Guests are within walking distance of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, Olympic Plaza, and many of the resort’s year-round events and activities. In winter, enjoy skating at Olympic Plaza, cozy apres spots, and quick access to the slopes, while summer brings outdoor concerts, farmers markets, biking trails, and nearby lakes and parks. The area is also home to local favourites like Mount Currie Coffee Company and Harajuku Izakaya, making it a convenient base for both short getaways and extended stays.
Combining walkability, a quieter village setting, and excellent access to skiing, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, Village North remains a favourite for guests wanting convenience without the constant bustle of the main Village Stroll.

Enjoyed our stay!

Host was good and responsive. The house needs new kitchen knives the handles are broken with sharp edges and the hot tub needs to be cleaned.

Great location close to the village and skiing. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and the host team was fantastic with their communication. They were responsive quickly to all questions and requests. Overall a great stay!

The home was great.

Very comfortable and spacious home that worked really well for our group. Loved having the second living room downstairs that gave everyone space to spread out and relax. Walk to gondolas is a bit far in ski boots, so easiest to drive up to day parking when skiing. Walking to and from village for dinner was easy (or a $5 uber). Can’t forget to mention the beds! Soo comfy!!

Perfect spot for our group traveling to ski Whistler. Extremely cozy accommodation with plenty of room to spread out. Close enough to walk to the village even though we drove as parking was pretty easy. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Less beds than I expected sleeping 11 but it worked out fine

Our ski family had a wonderful holiday stay at your home. From 7-71 years old, everyone had many great ski days on the mountain. Property had lots of space to spread out. Property manager was very responsive to a few issues we had and handled everything quite well.

We had a great stay! This was a perfect location and great with kids! Lots of space and a nice safe court yard for them to play outside in the snow. It was about a mile walk to town and the perfect distance for our kids!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for all 7 of us, with plenty of space and a great location. We hope to return again in the future!

Very nice, large unit with private and secure parking. We biked and it was great to have a private garage to park cars and bikes in. Unit was clean, convenient location and very quiet. Light switches were a little tricky to figure out and wish there was a few pantry items like cooking oil but understand that this is a policy requirement. Would stay again.

A wonderful spot for our ski trip to Whistler. The place was spotless with all amenities that one could wish for. I would recommend this spot and Whistler Ideal to anyone traveling to the area.

Our stay at Fitzsimmons Walk did not disappoint. The home was beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings, appliances, and linens. Communication with the owner/manager was fantastic, and we appreciated his swift response to any question we had. The location can't be beat - a mere 5-minute drive to the heart of Whistler Village! Be sure to check out the walking trail right behind the complex that runs along Fitzsimmons Creek. Having just had snow, it was a beautiful walk. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fitzsimmons Walk #37 to anyone looking to stay in Whistler. Thank you for hosting our family for one of our best vacations yet!

I felt pleasantly greeted by the clean and modern aesthetic when first walking in. It was the perfect house to stay for a ski trip with 8 friends.
We loved the jacuzzi! Plenty of space in the fridge/freezer as well as a beautiful kitchen accompanied by most all of the tools you’ll need. A very cool underground garage.
I would recommend staying here to friends and family if they’re looking for a modern spacious living space just outside the rif raf of town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 5 couples and it was a great size for 10 people. The place was actually larger than we expected. Only complaint is that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We made it work, but it was not great. Other than that it was a great spot. It’s quiet and only a 15-20 minute walk to the village depending on where you want to go. The ski storage off the garage was great too.

Condo was beautiful, spacious, and fulfilled all of our needs.
Ben M., United States ● February, 2024
This location was ideal for our group for many reasons, we had people that did not want to ski each day of the trip but still wanted to be included in all the activates so this location in relation to the distance from the resort was key for us. We had multiple spacious bedrooms for our group, and each was super clean when we arrived. The kitchen and living room were amazing. The listing does not say much about 3 flights of stairs though, not a problem but would have been nice to know that. The hot tub was not hot when we arrived the first night so that was a bummer. But aside from that, I have only positive remarks about this location and stay.

Great unit with its own garage a bit outside of town but walking distance. All the necessary amenities, large stocked kitchen. We’ve stayed in these units before and will likely stay again!
Oonagh M., United States ● December, 2023
The place was amazing! Spacious and provided the perfect back drop for the Whistler area. Getting to the residence was a bit tough due to not having the proper codes for the main garage unit and personal garage but once I found the place by walking to the front door I was able to gain access. I’d suggest giving that information to future guests upfront because it’s a difficult area to leave your vehicle and find the place at the same time due to lack of outside parking. In other words thoroughly enjoyed!
Xavier, United States ● December, 2023
Great place, with great finishes. Walking distance to Whistler village. Very secure, lots of codes to actually get in, private secure underground parking straight in the basement of the unit. Get ready for lots of stairs: basement (garage, laundry, boot heater/dryer), first level with one bedroom and the bar/hangout and jacuzzi area, second floor with the kitchen and the big living/dining and the third floor with 3 bedrooms.

2 separate families (Mid 40s), with kids on spring break (12-15). We are from Florida and head to a winter destination every spring break. This house was very nice and exactly what we needed. The check-in process was interesting (not bad) I had just never needed to verify ahead. The location was very easy to get to off the highway. The parking space was big enough for 2 large SUV's (Denali and a Ford Expedition) The mud room downstairs was great to come home and sling the boots on the drivers, all the cubbies for 8 people, the only thing that was weird or missing was ski / board holders - so we just left them in the back of the SUV's) The proximity to the mountain was the best thing - it was a 6-7 minute drive. The house was fully stocked with all the things we needed (except some storage containers for leftovers, and there was no colander to strain anything like spaghetti or wash fruits in - but we made due with the salad spinner - haha). The Stairs, omg, be prepared to get your steps in - it's 4 real full levels of stairs from basement to top. If you can't do stairs or are older this isn't for you. The bedrooms are great - the 2 separate masters are PERFECT for 2 separate families. Stuck the kids in the other 2 rooms and bango we were golden. The seperate living rooms are perfect also for kids / adults or men / women who don't agree on a tv station (it was the start of march madness). The hot tub was perfect for the kiddos to relax after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was great for 8, the table was perfect for all of us to have a sit down dinner, it was just a wonderful experience. We didn't need a single thing that wasn't in front of us. I've had other VRBO's that we needed to get paper towel, or laundry detergent, or dishwater stuff, or whatever whatever. This was ALL setup from top to bottom, and the beds we're comfortable as can be. I loved it. The wine fridge, the fireplaces, everything was pristine for us. 5/5 Would stay here again for a mountain escape.
Todd M., United States ● March, 2023
The unit we stayed was perfect for our larger-sized group. It looked just like the photos and everyone from Whistler Ideal that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rebook this unit or another of Whistler Ideal's again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families and 11 total people. We easily and comfortably fit in this home. Four total floors with direct access to 2 car garage parking made getting in and out a breeze. The laundry and ski boot dryer on the bottom floor ensured that our ski equipment and apparel was ready to go for the next day. Two living rooms meant adults and kids could enjoy different movies on different floors. The kitchen was a pleasure to prepare meals in. No lack of cookware, flatware, or silverware. We used the private hot tub daily. Would return in a heatbeat.
Jerry L., United States ● March, 2023
Lovely home, in a great location. We were there for ski week.
Andrew D., United States ● March, 2023
The unit was clean and had amazing amenities such as bbq grill and hot tub. The common area was quite spacious and comfortable for 11 guests. The location was great for a ski trip - short drive (3-4 mins) or walkable (15-20mins) to whistler and blackcomb village and gondolas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautiful with plenty of space, over 4 levels, for our 2 families and an excellent entertaining area plus bar area which came in very handy given the weather conditions during our stay. Access was simple, instructions were perfect, and we felt very comfortable and at home in this lovely accommodation.
Brad, United States ● January, 2023
Perfect for our family. Clean and very updated. Only remote downside is that it is far enough from the ski bases that you need to take the bus to ski (which is super easy but you need cash).

Chris, United States ● October, 2022
We stayed here for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Spacious and well appointed townhome that's a 10 minute walk to whistler village. Would stay again.
Monika M., United States ● October, 2022
Pros: Clean, spacious and fabulous location in a quiet neighbourhood. 8 minute walk to the village and close by to Nester’s grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances (but no food basics like cooking oil or sugar, so bring your own). Very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. Lots of towels and linens. Clean, secure 2 car garage attached.
Cons: Forced air system meant the bottom floor was freezing from the AC, while the top floor was hot. Fans were provided for the top floor, but it was hard to regulate in the summer. 4 levels connected by a central stairwell means noise travels easily. Not very bright overall except on the top floor. Master BR mattress saggy.

Michael N., United States ● April, 2022
I hosted 6 friends for a long ski week-end in Whistler. From the start, and throughout the weekend, Rob and his team were incredibly responsive to questions and communicating with me. Check in was fast and easy. The townhouse Is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the village and the main gondolas or a 10 minute walk to the Whistler Cross Country facility. However, they provide a parking pass. Therefore, You can drive and park right in the center of the village so you don’t have to walk and carry your equipment. Then there is the townhouse, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. You enter the underground garage and drive right up to your own 2-car garage under the unit so you have a place to leave all your ski equipment. This is a perfect place for friends or a family gathering with four floors of well appointed furnishings. An incredible main floor for adults but also a second floor living area for kids to hang out. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook in, which we did. Lots of bathrooms that are well stocked with extra towels, Kleenex, yes, Kleenex, and other toiletries. Bed linens are high quality. Then there is a hot tub to soak your tired body after skiing. Note: The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need but nothing else. So if you plan on cooking, I recommend planning out meals and bring everything (spices, napkins, foil, paper towels, etc) with you as the local markets are expensive. There is an espresso machine that requires whole beans as well as a coffee maker that uses ground coffee (no Keurig). The million dollar question! Would I stay here again? Definite YES.

Baljinder M., United States ● November, 2021
This townhouse is gorgeous and with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it will fit a large family gathering quite well - we had 4 toddlers and 6 adults and were extremely comfortable in the luxury townhouse. Everything was provided for within the extremely well equipped kitchen.
Location wise, it's slightly north of the village so generally you will need to drive 2-3 minutes in or walk/bike to the village if needed but it also means the space is quiet and away from the village at night. There's trails for walking/biking to lost lake and green lake right from the front entrance.
We also loved the private garages to store our bikes and gear securely. We would definitely stay in the townhouse again for larger family gatherings.

There is no question that this property is stunning with a wonderful location. The rental company was very good with communicating and the pick up of keys and parking passes was relatively easy if you are familiar with the village. However, there are a few things missing from this property. My biggest complaint would be the lack of hooks and benches downstairs in the ski storage area. And by lack, I mean zero. There is not one hook, bench or drying rack. A small closet with only a few coat hangers was provided. Disappointing, and challenging at times. Secondly, the kitchen could use some better quality items. Corkscrew, frying pans, wine glasses etc seemed very cheap. As were the bath towels and toilet paper. And finally, there is only one very outdated speaker, which didn’t appear to be Bluetooth and would probably only connect and iPhone 6 in the whole unit. Additionally no streaming services like netflix, which with kids would’ve been a bonus.

A beautiful home with a luxurious hotel feel. I was amazed at how organized the kitchen drawers were! Definitely a place where you could cook a big meal for a number of guests. They had every utensil and cookware needed and the kitchen island is huge! There isn’t a stocked pantry though, so you need to bring all your cooking oils and spices. Two of the bedrooms had king sized beds which was a plus. The host was also very accommodating in dropping off more firewood when we phoned it and requested for it. The only thing is, the hot tub could be hotter. Other than that, we would gladly stay here again!

Very nice unit with high end appliances and bathrooms. Walking distance to grocery. Only downside is that there has been some wear and tear on the unit such as ripped furniture, towel rack broken off in the master bathroom, and heavy scent in some of the bedrooms from cologne.

We had a lovely stay at this home. It is updated and clean and has great amenities. Great for families! A few things that would have made the stay even better—-
More towels (not enough for the number of guests), easier access to tv and movies or streaming Options for kids- kids were glued to their devices instead of being able to watch a mutual movie on tv, less signage around the house explaining the rules (was off putting as families who are also home owners and understand what it’s like to keep things neat and in good condition). We needed to use our car more than we had hoped due to location and ski gear galore, although the parking was super convenient and warm and attached to the home which we appreciated after a day of skiing. There was plenty of sleeping space however the Bunk bed was rickety and my daughter did not feel safe sleeping on the top for this reason. Furthermore, the rail was not high enough and she could have rolled off. She sleeps on a bunk bed at home and is usually comfortable on said bed. With the open ceilings the noise traveled everywhere in the house, despite closed doors.

We have rented 3 different houses in the complex over the past 3 winters. We have very good cooks in our crew (3 couples plus 4 girls age 16-22) and use the chefs kitchen heavily. Everyone was very comfortable and we had some great meals. We were missing a few things and management quickly supplied them to us. Bedding very comfortable and the space is very clean. Of course we would come again! Thank you,

There are zero complaints about the house it’s self. It’s just stunning and well put together. Parking was easy, lots of room, great kitchen. Lots of steps to every level so be prepared. Wish the house keeping supplied the minimals of paper towels & trash bags. The price was a little steep as well....makes it unaffordable to ever come back. Hot tub was great & quiet. Hopefully when we return the pricing is a little more normal.
Lauren L., United States ● March, 2019
Great amenities including hot tub, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. if I had a quip, it would be Indon’t think the cleaning service did a great job. They didn’t look under the beds or the near the sofas. We found dirty clothes, half eaten food, etc

The place is expectionally great. This is definetely the best service and best air bnb place Ive ever stayed in. The rooms are perfectly clean, bathrooms are impecable, and the common rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I can assure you that you wont regret staying here. Will definetely come back, very close to the mountain and near a shuttle stop. Also very large garage space. Great place!
Francisco, United States ● February, 2019
The condo was very nice and perfect for our group of 10. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The property management company, Whistler Ideal accomodations was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Check-in (located within driving distance) was super easy and convenient. The condo had it's own garage with 2 designated parking spots on the ground level. The condo was 4 stories tall and had it's own hot tub on the second floor. Kitchen was on the third floor and had everything you could possibly need to cook for a large group. Heated tile in the bathrooms was a nice touch!
Location was a less than 5 minute walk to a shuttle stop that would take you to the gondola for $2.50 CAD. There was also a free shuttle a little further walk away. The condo also included a parking pass with access to the parking garage in town (with a very short walk to gondola) which was super convenient. We drove and parked each day we skied. At night, our group usually walked into town for dinner. The walk takes about 10 to 15 minutes depending on where you are going.
We would definitely book this place again!

This is a new and spacious townhouse with everything that you will need for a holiday (except food). Secure underground parking is a bonus. The staff attended to bring extra towels and bedding when we were unable to locate them. The owner responded to messages/questions in a timely manner. Appliances are high-end. Service was overall fantastic. We drove to the mountain to ski/snowboard, but at night, those of us without young children walked to the village. Lovely home.

The property was beautiful and spacious. If I wrote about everything good I had to say it would take up too much space. Very clean and modern. Hot tub and grill work great. Fancy coffee/espresso machine. Heated floors in the bathroom. Beautiful views. My only comments that may be useful for another traveler are (1) no shuttle nearby to ride to the slopes so driving is really a must, (2) the pull-out bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and (3) we were pretty paranoid to stay up talking past 10PM because there would be a heavy fee if any noise complaints happened during "quiet time" and we had no clue how thin the walls were (this turned out to not be an issue). But would definitely recommend and would stay again.

BERNARDO M., United States ● January, 2018
New, and no expense spared. I believe this property must be worth several million dollars. Several levels gave our group privacy and seperation. The underground parking/garage system was impressive and would make skiing easy, however we had a oversized Sprinter Van and there was no parking onsite available although this is true of almost everywhere in Whistler. With normal height vehicles, parking here would be easy. Beautifully furnished and good beds. Amazing kitchen was better than being home and a fun place to socialize. Hot tub on the ground level was nice, but you must be out by 10:00 pm. Overall, a great place to stay with a large family or two small families.

Dru M., United States ● February, 2017
We loved this beautifully decorated and well maintained townhome and had an amazing week skiing. The pictures don't do it justice, it is breathtaking. The property is just a little too far to walk to the village in the winter, but the parking pass for the well located underground garage was very convenient. The two car private garage had plenty of room for two large SUV's and was warm enough to keep the snow off the vehicles. The beds were comfortable and the amenities fantastic. The only slight annoyance was the fact that it is a townhome - there are 51 steps from the laundry room on the garage level to the three main bedrooms on the top floor. We kept most of our activities to the top two floors, but this is really a four story home. Having stayed at VRBO properties before, we were surprised that at Whistler they don't allow any condiments to be left in the homes - you'll even need to bring your own salt! No worries, there is a grocery store steps away. Professionally managed by a service company, check in and check out was a breeze through a nearby hotel desk.

This townhome is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at Whistler. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Olympic Plaza which makes for some good exercise. Facilities was all amazing and I would definitely go back again. Pros: - Price is very competitive to the Fairmont or Pan Pacific - Location is a short walk away from Olympic Plaza - Top class furniture, fully furnished kitchen - Quiet neighborhood - Private garage Cons: - Four floors in this townhome so can be a bit of a trek from the garage to the bedrooms

Thank you for your feedback — we’re so glad to hear you found us responsive and easy to communicate with. We really appreciate you pointing out the issue with the kitchen knives and the hot tub. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for. We’ve arranged for the knives to be replaced and for the hot tub to be thoroughly cleaned and checked. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you, Barbara!
Soo comfy!!Posted: 1/4/2026
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re so glad the space worked well for your group and that the second living room made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. It’s great to hear you found the village access convenient—and we’re especially happy the beds were a highlight! We’d love to host you again on your next Whistler visit ⛷️
Layout, location, and hot tub all great!Posted: 11/30/2025
Hi Adam, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear you loved the layout, the location, and of course the hot tub — it’s always a favourite after a day of adventures. It means a lot that you took the time to share your experience, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back again anytime.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Whistler at this beautiful property! Location to village and skiing was an easy walk, property is spacious and everything we hoped for on our vacation! We will definitely be back!Posted: 4/7/2025

Great place in a great locationPosted: 2/3/2025
Beautiful home and very comfortable! Steam shower was amazingPosted: 1/29/2025
Perfect spot for our group traveling to ski Whistler. Extremely cozy accommodation with plenty of room to spread out. Close enough to walk to the village even though we drove as parking was pretty easy. Highly recommended.Posted: 1/19/2025
Great place to stay. Less beds than I expected sleeping 11 but it worked out finePosted: 1/11/2025
Our ski family had a wonderful holiday stay at your home. From 7-71 years old, everyone had many great ski days on the mountain. Property had lots of space to spread out. Property manager was very responsive to a few issues we had and handled everything quite well.Posted: 1/4/2025
We had a great stay! This was a perfect location and great with kids! Lots of space and a nice safe court yard for them to play outside in the snow. It was about a mile walk to town and the perfect distance for our kids!Posted: 11/30/2024
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for all 7 of us, with plenty of space and a great location. We hope to return again in the future!Posted: 10/22/2024
Would stay again.Posted: 9/27/2024

La casa esta muy bonita, muy bien montada, cerca De la Villa de Whistler.
Los servicios ofrecidos, cumplieron con mis expectativas.Posted: 4/5/2024
A wonderful spot for our ski trip to Whistler. The place was spotless with all amenities that one could wish for. I would recommend this spot and Whistler Ideal to anyone traveling to the area.Posted: 3/28/2024
Thank you for hosting our family for one of our best vacations yet!Posted: 3/10/2024
I would recommend staying here to friends and family if they’re looking for a modern spacious living space just outside the rif raf of town.Posted: 2/19/2024
The ski storage off the garage was great too.Posted: 2/14/2024
Condo was beautiful, spacious, and fulfilled all of our needs.Posted: 2/10/2024
This location was ideal for our group for many reasons, we had people that did not want to ski each day of the trip but still wanted to be included in all the activates so this location in relation to the distance from the resort was key for us. We had multiple spacious bedrooms for our group, and each was super clean when we arrived. The kitchen and living room were amazing. The listing does not say much about 3 flights of stairs though, not a problem but would have been nice to know that. The hot tub was not hot when we arrived the first night so that was a bummer. But aside from that, I have only positive remarks about this location and stay.Posted: 2/1/2024
Nice high end unit perfect for a group !Posted: 1/25/2024
Great unit with its own garage a bit outside of town but walking distance. All the necessary amenities, large stocked kitchen. We’ve stayed in these units before and will likely stay again!Posted: 12/12/2023
In other words thoroughly enjoyed!Posted: 12/11/2023
Great place, with great finishes. Walking distance to Whistler village. Very secure, lots of codes to actually get in, private secure underground parking straight in the basement of the unit. Get ready for lots of stairs: basement (garage, laundry, boot heater/dryer), first level with one bedroom and the bar/hangout and jacuzzi area, second floor with the kitchen and the big living/dining and the third floor with 3 bedrooms.Posted: 11/27/2023
5/5 Would stay here again for a mountain escape.Posted: 3/31/2023
Hi Todd, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! It seems this property was perfect for your trip. We have added a colander to this kitchen, thank you for bringing this to our attention! Looking forward to hosting your group again.
The unit we stayed was perfect for our larger-sized group. It looked just like the photos and everyone from Whistler Ideal that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rebook this unit or another of Whistler Ideal's again in the future.Posted: 3/5/2023
Would return in a heatbeat.Posted: 3/3/2023
Lovely home, in a great location. We were there for ski week.Posted: 3/2/2023
The unit was clean and had amazing amenities such as bbq grill and hot tub. The common area was quite spacious and comfortable for 11 guests. The location was great for a ski trip - short drive (3-4 mins) or walkable (15-20mins) to whistler and blackcomb village and gondolas.Posted: 2/6/2023
This house was amazing. It had everything we needed. The rooms were huge, and so was the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The hot tub was set to the perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again!Posted: 2/3/2023
Great stay. Love this little neighborhood. Underground parking is amazing, easy to get in and out. Very comfortable, clean. Would stay here againPosted: 1/30/2023
Awesome stay! Spacious and clean. Underground parking. Hot tub was great. Walking distance to village.Posted: 1/26/2023
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautiful with plenty of space, over 4 levels, for our 2 families and an excellent entertaining area plus bar area which came in very handy given the weather conditions during our stay. Access was simple, instructions were perfect, and we felt very comfortable and at home in this lovely accommodation.Posted: 1/15/2023
Perfect for our family. Clean and very updated. Only remote downside is that it is far enough from the ski bases that you need to take the bus to ski (which is super easy but you need cash).Posted: 1/8/2023
Great stay for the work crewPosted: 10/25/2022
We stayed here for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Spacious and well appointed townhome that's a 10 minute walk to whistler village. Would stay again.Posted: 10/14/2022
Master BR mattress saggy.Posted: 9/6/2022
This place was amazing, the kitchen and living area was so cozy and a great gathering place. Unit felt very luxurious!Posted: 4/1/2022
Definite YES.Posted: 3/4/2022
Amazing place/experience- would definitely come back again!Posted: 1/27/2022
Beautiful place with lots of room for 3 families.Posted: 11/17/2021
We would definitely stay in the townhouse again for larger family gatherings.Posted: 8/31/2021
Thanks for the stay!Posted: 8/22/2021
Additionally no streaming services like netflix, which with kids would’ve been a bonus.Posted: 2/18/2021
Great spacious place, clean, quiet, and comfortablePosted: 2/7/2021
Thank you Brandon, we hope you are enjoying your current stay and please let us know if we can help in any way.
Whistler Ideal Accommodations
A beautiful home with a luxurious hotel feel. I was amazed at how organized the kitchen drawers were! Definitely a place where you could cook a big meal for a number of guests. They had every utensil and cookware needed and the kitchen island is huge! There isn’t a stocked pantry though, so you need to bring all your cooking oils and spices. Two of the bedrooms had king sized beds which was a plus. The host was also very accommodating in dropping off more firewood when we phoned it and requested for it. The only thing is, the hot tub could be hotter. Other than that, we would gladly stay here again!Posted: 1/6/2021
Thank you Denise, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay at Fitzsimmons Walk 37 and your time in Whistler. Please let us know if we can be of assistance when you travel to Whistler next.

Location is approximately 15 minute walk from village and close to bike trails leading to nearby lakes. The unit was spacious and sparkling clean! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.Posted: 8/6/2020
Thank you Heidi for your great comments, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay.
Please let us know if we can help in anyway when you travel to Whistler next. Whistler Ideal Accommodations
Very nice unit with high end appliances and bathrooms. Walking distance to grocery. Only downside is that there has been some wear and tear on the unit such as ripped furniture, towel rack broken off in the master bathroom, and heavy scent in some of the bedrooms from cologne.Posted: 7/30/2020
Thank you Forest for your feedback, we will definitely address the items you have pointed out. We appreciate you letting us know, this information is extremely helpful for us to keep the property in great condition.

Thank you for staying at Fitzsimmons Walk with Whistler Ideal Accommodations. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the unit and would welcome the opportunity to host you again.
Very nice, clean, close to village, loved itPosted: 1/23/2020
With the open ceilings the noise traveled everywhere in the house, despite closed doors.Posted: 1/13/2020
Aimee, thank you for staying at Fitzsimmosn Walk with us. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property overall and appreciate your sharing your feedback with us. In response to your feedback:
We do leave linens/towels for the occupancy of the home and usually have extra under the vanities in the bathrooms. We are available during your stay and could have provided more if requested. All of our properties have WIFI and premier cable however pay-per-use demand is not available. Most of our properties have smart TV's to allow guests to log into Netflix or other streaming apps through their person logins. We do have signs throughout the properties as reminders for general care of the property and apologize this was overbearing however some guests do find the information helpful. We have taken care of the bunk bed and adjusted this to be more sturdy as overtime any frame can become slightly loose. We appreciate you letting us know about this and of course can address any concerns while in house if we had known. The property is located just outside the main village and we do provide a parking pass for an underground parking garage, at the base on the mountain this year, during the winter months. We hope you found this convenient with the whole family in tow. The walk with minimal gear or for a stroll is about 12-17 minutes to the base and shorted to the north end of the village stroll.
Again, we thank you for your feedback. We do hope to host you again for your next visit to Whistler. We do manage several properties throughout Whistler and would be delighted to exceed your expectations next time!
I would return to this beautiful house, so much space and easy to get to, quite near to whistler village.Posted: 1/10/2020
The place is great with updated appliances and the location is great for a large party.Posted: 12/29/2019
Thank you for staying with us at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the unit, its amenities and that it worked well for your group. We appreciate all the feedback and would welcome the opportunity to host you again.
Thank you,Posted: 12/20/2019
Kendra, thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and made use of the unit's great kitchen and amenities. We would be delighted to host you again.
The spacious, clean house accommodated our big family reunion trip, making it a memorable one; many thanks again!Posted: 9/17/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear the property worked well for you family reunion trip. We would be delighted to host you again.
Great place! The only criticism was having to check-in off site and post a security deposit.Posted: 9/2/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. For future guests reading we do have a check-in desk that is located in the village about a 2-3 minute drive to the property. We do require a security/damage deposit at time of check-in, which is a hold on your credit card for the duration of the stay and is released pending any damage to the property, this is common practice across all hospitality providers including hotels. We are glad you enjoyed the property and would welcome you again!
Overall it is good place to stay in. The only remark is the AC was not working. Called maintenance, but he was unable to fix it.Posted: 8/8/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the AC , the systems are designed to not be programmed below a certain number labeled on the thermostats. By continuing to program below this number results in the system freezing over. This was mentioned when we initially fixed the issue. Upon departure the system was found again to be programmed below the threshold. We are working to have the system set so this can't happen again. We would be delighted to host you again.
Nice place, great for large groups.Posted: 5/15/2019
This condo is very nice and comfortable for 10 guests.Posted: 3/16/2019
Great condo, beautifully appointed.Posted: 3/10/2019
The condo is amazing. Four floors of beautiful space. We really enjoyed staying here while spending time on the slopes. The village is a bit of a walk but not bad at all. Definitely the perfect spot to spend a ski weekend.Posted: 3/10/2019
Mike, thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations. We appreciate your feedback and review and are happy to hear you enjoyed the home. We would be delighted to host you again.
Hopefully when we return the pricing is a little more normal.Posted: 3/5/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations. We are happy you enjoyed the home itself and appreciate your comments and feedback. In regards to the basic amenities these are to be provided by housekeeping and can be replenished if they run out during your stay. We apologize that there was not sufficient amount left for your stay. For those guests reading, due to health and safety standards pantry items besides salt and pepper are not provided and should be purchases during your stay or arranged to be delivered prior to your arrival. All basic toilet paper, paper towel, linens, trash bags etc are provided and can be replenished. Please do contact for any specific questions as to what is included. Again, thank you for your feedback and we would welcome the opportunity to host you again. We do manage several units and can find something a little closer to your budget next time.
Great amenities including hot tub, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. if I had a quip, it would be Indon’t think the cleaning service did a great job. They didn’t look under the beds or the near the sofas. We found dirty clothes, half eaten food, etcPosted: 2/24/2019
Whistler Ideal was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay in Whistler. The home was in close proximity to the mountain and village and was perfect for our group of 8 during a long ski weekend.Posted: 2/19/2019
Great place!Posted: 2/13/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear your enjoyed your stay and we thank you for your kind review. We would be delighted to host you again!
We would definitely book this place again!Posted: 1/21/2019
This is a new and spacious townhouse with everything that you will need for a holiday (except food). Secure underground parking is a bonus. The staff attended to bring extra towels and bedding when we were unable to locate them. The owner responded to messages/questions in a timely manner. Appliances are high-end. Service was overall fantastic. We drove to the mountain to ski/snowboard, but at night, those of us without young children walked to the village. Lovely home.Posted: 1/10/2019
Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal Accommodations at Fitzsimmons Walk. We are happy to hear the unit worked well for your family holiday. We would be delighted to host again!
Great!Posted: 9/24/2018
it is well described and the concierge and housekeeping companies were very responsive and helpful.Posted: 3/23/2018
Great placePosted: 3/17/2018
But would definitely recommend and would stay again.Posted: 2/17/2018
Very good house!Posted: 1/26/2018
New, and no expense spared. I believe this property must be worth several million dollars. Several levels gave our group privacy and seperation. The underground parking/garage system was impressive and would make skiing easy, however we had a oversized Sprinter Van and there was no parking onsite available although this is true of almost everywhere in Whistler. With normal height vehicles, parking here would be easy. Beautifully furnished and good beds. Amazing kitchen was better than being home and a fun place to socialize. Hot tub on the ground level was nice, but you must be out by 10:00 pm. Overall, a great place to stay with a large family or two small families.Posted: 9/24/2017
Great place.. Lys of stairs... Kind of a drag.. Needs ski races in garage and bench in lower areaPosted: 2/27/2017
Professionally managed by a service company, check in and check out was a breeze through a nearby hotel desk.Posted: 1/17/2017
This townhome is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at Whistler. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Olympic Plaza which makes for some good exercise. Facilities was all amazing and I would definitely go back again. Pros: - Price is very competitive to the Fairmont or Pan Pacific - Location is a short walk away from Olympic Plaza - Top class furniture, fully furnished kitchen - Quiet neighborhood - Private garage Cons: - Four floors in this townhome so can be a bit of a trek from the garage to the bedroomsPosted: 10/10/2016
