Village North offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, just a short stroll from the energy of Whistler Village. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and central location, the neighbourhood provides easy access to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Valley Trail network while remaining slightly removed from the busiest parts of the resort.

Guests are within walking distance of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, Olympic Plaza, and many of the resort’s year-round events and activities. In winter, enjoy skating at Olympic Plaza, cozy apres spots, and quick access to the slopes, while summer brings outdoor concerts, farmers markets, biking trails, and nearby lakes and parks. The area is also home to local favourites like Mount Currie Coffee Company and Harajuku Izakaya, making it a convenient base for both short getaways and extended stays.

Combining walkability, a quieter village setting, and excellent access to skiing, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure, Village North remains a favourite for guests wanting convenience without the constant bustle of the main Village Stroll.

Essential information

House rules

No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio, or anywhere within the complex.
No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are welcome, please let us know if you’re bringing one. A one-time non-refundable fee of $75 CAD + tax applies.
No skis or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
No garbage should be left outside the unit at any time, as this may result in strata fines. Read the house manual > garbage/recycling for more information.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

Free parking for 1 vehicle: One spot along the driveway right outside the private garage (7' clearance). Limited visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis (three stalls).
If you want to have the king bed set as two twins upon your arrival, just let us know at the time of booking or an extra fee may apply.
Extra guests (9th and 10th guests) are $35 CAD / night per person; max 10 guests. Children 12 and under stay for free.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.
Early check-in and complimentary late check-out (based on availability) are benefits of the Outpost Rewards program.

We would definitely recommend staying here again as we had a great time. It was clean, a short walk to the village, cozy, and well prepared for our stay. The only complaint was that the hot tub was broken throughout our stay. Outpost was responsive to the issue though and did their best to accommodate. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend staying here again!

Montbello is always a fav place to stay! The condo was private, quiet, and walkable/on shuttle route to lifts. We appreciate the use of private hot tub and the condo was very well laid out for 6 adult guests to be comfortable. The unit was very clean and had basics for cooking in. We recommend Montbello in all seasons.

The house was very clean and cozy. Unfortunately the garage room could not be used as advertised, which was a bummer. But they helped us out by providing two additional roll away beds to use. Overall the experience was worth what we paid.

The condo was exactly what we needed for a small group trip to Whistler. Good price, good size for our group, and it had everything we needed. To that end, the condo is well-stocked with kitchen items and bath items. The hot tub worked and was well-chlorinated and clean (which is not always true of ski condo hot tubs!). In terms of location, we walked to and from the mountain at least twice a day. Just valet your skis, and then the walk is no big deal at all.

Great stay! Walkable into the village, a little far with all your ski gear but there are buses available. Bus route not as frequent as we hoped so we ended up driving and parking nearby. Private hot tub was great!

My friends and I booked the airbnb for a weekend ski trip. The location was very walkable to the village, and the airbnb did not feel too crowded even though we were a large group. A big plus was the availability of guest parking in the complex, as we had more than one car. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms upstairs had heated flooring which was much appreciated! Would definitely book again.
