Just off the kitchen, the living room features stunning vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and large windows with mountain and slope views to enjoy all day long, and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. A Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi make for comfortable evenings in after a full day of adventure. Step out onto the covered balcony that runs along the front of the home for your morning coffee or evening beverage, taking in the views year-round. A BBQ on the balcony extends the entertaining space outdoors for warm-weather gatherings.

Beside the living room, the dining room shares the same incredible mountain views and balcony access, seating 10 people comfortably. A washroom is conveniently located across from the kitchen on this level. The master bedroom is down the hall from the living areas on the main floor, and an in-suite washer and dryer adds practical convenience for longer stays.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide comfortable accommodations for the whole group. Secured ski and bike storage in the underground parkade keeps all your gear safe and organized between adventures.

Please note that the 2nd bedroom with three twin over twin bunk beds is for children only. Maximum occupancy is 12 people, with a maximum adult occupancy of 6 adults.

No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am.
Pets are not allowed.
No skis or bikes in the home.
Guests are not permitted to wear ski or snowboard boots inside the house.
Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years.

Home truths

One assigned parking space in a secure underground parkade (6'9"clearance). One visitor parking pass is provided per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking pass must be visible on the dashboard at all times or the vehicle will be ticketed and towed.
This home has air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in living areas and bedrooms that doesn't have AC.
Please note that the 2nd bedroom with Three twin over twin bunk beds are for children only. Max occupancy is 12 people, but max ADULT occupancy is 6 adults only.

Cancellation policy

Full refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Deposit forfeited: Cancel more than 60 days before arrival. 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial loss: Cancel between 60 and 45 days before arrival. 25% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
No refund: Cancel within 45 days of arrival. The reservation is fully non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available after 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am. Failure to check-out on time may incur additional fees unless the guest services team has approved a late check-out.

The views from this property are outstanding. The layout is very family friendly, allowing groups to have their own space, yet convene for meals together, to watch a movie and to enjoy the outside space. The kitchen was excellent and well stocked, making preparing family meals a joy. The location is convenient to get about town, walk to the lake, hop on a path, etc., The dedicated parking spot was also very convenient. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing air bnb! Lots of space, beautiful views, clean. I rated 4 stars because they didn’t give us the correct code to enter the unit and we arrived at 6PM so their office was closed and it took 45 min before we could obtain a new code to enter the unit…

The property was exactly as the photos showed. The BBQ and kitchenware were great. The location was very peaceful, it is away from the bustling Whistler village, but only 5 minutes drive away so I found it really easy to get food and entertainment. The 2 more notable issues are: no curtains or blinds anywhere or in any rooms. It is a forced wake up call every morning at 6 because it is so bright. The second is the way the bathroom showers are fixed in all 3 showers, which might be a bit difficult for people with young children. Also, the shower water pressure was on the lower side, but not unacceptable. Overall, a great stay at a good price.

The place is excellent for bigger groups. I stayed with 9 other family members and we all felt comfortable. The living room and kitchen are super cozy and perfect to hang out it. The place is close to the village by public transport but the bus goes by every 30min so keep that in mind. The view from the stay is espectacular. Would definitely recommend to a friend :)

Very convenient apartment for family trip. Good proximity to whistler and nice views from the balcony. The only issue is the bathroom layout… there is only 1 bathroom upstairs with three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs.

The location and quality of this property were outstanding. Responses to all of our questions were addressed quickly, and we loved this space for our group of 10 - which included 7 of our adult children and their grandmother. We had some trouble with the upstairs heat - it was extremely warm in the upstairs bedrooms. With that said, though, the heat definitely worked! We cooked in the townhome every night, and the kitchen had basic utensils, pots, pans, etc. The overall cleanliness of the unit was excellent, and we were a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride from the slopes. We could not have asked for a better location! The parking was covered and beneath the unit - very convenient. There is a flight of stairs to access the unit, and all but one of the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs - this was not an issue for us, but if you are traveling with anyone who has knee issues, just take note. If you’re going to Whistler with a large group, this is a great place, and a great value!
