. I actually preferred to walk the slope back up or to go to the Black Comb village in the evening, even in the snow vs. the shuttle as it was faster IMO and kind of fun to have the slope as your private walkway home. Private hot tub was awesome and the place worked well for our group. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and also the large boot room at entrance and lockable gear storage outside for skis/snowboards. Super practical and on wet lower mountain ski days our gear was able to dry out for the next day. Awesome! This is my second trip to Whistler and both times parking spaces were surgical. Tiny spaces and not tall enough for car top carrier on our SUV. I think this must be the norm in Whistler. The upside here small spaces = more visitor spots available for second car.

If you come stay at Mountain Star again, it may be helpful to know that there is actually a ski-in trail from Lower Cruiser.

Nice cozy townhouse near the slopes, only a 2-minute walk from the unit to mountain access. It’s not in the heart of Whistler, but it’s perfect for a group that prefers a quieter setting with ski-in/ski-out access, cooking, and gathering together in the unit. The private hot tub is a gem and perfect after a day of skiing. Great size for a group of 6–8 people.

We really enjoyed our stay: even though there wasn't enough snow to use the ski-in/ski-out, it's a two minute walk between the shuttle stop and the unit—yet the unit is still far enough away from the road that it's quiet and peaceful inside. Cozy inside with a clean kitchen and convenient mud room make it a great place for a ski vacation.

Fantastic location, just a block away from Whistler Village. Great pizza place located across the street. The pool & spa are salt-water vs. chlorine, so we didn’t have red-eye’s after swimming. Parking was a bit tricky for check-in: You’ll need to park your car in the visitor spot, then go to the room to retrieve your key FOB, then return to park the car. Same when you’re ready to check-out: you’ll need to move the car to the visitor spot, return the key FOB to the room, then return to leave. Its not a big deal, but just wanted to let you know so you’re prepared for it.

It was pretty much as advertised. It was clean and functional for our purposes. There could have been a few more small amenities, such as a working barbecue lighter, coffee filters , and ziploc bags . I would recommend it !!

Had a great stay at the townhouse! The unit was as pictured, (just maybe a tad bit older from when the pics were taken). The location is perfect - easy walk to the Upper Village, Lost Lake, hiking trails, etc.. and the free shuttle stop is just steps away from the unit which was super convenient to get around town. And the unit and building location are quiet! So quiet and peaceful. There are even 2 EV chargers in the parking garage which came in handy and saved a trip to charge in the village.
The house is well-appointed with everything you’d need, even some starter seasonings, oil, etc… The hot tub was great! Already heated and very clean. Came in clutch after a full day of hiking.
Outpost was a great host. Ultra responsive and very thorough with checkin/out instructions, house manuals, etc… they made it all really easy.
Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. The house was cozy and clean. Ski run to the blackcomb gondola is a short walk away (<5min). Private gated parking, ski storage closet by the front door and a mud room for boots/jackets/etc. Hot tub was nice and clean. Overall had a great experience.

Was able to ski in. There is a free shuttle that picks you up in front of the property and will take you to the ski hills. Was very comfortable and we all loved the hot tub.

Incredible Place

Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious home. Hot tub was magnificent, the heated floors were delicious, the fireplace was cozy, the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice and clean, and the showers were great. Really easy to store all of our gear and felt secure while we were not snowboarding. Ski in and out is pretty easy if there is enough snow to access the mountain from the house, otherwise it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk or one minute walk to the bus stop which will take you down to the ski lift. If we come back, we are definitely staying here again Thanks!

Top of blackcomb

The place is great. Fit 4 adults and 3 kids perfectly. The hot water was off when we arrived but easy enough to get it running. The stove/oven is very confusing. The bunk room is tiny, totally works for the kids but it is very narrow with limited bag space. The lower bed is two beds not a solid king, which was fine but noticeable. We would totally stay there again.

No bathroom on the main, steep stairs up to the main and steep stairs to the master bedroom. Not convenient to unload or load. Parking is for mini coopers or smaller. Be prepared for a long walk to the village.

Hiking in Whistler

The place was perfectly located at the top of the upper village in Whistler. We were secluded from traffic but had quick access to Lost Lake and a free shuttle that took up down to the lower market area and village. There were awesome hikes right outside our door and cool waterfalls and areas all within 20 minutes drive.

We are family of 6 visiting the area in Jun. Quiet neighbourhood yet easy access to free shuttle bus to Whistler Village. The accomodation is well equipped and clean. We all love the hot tub and the BBQ. The lay out is great for family with all ages. Will love to have more instruction on how to work the hot tub.

Outstanding townhouse and location. We easily walked down to Blackcomb Springs each morning and jumped on the slopes. The hot tub was well needed after skiing and the well stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Plenty of towels, extra supplies and toiletries under each sink. We loved our stay and plan to come back. Great spot for a ski weekend!

The townhouse had everything we needed for our ski trip. Easy parking, ski in and ski out, hot tub, etc. Even the bunk bed room was very comfortable (although the floors were a bit splintery, so maybe bring some slippers). All in all we had a great time staying here.

This place was amazing for our ski trip! Ski in and ski out plus right next to the bus stop to get to town. The private hot tub was a huge hit and makes a big difference. Very happy with our experience! Outpost was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to park before check in!

The place was exactly how the pictures looked. Amazing location, just 5 minute drive to the Village. It was very spacious and loved the bedrooms, only bother was there was no AC, but the fans were actually pretty powerful. Only thing the hot tub did not have any fencing around it but the only view was the woods so it was pretty isolated. Honestly worth the price and our group loved the trip.

We had a great time at Sarah’s place. Easy access to Whistler, but far enough up the hill that the surroundings are serene. We stayed in summer, but proximity to the slopes in the winter would be great. Hot tub was great! Kitchen was best stocked with gear of any ski condo I’ve been to.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean townhome. Well stocked kitchen for all our needs. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were nice.
The parking garage height is 6’ 10” so keep that in mind if you have a roof rack. We had to take ours off but there’s space to store it by the front door.
We’d definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay! Location was close and walkable to Blackcomb ski runs and right near free shuttle stop also.
Super clean and nice living spaces, plenty of parking. They responded quickly to my requests (we arrived earlier than expected).
They do have you send in ID info and use their website (it's in their description of the place) so be aware of that.
