Great location where you can easily walk to the village while still being away from the noise. The two-bedroom unit has a generously sized bunk bed in one room and two full bathrooms, which is especially convenient when traveling with older teens.
Access to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a real treat in the winter. Having a grocery store just across the street is a big bonus as well.
There’s no need for a physical check-in, which is fantastic. Clear instructions are provided before arrival, and you simply enter a code to access the unit.

Stayed here 4 nights with three other adults, we all enjoyed it! The house is well equipped though there are no condiments, oil etc in the kitchen due to health laws. Just something to keep in mind if you plan to do some cooking, which we did since eating out in Whistler can be pretty expensive.

This place was exactly as described, maybe a little nicer than I expected. Very clean. It was well maintained and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. There were 3 of us and I think would be comfortable for 4. I found the location great for the price. The bus stop was right across the street - was a free shuttle that takes you right to the Whistler gondola. They run so frequently. Great super market (Fresh St Market), also right across the street with quality food options at reasonable prices. The complex has a nice, large hot tub and pool that we took advantage of. It was our first time to Whistler and the town and ski mountain are outstanding.

Great location with a bus to gondola close by. Manager quickly addressed the non-working hair dryer issue, which was greatly appreciated. Maybe not the most stocked place regarding cooking utencils, but it has a grill and again super close walking distance to several restaurants. Beds were SUPER comfortable and had plenty of towels. Would definetly stay here again in we go back to Whistler.

Superb condo, very comfortable for the four of us. Great kitchen and two bathrooms very practical. When we weren't skiing, we loved hanging out at there as a family - comfortable, cosy, plenty of space - everything we could have asked for. Also, the #4 bus stops 50m from the condo and drops off right in front of the Whistler (and then Blackcombe) gondola stations. It's a 4minute bus trip each way, making getting to/from the slopes a breeze. Would 100% recommend for a family of 4. Would be squeezy (but possible) for more than that. Oh, and the outdoor hot tub and heated pool are awesome!

From the start, there was excellent and on going communication from the property management. All of the information was provided up front. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the lower and upper village strolls. Parking spot provided in underground gated parkade, right beside stairwell to the unit. Very convenient for loading. The unit was well appointed and had everything you would need. Home away from home.

Very much enjoyed our two-week stay at Northlands. The complex of apartments was well maintained and the swimming pool and hot-tub were great. It was close to Market Place, so easy to get shopping, and also close to the centre of the Village and all the restaurants. Was good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It turned out to be hot days during our stay. Not having screen on sliding door made it difficult to ventilate rooms. Ceiling fans could be a good improvement. Passage to garage under the building can be maintained a bit more and made free of the webs. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully, we left property clean and mey your expectations. Great flat - excellent comfortable beds. By the main road which is a bit noisy. Fully equipped, warm and ideal for a family. Everything worked. Good TV. Finding the check in desk in the village isn’t easy after a long journey and the flat is then a fair walk from there with a lot of luggage. This is unnecessary when there is an excellent reception desk at Northstar! They are also quick to take a security deposit but not to return it. I had to request. Also slow replies by the managers.

We had an amazing ten days in Whistler. The accommodations were really nice. Clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen made all the difference. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a bbq too. The only down side was the proximity to the highway and a party house across the other side of it. It was a little noisy but not too bad that you couldn’t fall asleep. Would stay here again.

We went there with four adults and even used the sofa bed. The place is just the right size. We enjoyed the fireplace and the dining area, looking into the snowy pine trees.
The beds were very comfortable and the location is awesome- everything is in walking distance, but you do not hear any noice at night. A really great place to stay in Whistler.

It was a really nice stay with comfortable beds and a functional kitchen with everything you need. The complex felt like you were in the woods as it faced the trees, which was nice. There was some highway noise if you had the windows open. The pull out couch cushions were a bit worse for wear being able to feel the springs. There were a few blinds that were half working, but I feel like that's getting a bit picky. The Pool and Hot Tub were welcomed amenities for our family and the kids really enjoyed it. Communication: I tried to reach out to the owner/manager via the VRBO online messaging system, but did not hear from the owner or the property management company which was offsite. We received a package (we assumed the owner had ordered it?) and wanted to let them know where we put it. Would definitely stay again!

The property can’t be beat—great location, close to everything and there’s a pool and hot tub! We have stayed at several units in this complex before. This one fits somewhere in the middle—it’s clean and is well equipped, good TV channels for kids cartoons in the AM, comfortable and clean beds. There are nicer units in the complex but this gets the job done at a good price. Would definitely stay here again. As another reviewer mentioned it’s on the outer ring and thus faces the Highway and With the windows open it can be a bit noisy at night but nothing to prevent you from sleeping.

We stayed here for a family vacation and you can’t beat the location! Fresh St Market right across the street for all your needs and out of the busy hustle of being right in the village. Like other reviewers mentioned, you’re backing onto the Hwy with trees in between but it didn’t bother us that much as I read the reviews beforehand. Only complaint would be that there is no A/C in this unit, so it was stifling hot even with all the windows open (which had no screens, which also let to misquotes and other bugs coming in). Other than that, the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our family stayed 4 nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The building is aging and not maintained has it could be, there is some plumbing issue and the dishwasher leaks. The beds were very conformable. The sofa bed wasn’t confortable at all, our son preferred to sleep on the floor! Overall we had a good experience at NorthStar.

The condo was fine and the location excellent. The bedrooms were very close to Highway 99 and the truck and car noise made sleeping challenging. I think the other side of the condo complex would have been better away from the noisy road. Also, instructions on the table include leaving the key at ihefront desk. This is a little confusing since there is a front desk in the condo complex, but the key return is actually a few blocks away.

Convenient location on the north end of the Village, right across the street from the IGA. Within walking distance of the ski area gondolas, although ski boot wearers may hesitate. Living/dining room area was a little crammed for 5 people. Love seat was squished against the back side of the kitchen wall, anyone trying to get to the dining room had to step over the feet of anyone sitting on the love seat. I forgot to specify ahead of time that I wanted the second bedroom to also have a king bed. Was able to call and get it changed the next morning for a reasonable fee.

Location, size, condition, layout, amenities, and overall experience was great. They had ample amounts of dishes which was appreciated. Being able to walk to the grocery store across the street was also quite handy. My only two drawbacks were the condition of the mattresses and the proximity to the highway. My mattress was quite uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The highway was close enough that road noise was noticeable, particularly in the morning.

The location to the IGA / small reasonably priced restaurants / Bus stop is the best thing about staying here in terms of convenience while on holiday. The kitchen is stocked ok with cooking items however it was really lacking in decent knives! Nice bedrooms & beds with decent space. One negative would also be some noise from the highway (depending on time of day). TV / technology & furniture options are provided although kinda basic and old. Overall though we had a nice stay here and would recommenced it even though it does feel like this place has seen quite a few winters and guests over the years. Thanks.

This place was exactly as described, maybe a little nicer than I expected. Very clean. It was well maintained and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. There were 3 of us and I think would be comfortable for 4. I found the location great for the price. The bus stop was right across the street - was a free shuttle that takes you right to the Whistler gondola. They run so frequently. Great super market (Fresh St Market), also right across the street with quality food options at reasonable prices. The complex has a nice, large hot tub and pool that we took advantage of. Great location with a bus to gondola close by. Manager quickly addressed the non-working hair dryer issue, which was greatly appreciated. Maybe not the most stocked place regarding cooking utencils, but it has a grill and again super close walking distance to several restaurants. Beds were SUPER comfortable and had plenty of towels. Superb condo, very comfortable for the four of us. Great kitchen and two bathrooms very practical. When we weren't skiing, we loved hanging out at there as a family - comfortable, cosy, plenty of space - everything we could have asked for. Also, the #4 bus stops 50m from the condo and drops off right in front of the Whistler (and then Blackcombe) gondola stations. It's a 4minute bus trip each way, making getting to/from the slopes a breeze. Would 100% recommend for a family of 4. Would be squeezy (but possible) for more than that. From the start, there was excellent and on going communication from the property management. All of the information was provided up front. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the lower and upper village strolls. Parking spot provided in underground gated parkade, right beside stairwell to the unit. Very much enjoyed our two-week stay at Northlands. The complex of apartments was well maintained and the swimming pool and hot-tub were great. It was close to Market Place, so easy to get shopping, and also close to the centre of the Village and all the restaurants. It turned out to be hot days during our stay. Not having screen on sliding door made it difficult to ventilate rooms. Ceiling fans could be a good improvement. Great flat - excellent comfortable beds. By the main road which is a bit noisy. Fully equipped, warm and ideal for a family. Everything worked. Good TV. Finding the check in desk in the village isn’t easy after a long journey and the flat is then a fair walk from there with a lot of luggage. This is unnecessary when there is an excellent reception desk at Northstar! They are also quick to take a security deposit but not to return it. I had to request. Hi Darin, Thanks for letting us know about the shower head, we will take a look at it and replace it accordingly. The pool and locker rooms are managed by the strata company; we have not had that report before but we will touch base with them. We ask that you tidy the home and leave it in a good condition. Below are the checkout guidelines: Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes, remove your garbage to the complex garbage room (2 minutes from the unit), ensure the doors and windows are closed and locked, ensure all appliances and the BBQ are off, and leave the home in a tidy condition. The guidelines are in place as a basic courtesy to not leave the unit in a messy condition and for security purposes. We are sorry to hear those guidelines were an inconvenience for your group. We do have a housekeeping team that arrives post departure and does a full deep clean of the unit including vacuuming, mopping, laundering all linen, and cleaning of washrooms and the kitchen and more, which we do not ask you to do.

We had an amazing ten days in Whistler. The accommodations were really nice. Clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen made all the difference. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a bbq too. The only down side was the proximity to the highway and a party house across the other side of it. We went there with four adults and even used the sofa bed. The place is just the right size. We enjoyed the fireplace and the dining area, looking into the snowy pine trees.
The beds were very comfortable and the location is awesome- everything is in walking distance, but you do not hear any noice at night. A really great place to stay in Whistler.

It was a really nice stay with comfortable beds and a functional kitchen with everything you need. The complex felt like you were in the woods as it faced the trees, which was nice. There was some highway noise if you had the windows open. The pull out couch cushions were a bit worse for wear being able to feel the springs. There were a few blinds that were half working, but I feel like that's getting a bit picky. The Pool and Hot Tub were welcomed amenities for our family and the kids really enjoyed it. Communication: I tried to reach out to the owner/manager via the VRBO online messaging system, but did not hear from the owner or the property management company which was offsite. The property can’t be beat—great location, close to everything and there’s a pool and hot tub! We have stayed at several units in this complex before. This one fits somewhere in the middle—it’s clean and is well equipped, good TV channels for kids cartoons in the AM, comfortable and clean beds. There are nicer units in the complex but this gets the job done at a good price. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed here for a family vacation and you can’t beat the location! Fresh St Market right across the street for all your needs and out of the busy hustle of being right in the village. Like other reviewers mentioned, you’re backing onto the Hwy with trees in between but it didn’t bother us that much as I read the reviews beforehand. Only complaint would be that there is no A/C in this unit, so it was stifling hot even with all the windows open (which had no screens, which also let to misquotes and other bugs coming in). The condo was fine and the location excellent. The bedrooms were very close to Highway 99 and the truck and car noise made sleeping challenging. I think the other side of the condo complex would have been better away from the noisy road. Also, instructions on the table include leaving the key at ihefront desk. Convenient location on the north end of the Village, right across the street from the IGA. Within walking distance of the ski area gondolas, although ski boot wearers may hesitate. Living/dining room area was a little crammed for 5 people. Love seat was squished against the back side of the kitchen wall, anyone trying to get to the dining room had to step over the feet of anyone sitting on the love seat. I forgot to specify ahead of time that I wanted the second bedroom to also have a king bed. Was able to call and get it changed the next morning for a reasonable fee.Posted: 3/5/2019
Location, size, condition, layout, amenities, and overall experience was great. They had ample amounts of dishes which was appreciated. Being able to walk to the grocery store across the street was also quite handy. My only two drawbacks were the condition of the mattresses and the proximity to the highway. A nice clean place, with a good 2 level layout for a small family. The location to the IGA / small reasonably priced restaurants / Bus stop is the best thing about staying here in terms of convenience while on holiday. The kitchen is stocked ok with cooking items however it was really lacking in decent knives! Nice bedrooms & beds with decent space. One negative would also be some noise from the highway (depending on time of day). TV / technology & furniture options are provided although kinda basic and old.
