Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis, snowboards or bikes in the home. All ski/snowboard equipment is to be stored in the garage.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

One free underground parking spot (6'8"clearance) per unit plus limited visitor parking.
This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and may not be available during low snowfall periods.
If you want to have the two twin beds set as a king bed upon your arrival, please let us know at the time of booking or an extra fee may apply.
Extra guests (5th and 6th guests) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 6 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this ski-in, ski-out apartment. Being able to come and go directly from the slopes made the days easy and stress-free, especially after long ski days. The hot tub and pool were a nice bonus and well maintained. It was great having a place to relax and unwind without having to leave the property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and set up with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a solid, convenient place to stay on the mountain, and we would happily stay here again.
